Adeptpowersports Terrible Website: False Advertising, Restocking Fees, and Insulting Customer Service

I gotta say, this website is the absolute worst I've ever dealt with, and I've been around the block a few times. I mean, I've lived in some pretty rough places, but this site takes the cake. They show items as being in stock when they're not, which is just plain false advertising if you ask me. And if you try to cancel your order because you've been waiting for a week and nothing's been shipped out, they'll hit you with a 20% restocking fee. I mean, come on, that's just ridiculous.

And don't even get me started on their customer service. They're rude, unhelpful, and downright insulting. I mean, who talks to their customers like that? They told me that they never offered overnight shipping when I ordered, like it was my fault for not knowing that. And when I complained about the wait time, they straight up insulted me. They said that if I sent another "dumb email" like that, I'd be blocked from emailing them. Can you believe that?

So if you need parts fast, I suggest you look elsewhere. This site is a total nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and find a different supplier. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Adeptpowersports Adeptpowersports: Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Behavior

The customer service at Adeptpowersports is not up to par. They are very rude and disrespectful to their customers. I would not recommend anyone to buy parts from this company. They have cancelled my order and sent me an email informing me of the cancellation. This was because I had left a review stating that their customer service was terrible and their shipping was slow. It took two weeks for my order to arrive, which is a long time in the business world.

It seems that they took offense to my review and decided to cancel my order. To make matters worse, they blocked me and sent my emails to the spam folder. This is very unprofessional and shows that they do not care about their customers. I would advise anyone looking to buy parts for anything to shop elsewhere.

There are other companies that sell the same OEM products for the same price or cheaper. They also have faster shipping times and better customer service. It is important to support companies that value their customers and treat them with respect. Adeptpowersports is not one of those companies. Stay away from them and find a better company to do business with.

Adeptpowersports Terrible Customer Service and Business Practices - Avoid at All Costs!

This place is just awful! I had a real problem with my order and they just couldn't seem to get it right. They said that my billing and mailing addresses didn't match, but I know for a fact that they did. The worst part is that they took my money anyway, even though they said my order didn't process. Then they told me they were going to refund me, but how can they do that if the charge didn't go through in the first place?

When I told them I was thinking about taking my business elsewhere, they responded with a really snarky comment. They said something like, "You should give into your temptation." Can you believe that? I mean, aren't they supposed to be running a business here? I don't think that's any way to treat a customer.

Their response was even worse. They said that they don't have time for customers like me, who apparently take up 98% of their time with nonsense. They even went so far as to say that they're more successful than most of their competitors because they don't apologize when the customer is wrong and they don't play games. I mean, seriously? That's just ridiculous.

If you ask me, this place is a total disaster. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to do business with, you should definitely look elsewhere.

Adeptpowersports Poor Customer Service and Unfair Policies at Adeptpowersports

I recently had a less-than-stellar experience with Adeptpowersports. I ordered a Honda part and a UNI air filter, but unfortunately they were not available in the same warehouse. This caused a delay in shipping, which I understand can happen. However, when I reached out to customer service to inquire about the status of my order, I was met with a condescending and rude response.

The representative I spoke with informed me that I could either wait for the order to ship on Monday or cancel it, but that a 20% restocking fee would apply if I chose to cancel. I was taken aback by this, as it seemed unfair to charge me for a delay that was caused by their own logistics problem.

To make matters worse, the representative was incredibly arrogant and dismissive of my concerns. They even went so far as to criticize me for taking screenshots of the website, which I had done in an attempt to keep track of my order and ensure that I had all the necessary information.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Adeptpowersports. While I understand that delays can happen, I do not appreciate being treated poorly by customer service representatives. I would not recommend shopping with this company, as their policies and attitudes towards customers leave much to be desired.

Adeptpowersports Terrible Customer Service Experience with Adeptpowersports: Would Not Recommend

I had a pretty bad experience with Adeptpowersports. I had some questions about when my items would ship, so I reached out to their customer service team. Unfortunately, the response I got was pretty rude and unhelpful. I was so put off by the way they treated me that I decided not to make my purchase from their site after all.

To make matters worse, when I let them know that I wouldn't be buying from them, they sent me an incredibly nasty email. They basically told me that they didn't need my business anyway, and that they were better off without customers like me. They even went so far as to say that they were blocking my email address as spam!

I was really taken aback by the way they treated me. I understand that they've been in business for over 10 years, but that doesn't give them the right to treat their customers poorly. I was just trying to get some information about my order, and instead I got insulted and belittled.

I'm not sure if this is a common experience with Adeptpowersports, but based on my own experience, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you're looking for a company that values their customers and treats them with respect, you might want to look elsewhere.

Adeptpowersports Adept Powersports: Poor Customer Service and Lack of Responsibility

I recently made a purchase from adeptpowersports.com for a couple of parts that were listed as in stock on their website. However, after a week of waiting, I had not received any shipping information or emails from them. Upon checking back, I discovered that one of the parts was actually out of stock and they did not have an estimated time of arrival for it.

I contacted their customer service and requested that they send the part they did have in stock and then send the other part when it became available. However, they informed me that I would have to pay an additional $12 for separate shipping, even though their website had shown the part as in stock. They also informed me that it would be three months before they would receive the out of stock part.

I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation and requested to cancel the order altogether. However, they informed me that I would be charged a 20% restocking fee for the part they did not even have in stock. I was shocked and frustrated by their lack of responsibility for their own mistakes.

After a heated debate with their customer service representative, who was extremely rude, I decided to end the phone call and wait for the parts to arrive in three months. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth and I will never order from adeptpowersports.com again.

It is disappointing to see a company that does not take responsibility for their own errors and is unwilling to work with their customers to find a solution. I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase, as it would have saved me a lot of time and headache. I caution other buyers to beware of this company and their poor customer service.

Adeptpowersports Disrespectful Customer Service Experience with Adeptpowersports

I had a pretty rough experience with Adeptpowersports. I had been waiting for several months for some parts to arrive, and when I finally asked about the status of my order in mid-September, the customer service representative I spoke with was incredibly rude and sarcastic. I was taken aback by his behavior, especially since I work in customer service myself and know how important it is to treat customers with respect and kindness.

When I tried to explain my frustration, the representative accused me of lying and basically called me a childish tantrum-thrower. He even went so far as to threaten me with a 20% restocking/cancellation fee on my order, which I found incredibly unprofessional and unnecessary.

Despite all of this, I still tried to remain calm and civil throughout our conversation. I even offered to provide feedback on how Adeptpowersports could improve their customer service in the future. But the representative was having none of it, and continued to be rude and dismissive.

In the end, I decided to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. It's a shame, because I had heard good things about Adeptpowersports from some of my colleagues in the industry. But after this experience, I don't think I'll be recommending them to anyone anytime soon.

Overall, I think Adeptpowersports has some serious issues with their customer service. While I understand that mistakes happen and orders can get delayed, there's no excuse for treating customers with disrespect and hostility. If they want to keep their customers happy and loyal, they need to do better.

I understand that backorders are a common issue in the world of online shopping, but the way this situation was handled was unprofessional. The customer service representative acted as if he owned the place and was not willing to work with me to find a solution. Instead, he made it clear that I was not a valued customer and that my business was not important to them.

The email exchanges were frustrating, to say the least. The representative seemed to be more interested in proving a point than in finding a solution. My recent experience with Adeptpowersports has been far from satisfactory. I had ordered some parts for my slingshot, but to my dismay, upon receiving the package, I discovered that they had mistakenly sent me another part. This mistake would have been manageable had it not been for the fact that they expected me to pay to send it back. After I had sent the part back, they finally refunded my money after a great deal of hassle and numerous excuses.

This was the case for me when I was looking for a cylinder for my 2000 CR125. After browsing through several manufacturers and retailers, I finally stumbled upon adeptpowersports.com. To my delight, they had the part I needed in stock, according to their website.

Although I was eager to purchase the part, I hesitated to do so immediately. I wanted to make sure that they could guarantee the part was really in stock and that the shipping time would be reasonable. So I decided to reach out to their customer service team and ask a few questions.

Their response was not what I expected. I was quite taken aback by the unprofessionalism of the reply I received - "Nothing in life is 100%". I recently had a less than pleasant experience with Adeptpowersports and felt compelled to share it. Unfortunately, I was never notified when some of the parts I ordered were backordered, although the website promised to do so. After several attempts to inquire about expedited shipping, I finally received a response that took longer than expected and was informed that expedited shipping was not an option. I found this hard to believe since I know that carriers like FedEx offer this service, and I was willing to pay for it upfront. To make matters worse, it took about two weeks for my order to be fulfilled when most of it was ready to ship already. The team at Adeptpowersports also kept telling me it would ship for almost a week, which was frustrating. I am glad to have finally received my parts and move on from this experience, but I would certainly advise others to stay away from this vendor. Unless you don't mind dealing with rude and condescending people and waiting weeks for parts, I would suggest seeking alternatives for your needs.

Adeptpowersports Unprofessional Behavior from Adeptpowersports: My Review

I recently had an unpleasant experience with Adeptpowersports, which I felt compelled to share. Unfortunately, my order was taking a staggering 8 days to process and I needed the part faster than that. As a result, I decided to cancel the order and order from Amazon instead. To my surprise and dismay, I received an email from the Adeptpowersports team that was far from professional.

They stated that they don't have a "huge parts department," but that all they do is handle parts. They went on to say that any other place I order from would take just as long as they did. Furthermore, they advised me that I could have cancelled the order from my order history, but only within the first 15 minutes of placing it. They added that if I had waited over an hour, they would have applied a 20% restocking fee to the special order item. They did, however, acknowledge that they waived that fee for me, even though I was a terrible customer in their eyes!

What made matters worse is that the email contained incredibly rude and offensive language. The team member who wrote it called me an expletive and also claimed that my email address was blocked as spam. They then proceeded to warn me not to attempt to order from them in the future.

Needless to say, this experience left quite a bad taste in my mouth. It's one thing to experience delays with orders and have to cancel; it's another thing entirely to be treated so poorly by a company. From my perspective, their behavior was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I would urge others to consider other options, such as Amazon or other reputable retailers, before choosing Adeptpowersports.

I recently had an unpleasant experience with Adeptpowersports, an online retailer that specializes in providing Powersport enthusiasts with affordable parts and accessories that keep their rides running in top shape. Initially, I was drawn to their website by the promise of competitive pricing and their vast inventory. However, my initial impression of this company was soon dashed when I tried to place an order for clutches.

Upon checking, I was informed that the parts I needed were in stock and would be shipped out in 1-2 business days. However, when I received my order confirmation, I realized that there was no description of the parts that I had ordered. Naturally, I had questions that I wanted answered and immediately contacted their customer service department. Unfortunately, this was where things took a turn for the worse.

Despite my politeness, the representative I spoke with was curt and unhelpful. Rather than address my concerns, she simply said that my order would be shipped in 1-2 business days. When I called back on the third day to inquire about my order's tracking number, no one answered the phone. After several attempts, I finally received a callback from the same representative, but when I answered, she hung up the phone.

Feeling frustrated and disrespected, I called back again. However, this time I was met with even more hostility. The representative 'handled' me poorly and treated me like a burden instead of a paying customer. She was rude and nasty with me, speaking to me as if I was a waste of her time and money.

It was then that I realized that I was dealing with a company that didn't care about building relationships with their customers. Their handling of the situation was both inappropriate and unprofessional. When I asked for a refund, I was informed that I needed to wait for them to process the order and release my payment. It seemed to me that they were holding my money without providing any goods or services in return.

I was extremely disappointed with how things turned out, especially since I had heard good things about this retailer from other satisfied customers. However, my own experience left a lot to be desired, and I would advise others to be cautious about dealing with Adeptpowersports in the future.

Adeptpowersports Disappointing Experience with Adeptpowersports: Slow Shipping and Poor Customer Service

So, I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Adeptpowersports. I mean, I get it, shipping can be a pain in the butt sometimes, but these guys take the cake. They say they'll get your stuff to you in 4-6 business days, but when I reached out to them on day 6 to see what was up, they gave me some major attitude. Not cool, man.

And to top it all off, it's been 11 days now and my package still hasn't even been shipped! All I see on the USPS tracking is that a label was created, but nothing's actually been sent out. What gives?

Honestly, if I ever do get my hands on my order, I'm definitely not gonna be coming back to these guys. If you need something fast, I'd recommend shelling out a little extra cash and finding a different company that's not based in California. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle.

Adeptpowersports Unprofessional and Offensive: My Experience with Adeptpowersports

I recently had an experience with Adeptpowersports (adeptpowersports.com) that left me feeling quite disappointed. I had placed an order with them, but unfortunately needed to cancel it. When I reached out to request the cancellation, I received two email responses that were quite shocking.

The first response I received was quite unprofessional. The person who responded seemed to be upset that I was canceling my order, and even went so far as to say that I had hurt their feelings by telling them the truth. They then proceeded to cancel my order and block my email address as spam. To make matters worse, they also blocked me from ordering on their website in the future, and made a comment about not allowing children with tantrums.

The second response I received was equally unprofessional. The person who responded seemed to be making fun of me for being a "boomer", which I found to be quite offensive. They then proceeded to block my email address as spam.

I recently had an experience with Adeptpowersports and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I had some questions about shipping and when I reached out to them, their response was less than helpful. In fact, it was downright rude.

Their response to my inquiry was something along the lines of, "We have canceled your order. Our 'verbiage' is plain English. You are simply trying to read into it something that's not there. Our website says 'Ships within 4 to 6 business days' before you order this particular item. Let us know what part of that plain English that is confusing you. We'd love to somehow explain it, but these are plain words, like 'ships' means 'ships', '4' means '4', 'business days' mean 'business days'."

I was taken aback by their response and felt like they were being incredibly unhelpful. I understand that their website states the shipping timeframe, but I had some additional questions that I was hoping they could clarify for me. Instead, they canceled my order and were incredibly dismissive.

I was searching for a part for my ride and I stumbled upon adeptpowersports.com. They claimed to have the part in stock and it was clearly stated on the order page. I was excited to finally find a website that had the part I needed without any wait time. However, my excitement was short-lived when I received an email stating that the part would not be shipped for another 5 days. I was disappointed and frustrated because I realized that the part was not actually in stock.

I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund. To my surprise, I was informed that there was a 20% restocking fee for "special order parts". I was confused because the website clearly stated that the part was in stock and nowhere during the order process did it mention anything about restocking fees. I recently had a less than pleasant experience with Adeptpowersports and felt compelled to share it. Unfortunately, I was never notified when some of the parts I ordered were backordered, although the website promised to do so. After several attempts to inquire about expedited shipping, I finally received a response that took longer than expected and was informed that expedited shipping was not an option. I found this hard to believe since I know that carriers like FedEx offer this service, and I was willing to pay for it upfront. To make matters worse, it took about two weeks for my order to be fulfilled when most of it was ready to ship already. The team at Adeptpowersports also kept telling me it would ship for almost a week, which was frustrating. I am glad to have finally received my parts and move on from this experience, but I would certainly advise others to stay away from this vendor.
