This company put in a messed up system in my crib
This company put in a messed up system in my crib. It broke down in just 5 months and they ain't responding to my calls, emails, or texts.
The worst experience ever!
The worst experience ever! This experience can't be topped! Going into one year and still waiting on the call back and the whole bsss they tell you to give you hope! This is bad! No one has accountability. You someone new every time you call. I mean this was supposed to be a great thing for us, but it has and will be the worst decision so far. 1. The process- suck! 2.price- overpriced 3.customer service- worse ever ever!

If you wanna have the worst time ever pickin' and doin' a solar panel and battery install, go ahead and choose Harness
If you wanna have the worst time ever pickin' and doin' a solar panel and battery install, go ahead and choose Harness. But lemme tell ya, it's gonna cost ya a lotta money, frustration, and, most importantly, a whole year's worth of time. They don't know how to run things properly, their communication is non-existent, and I wouldn't even recommend 'em to my worst enemy. They said it would take 4 months, but it ended up takin' almost a whole year. Seriously, stay away from 'em no matter what, and they were also the most expensive option I got. So do yourself a favor and go with the second highest bid.
Harness Power, Inc
Harness Power, Inc. installed a solar panel system at our house in September 2022, but the solar haven't been done yet. I've been trying to contact the salesperson, but they keep saying they're waiting for the city's inspection. It's been almost a month now, and the salesperson hasn't replied to my calls or text messages. I even called the city to check if there's an appointment scheduled, and they said they never received any calls from the company. I can't reach anyone from the company either. I went to their address, but there was no one there. Whenever I call their numbers, they always ask me to leave a voicemail, but they never call back.
To make matters worse, when I wrote a bad review explaining what happened, they deleted my review and changed it to a very positive one under my name, claiming how satisfied I am with their service. It's frustrating and dishonest.
Furthermore, when the salesperson came to our house, we only filled out an application for the solar system, not for a loan. However, EnerBank approved a loan on our behalf for $30,000, even though my husband's signature was incorrect. How can a bank give a loan to a company without verifying the person's identity? It's concerning and raises questions about their practices.

This company sold me solar panels and a main panel upgrade in November , but they still haven't finished installing the main panel upgrade
This company sold me solar panels and a main panel upgrade in November , but they still haven't finished installing the main panel upgrade. They didn't file the right paperwork for the upgrade until I called them multiple times to ask about the timeline. After making several excuses, they finally filed the correct paperwork and got approval on July 22. I've called them to ask when it will be completed, but all they tell me is that it's being reviewed at the executive level. I just want this to be finished.
The company came to us about solar
The company came to us about solar. We thought about it and then started with them. They said we could cancel until the day before install, which we did 'cause we found another company with a better product and price. But now, Harness Power still went ahead and opened a loan for us. I just found out this morning when I saw a new loan on my credit report. They gotta give the money back to the bank, close my account, and fix my credit. This is so unprofessional. If a customer cancels, there's no reason to keep going and open the loan.
I started dealing with Harness Power in March 2022 when we decided to go solar
I started dealing with Harness Power in March 2022 when we decided to go solar. The sales representative explained the process and said it would take some time, but we would be up and running by July and August, which is when we use more energy. He also said I would be dealing with other people for the rest of the process. That person sent the installation crew twice when I told them we wouldn't be home. The panels were installed, if I remember correctly, in late March or early April. I gave the crew time because I thought it was part of the process, so I didn't say anything until June 17th when I contacted the sales representative. I told him I didn't want to deal with anyone else because the other coworkers didn't seem helpful. They wanted me to contact the city to find out why they had voided the permit. The sales representative said he would find out what was going on. Later that week, he texted me saying they would have a meeting with the city to discuss the problem. I asked him when the meeting would be because everything was taking longer than expected. He wouldn't give me a date or time. Finally, he also told me to call the city, which I did. The city later contacted me and said they needed to upload my signature, and this should have been done months ago. I've been angry with them since the day I found out that they somehow forgot about me. I've been trying to contact them, but they don't answer or return my calls. Their company email is not good, and it seems like they've given up on me and don't want to hear from me. At this point, I want nothing to do with these people.

I signed up to go solar in March 2022 when Harness was walking my neighborhood
I signed up to go solar in March 2022 when Harness was walking my neighborhood. They put solar panels on my roof on March 29, 2022 and it is now the end of September and the hardware is just a dust collecting roof ornament. I was originally supposed to get a new circuit breaker for my house on June 9th of this year. SDGE had to change the date, but offered alternate dates of June 6th or June 14th. Harness told me they were not available until July 25th. I told them that was totally unacceptable. They cost me almost two months because of their incompetence. I had to wait another month to get the stucco repaired from the circuit breaker installation. The first final inspection occurred on September 2nd which failed because Harness used the incorrect type of conductor. Harness didn't come out again until September 14th to fix the corrections. Harness failed to tell me that they were just fixing the corrections that day and that no inspection was scheduled. I called Harness back the following day very upset and asked that a second final inspection be scheduled ASAP. The second final inspection was done on September 19th and failed again. Harness sent out a different technician that didn't even know what was going on. Harness is now disputing the second failed inspection with the city and we have been stuck on hold for almost a week. Harness does not communicate or reach out to you for anything. I pretty much have to call them multiple times a week to find out what is going on or nothing gets done. It is next to impossible to get a live person on the phone. Harness has severely failed to deliver in a timely manner and their customer service is nonexistent. I regret my decision to use them every day. I will definitely tell anyone looking to go solar to stay away from them because of the awful experience that I have had. At this point, I have no confidence that I will ever get PTO.
I signed a contract with Harness Power, Inc
I signed a contract with Harness Power, Inc. on 04/05/22 to buy a solar system. The salesman, ***, was working for Harness Power. I was also approved for a loan by EberBank USA. My credit report from June 1st showed a loan amount of $24,000, which was agreed upon by *** and me. However, between June 1st and July 1st, the bank ran my credit three times without informing me, causing my credit scores to drop by 40 points. During this time, the bank also gave Harness Power an additional $16,000 without notifying me. When I discovered these anomalies, I started calling the bank as they were the only source of information in my emails. The salesman did not provide me with the name, telephone number, or address of the company responsible for connecting the solar panels. I tried calling and texting him for more information, but he stopped responding to my calls in July. I was worried that the company no longer existed, so I conducted my own investigation to find out what was happening with the solar system and my loan, which had a different and larger amount than what I had agreed upon with Landon. Now, I have found that the contract states an amount of $38,000, which is completely strange to me. The dates on the documents are also different from what I signed. For example, the bank document shows 05/18/22, but I never signed anything in May. Additionally, the date for the start and completion of the installation job is listed as May 15th, but the installation actually took place on June 9th. I do not have any paper documents from Harness Power, but they have taken money from my loan account at Enerbank bank twice. I discovered all of this information from my credit report. At the end of July, I found the phone number for Harness Power through a Google search. I called them for two weeks and left multiple messages, but received no response. Finally, in August, a representative named *** from Harness Power's customer service called me back. I explained all of my concerns and complaints to her because the solar system on my roof still wasn't working. She said she would speak to her team and managers. I have continued to call her, but I have not received any updates from Harness Power and the solar production has still not started.
