I canceled my ADT monitoring service months ago. For the past few weeks I have been getting FALSE alarms, mostly in the early AM. I am house-bound, can't drive, am 76 yo and 100% disabled. I have to take a sleeping aide and have great difficulty getting back to sleep once an alarm wakes me. It is a chore for me to get out of bed, to get to my panel and stop the alarm. Give me a break, please. Please terminate these alarms! I would NEVER recommend ADT to anyone. This is elderly abuse!

You need to get in touch with ADT's higher-ups immediately. Demand they shut off these alarms and stop disrupting your life. Make it clear that their negligence is causing you serious distress and they need to fix it now. Don’t let them get away with this — stand your ground and insist on immediate action. Stay strong, and make sure they know you won’t back down until this issue is resolved. You deserve peace and respect, and they need to deliver it.
