Hello I return my flashpoint 600 light on 8/10/23. I been in conversation with customer service since September. I spoke with different agents numerous times they keep telling me it's not in their warehouse. I spoke with some and gave them the information with the tracking number they took it and stated give a few days to respond. I then called back and another agent stated to me the same statement give a few days. No response. By that time it was over 120 days and the UPS file a claim has expired. I Then called back with UPS and Adorama customer service number on the phone and UPS stated to them that they can provide to them the proof that someone in the warehouse signed for the package. I provided them with proof of signature and that it was delivered back to them. I then waited a week to call back when the agent said 2 to 3 days. I was told the package wasn't there and that I should call UPS and file a claim. This has been going on to long they searched the warehouse they say but did not asked who signed for the package.
