Aeropost Poor never use

I've ordered hundreds of packages through aeropost and this is the last time I will use them. From now on I will use ezone. I ordered something from China which took only four days to reach Miami.

Then it took two weeks to reach Barbados. That was in February 2023.

Aeropost kept saying it isnt ready. It's a small part for a computer btw.

I finally get an email in August saying I can pay in three ways. I used to be able to just pay on the website portal.

So I went to the counter to pay collect. Now after paying I am told I might get my package in five business's days.

So to recap...it took 8 months to get a package from aero post in Barbados office. But only four days for the package to ship and arrive from china.

The only thing good about Barbados is the beach. Do not live here do not do business here. I'd rather be in Syria with war than in Barbados.

And no offer of a refund on shipping nothing. Ezone here income.

Recommendation: Do not use aeropost

Aeropost Almost a scam

Almost two months ago I ordered a refurbished computer, Aeropost contacted me, and said there are no returns on this item. They then asked if I still wanted it, I said no. Even after sending them many e-mails I still haven’t received a refund, they didn’t answer my e-mails even. I sent one last e-mail telling them to send me the computer or something. Two months later nothing

Recommendation: Stay far away from them

Aeropost Nightmare Experience: Aeropost's Shady Business Practices and Deceptive Staff

Their service is definitely the worst ever, unless you're keen on shipping stuff and never receiving them at the intended place. Stephanie Castro, she's like in cahoots with these shady folks at this so-called shipping company. They're only still in business because of all the sneaky scams they pull off. MIA***645 Aeropost is complete nonsense.

Let me tell you, dealing with Aeropost has been a nightmare from start to finish. I decided to give them a shot, thinking they could handle my shipping needs. Boy, was I wrong! It's like they have a secret agenda to make sure my packages never reach their destination. I mean, what kind of shipping company does that?

And don't even get me started on Stephanie Castro. She's like their right-hand woman, always ready to deceive innocent customers like me. I can't believe I fell for her lies and ended up using their services. It's like she's an accomplice in this whole crooked operation.

I have to say, it's mind-boggling how Aeropost manages to stay afloat. It's clear as day that they're involved in some shady business practices. I wouldn't be surprised if they're running some sort of insider scam to keep their pockets lined. It's just unbelievable!

To sum it up, MIA***645 Aeropost is a load of baloney. I wouldn't recommend their services to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable shipping company instead. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Aeropost Aeropost: A Shady Company with Terrible Customer Service and Delays

I gotta tell ya, folks, I had a real bad experience with this company called Aeropost. Seriously, do yourself a solid and steer clear of 'em. They go around sayin' they'll ship your packages in 3-5 days, but let me tell ya, they hold onto 'em for weeks! Can you believe that? It's like they're playin' a game with your precious cargo.

Aeropost, man, let me tell you, they take forever to let you know when your stuff arrives. Like, seriously, it takes weeks! And the worst part is, nobody has a clue where your items are or when they'll even bother to ship them out. It's a total mess, dude.

Let's start with the good stuff. The Aeropost store in Barbados (Airport) is top-notch. The staff there really knows how to provide excellent service and get things done. It's a shame that this is the only positive aspect of Aeropost.

Now, let's talk about their email support. It's practically non-existent! I've sent numerous emails to their local office, but I have NEVER received a reply. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

And don't even get me started on their online chat. It's the epitome of terrible customer service. Every time I've tried to seek assistance through their online chat, it has been a never-ending cycle of repetition. They just don't seem to understand or care about my issue. I recently had a conversation with a representative named Sophya B, and despite me explaining my problem to her multiple times, she completely ignored it. I even went as far as to point out that she was ignoring the real problem with my account, but she continued to disregard my comment. It was absolutely rude and unacceptable. Aeropost seriously needs to clean house and get rid of useless staff members like her. These frontline employees are the face of the company, and their behavior is only dragging it down.

Overall, my experience with Aeropost has been extremely disappointing. The lack of email support and the terrible online chat service have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. It's a shame that such a promising store location is overshadowed by these major flaws in their customer service. Aeropost really needs to step up their game and address these issues if they want to retain customers and improve their reputation.

Aeropost Aeropost's Incompetence and Lack of Communication Leaves Me Waiting for My Package for Weeks

I've had a bunch of problems with Aeropost, but let me just focus on my most recent issue. So, I went ahead and bought myself a phone from good ol' Amazon, and as usual, I claimed my exoneration, which I'm totally entitled to every six months. Now, here's where things get a bit ridiculous. Customs, those guys who are supposed to know what they're doing, asked me to describe the item and explain what I'm gonna use it for. Seriously? It's a phone, people! You already know what it is, and now you want me to spell it out for you? Fine, I did what they asked and sent all the info through Aeropost.

Now, here's the kicker. Three whole weeks have passed, and I'm still sitting here, waiting for my package like a lost puppy. So, I decided to reach out to Aeropost through their chat feature. And guess what they told me? They said I needed to submit some paperwork describing the phone's features and explaining what I'm gonna use it for. Are you kidding me? I already did that three weeks ago, and they even sent me an email thanking me for being so quick to respond to their request! I mean, come on! The person on the chat asked for proof, so I sent them the contents of that email where they thanked me. And you know what they said? They said they would get back to me. Well, guess what? They never did! Can you believe it?

So now, my package is supposedly still stuck in Customs. I don't know if it's lost or forgotten or what the heck is going on. And the worst part? Nobody seems to know anything! It's like a big ol' mystery, and I'm left here scratching my head, wondering when I'll ever get my hands on that precious phone of mine. It's frustrating, to say the least.
