Trying to get a refund is like talking to a brick wall.. or better yet it's like ground hog day.
You get one rep- you explain the issue. They say do 1-2-3.you do. You get another rep explain the issue & that you've done 1-2-3. That rep goes Im happy to tell you need to do 1-2-3. You say great! I did 1-2-3, and they respond with ok, but did you do 1? Yes. Here it is...oh ok I see you need. 2-3. Right, that was given here. Ahhhhh ok.
Another rep comes you explain the issue & 1-2-3, and they go but where is 3? And you point at 3 & they go did you do 1? HOW DID I GET 3 if I didn't go 1! How did you not hear me tell you I did 1-2-3! Oh.. then what's the issue?
MY REFUND! I WANT A REFUND..I see but did you do 1-2-3?
And at which point you leave because you're about to light your own hair on fire.

I bought a gift card from Agent Provocateur as a present for my sister and there was supposed to be a $200 balance there. When my sister tried to use the card she was told that there was o balance!
When I contacted Agent Provocateur customer service and explained what happened they said that was an accident and promised that $200 amount will be put back on the card within a couple of days, but that did not happen. It is now over three weeks and I can't reach anyone from them and money is still missing. This company is a fraud and they stole my money!
