Terrible and unprofessional company and staff. They picked up my suitcases and didn’t send me any documentation until I had to follow up a few days later. They were unable to give me an insurance quote for a week. Due to extensive delays I decided to find another courier company to pick up bags which they held for a week due to inefficiency. They then refused to release the bags without payment of a unquoted fee.
Further to this they wanted my PIN number to get access to the bags without asking me for a packing list or customs declaration. When I asked to explain why they brushed it off and said it’s ok they don’t need it and blamed it on driver who wanted access to the bags. Overall I got a terrible vibe from them from day 1
