I contacted Harry Little at Affordable tours by email and called him back after receiving a a quote. He explained that that price changed and the prices change every minute. Although the email came from his address and had both his picture and his electronic address and signature, he claimed he didn’t send it. He was argumentative and un necessarily arrogant. I forwarded him the email and he said it was “automated” and dot from him although it had his signature. When I ask for the call to be escalated, he took my number down and told me that someone would call me back. Later on, I received a call from Naomi. Naomi was just as rude and claimed that she reviewed our conversation. However, it was obvious that she did not because she said things that did not happen, and she claim things that actually did transpire on that conversation did not take place. This time I used wisdom and recorded her conversation. I would like to post that conversation in it’s entirety so the public can see and hear exactly how she talked condescendingly and rudely to me. She contradicted herself, and was very arrogant. As a matter of fact, my son, who is a local celebrity will be posting my comment about affordable tours as well as part of that conversation so that future clients can see the culture of Affordable Tours and how they don’t value clients. Their advertisement guarantees the lowest price and outstanding customer satisfaction but that obviously is consistent with what I received. After I hung up, I was able to get a much lower price on the same cruise with a different travel agency than what Affordable Tours had quoted me. I have been to the better business bureau and will be reaching out to Mr. and Mrs. Fernando owners of Affordable Tours.
Desired outcome: An apology for the disrespect and condescending attitude from Naomi even more than Harry Little
