Air Arabia Slogan - "The worst way to travel" / "Travel at your own risk" / Synonym to Scam"
I have been travelling since the age of 2. In my life so far i had never seen an airlines so ill-mannered and fraud. A friend was travelling yesterday(20th December, 2019) via Air Arabia, we reached the airport 3 hours and 15 minutes prior to our boarding time. We stood in the line for approximately 2 hours (there were only 2 counters and the Air Arabia officials were too slow and were catering to people of there own and not the people in line [i.e. over booking the flight]). Out of 5 of my friends travelling, 4 received their boarding passes. When it came to the fifth they said the flight was full. We requested multiple times to help and guide us but they rejected. So we went ahead to plea to the supervisor/in-charge available. Little did we know that he was even worse, the first time we asked him for help he threatened us that he would tear our passports and boarding passes. Later we tried to show him the ticket we had booked, then he tried to snatch away our belongings and started to rush towards us for a fight.
Now in an industry where hospitality and customer satisfaction and comfort must the top most priority there are these companies that are treating them like animals.
However, we gave up and went on to complain to the Airport Operations Authority of King Fahd Airport. They clearly denied any assistance and said had no authority to take an action against the airlines. They directed us to the office of Air Arabia at the airport, were we waited for around 3 hours but no one showed up.
My friend then had to book a flight (Emirates off-course, couldn't take the risk) for the same day that cost him 3 times the price and with no refund or compensation from Air Arabia.
Hats off to the aviation authorities for allowing such airlines to exist and continue treating customers like pieces of bodily wastes.

My 11 years old son and my x-wife went into holiday to Morocco and they had to come back urgently to UK before his school starts.
However, about three weeks later, my x-wife phoned me asking me to buy her the return ticket as she only bought one way ticket on your flights, she explained that she could not buy any ticket because she can not find any available tickets on the requested dates i.e before my son school starts.
I said okay and I asked my 25 years old son to try to find any available tickets for that date and gave him my credit card.
I never expected that it might exceed a maximum of £200 on your flights which is normally under £100 for Morocco.
So, as my son's concern was the return date and not the price so he bought the first ticket he found convenient and I never asked him later about its price as I expected it to be kind of cheap any way.
However, yesterday when I received my bank statement and was checking it, I was amazed to find that a £395.46 gone out of my account in name of Air Arabia France 23rd of August, and a further £11.82 went out as NON-GBP TRANS fee plus £0.50 NON-GBP PURCH fee.
Understanding that this is totally unfair for me, plus the additional charges too. So, I will be very thankful if you will consider to pay me back some compensation.
Please note that my son told me that he didn't find any information about any additional charges at your site.

dirtiness in the toilets on the seats

I made a complaint about about dirtiness on the flight that I was on to tangiers from Gatwick onto flights actually on two occasions once the toilets were totally dirty and I spoke to the hottest she didn't do nothing about it went back on her phone second time it was on the seat which I did have send you pictures off and I've not heard nothing from you I expect a conversation of this before I do for you on your social media
Actually if you look at it on the toilet seat there is stools to be on a flight and to go into a toilet and has stood on top of the sea is disgusting there's probably been given to you I expect to answer them quickly regarding this

flight delayed and no connecting flight was given to destination
I have booked a flight from Bangalore to Prague via Sharjah on October 20 2019, 4:30 am IST, at Bangalore itself my flight G9497 from Bangalore to sharjah got delayed by 3 hours, i had connecting flight (G9582) from sharjah to prague which was departing 7:45 am Oct 20 from sharjah, they layover time was only one hour. since my flight was delayed BY 3 hours at bangalore, my flight to prague was missed, there was no proper information given by airlines when asked in banglore, when i arrived at sharjah, upon checking with airlines it was said that there is no flight to Prague for next two days, i have struggled fro two hours to talk with airline helpdesk people, no proper information was being given, they were making to wait almost 700 passengers, everytine i went to talk to them they told to come after 2 hours, finally third time when i lost my temper i went and blasted a guy from airlines, finally he gave me two options one is to stay at sharjah for two days, and they are not sure of given transit hotel, since i was travlleing alone, i could not take risk of staying at airport for two days, second option was to fly to Vienna from sharjah, there was a flight at 5:30pm (Sharjha timing) . From Vienna to Prague, self travel . no transportation was given . I opted for Sharjah to Vienna travel, from Vienna i have booked my own ticket to Prague which costed me 15000 inr, inclusion of luggage, since air arabia was giving 40 kgs baggage limit. But the airlines which i booked from vienna to pargue was allowing only 30 kgs of limit, i have paid fro extra 10 kgs .
Air arabia was so reckless to provide flight to destination, staff were not much helpful, i have pre booked meal from the flight Sharjah to Prague, no food was given in the trasit flight to vienna.

Somebody stole my chain at the sharjah airport before i was going in the plane. And they said that i have to submit my hand carry bag to them. But when i reach in my home i did not get my chain in my bag. This is very rude and unprofessional way as first time i visit im air arabia. I will never visit again in this disgusting airline. Now can u please tell me about where i have to go fir complaint and get my chain back.
I lost my gold chain at sharjah airport when i submit my luggage to air arabia crew member. And when i reach at destination (Sialkot) so i have never got my chain in my bag. I want to do complain. Please kindly help me to get my chain back.
mismanagement of air arabia ground staff and pushing the blame over the passenger
I travelled through Fligh G9 0414 from Coimbatore to Sharjah and had to catch the next flight to Riyadh G9 0151, when I reached the Air Arabia staff for enquiry to understand how should I reach my boarding Gate he asked me to wait through the security check in line to reach the Gate-20 and I did without waiting for a second, when I reached the Gate they told me that my flight departed and when I reached the transfer desk I was treated cheaply as if I had missed the flight intentionally. It's not my case, I am veteran traveler who cannot make such silly mistakes and the way the staff in the reservation desk handled was rude and cheap. I never expected such irresponsible behavior from Air Arabia staff in a international airport.
It's a complete mismanagement of Air Arabia and pushing the blame on the passenger to shift the ticket cost to the passenger where the issue is from Air Arabia staff. Even when I was ready to pay for the new ticket the staff gave me a false information that there was no ticket in the next available ticket, but when I approached SATA they gave me a ticket seamlessly for 900 AED. So I was shocked by such an irresponsible behavior of international Airline staff.
There were three staff in the transfer desk counter a female staff and two male staff who all were rude and were repeatedly blaming me for the delay rather understanding that I was made to wait in the que by the AirArabia staff.
If you have the airport footage you will know how I was guided to stand in the que by the AirArabia staff and was blamed later by AirArabia staff that I delayed.
If you really care for your passenger and when there is a genuine complaint, I wish you to take actions to improve the training of your staffs that is eligible to work in such environments responsibly. If you want me to prove my case, I can do so in any court or by international arbitrator. First I wanted to see your response for such cases.
I have one of the Transfer Desk - Staff Photographs (I can share if you want) who handed me in a very cheap and rude manner even before understanding the problem and was giving me false information's what they are supposed to help the passengers in such critical situations.
I need a responsible answer to know who was responsible for the delay and I can prove my side to anyone legally if required. If Proven that I made an mistake, I am trady to take what ever the airline tells me if not I want Airarabia to completely refund my ticket and lodging cost at Sharjah.

Pls be advised that my wife travelled by your flight number G9436 from Jaipur to Sharjah today i.e. on 19th Oct 2019. She is traveling alone. I reached sharjah airport to receive her at 0700 hrs which is the scheduled time of arrival. I checked at the airport, they said it is delayed by one hour. At 0800 hrs, there were rumours that the flight has been diverted to some other airport. So to confirm that, I called customer care on 65580000. Some call center lady by the name Nooranja, first said that the flight is in time and has landed at sharjah airport. Then I asked her" madam, are you sure that this flight is in time and has landed at sharjah airport? Because I m at sharjah airport " Then she confidently said " yes sir, it is in time and has landed in sharjah " I then said that if your information is wrong than I will make a complaint against you. Now she said " sir, hold on, let me confirm." After some time she said, sir flight was late by one hour but now it has landed in sharjah. I said, madam there are talks going on that this flight has landed in Al ain and Not in Sharjah. But she again said, sir I already told you that it has landed in sharjah. Then I said, madam if your information is wrong than I will make a personal complaint against you. She said, ok, no problem. After about half hour, my wife managed to call me from somebody 's mobile and she told me that they have landed in Al ain. Isn't it surprising, air Arabia customer care doesn't know, whether their flight is in time or not, whether their flight has landed in sharjah or some other airport . And you know I paid huge amount for parking at sharjah airport. You know parking rates at sharjah airport. Now I rushed to Al ain airport. When I reached there they said that the flight was diverted due to thick fog in sharjah and now visibility has improved so it is again flying to Sharjah. So I again rushed to Sharjah. You see how ridiculous and painful for the passengers and their relatives who came to receive them, just due to carelessness and negligence of air Arabia customer care. I feel some strong action should be taken against this lady at call center. And I must get some compensation for all this trouble. It was a torture for me and my wife. I have been traveling by air Arabia for last six years, many times. But now if I don't get good response to my this mail than I will refrain to do so in near future.
I hope air Arabia management will take this complaint seriously.

This is an official complaint regarding the mis-selling of a financial product, namely a travel insurance policy, which Air Arabia sold to me, on behalf of Tune Protect, on 14th July 2019.
The ‘platinum comprehensive' cover was advertised and sold to me as having medical, emergency and cancellation cover and promised to give me "peace of mind" (www.airarabia.com) with regards to my trip.
Image 1 - taken from the Air Arabia website www.airarabia.com States clearly that "travel inconvenience" will be covered. The general consensus would agree that this would include flight cancellations.
On Thursday 3rd October 2019, I received a text message stating that the flights were being cancelled. Although, I was distraught at the thought of losing two weeks of very valuable family time, I was reassured that I had a fully comprehensive insurance plan. I check the screenshot which I had taken at the time of booking, please see below, and I was confident that we would have our monies returned.
Image 2 - taken from the Air Arabia website www.airarabia.com States clearly that "cancellations" will be covered to the value of $3000USD. Given that this was purchased with flights, one would have been led to believe that this would cover the implications and subsequent costs of flight cancellations.
On Friday 4th October, I initiated my claim to Tune Protect and was dismayed to find out that my claim was denied due to ridiculous and highly restrictive criteria that I was not informed of before purchasing the policy. When I was purchasing the policy, I used both www.airarabia.com and www.tune2protect.com to make as informed decision as possible. Confident that with the information that was made available to me, that I was covered with "peace of mind."
The claim was subsequently rejected by Tune Protect with the argument that the don't cover the event of flight cancellations. Please see evidence from "Image 3" which was taken from www.tune2protect.com stating that travel cancellations were covered and not highlighting that flight cancellations were not covered. There were no asterisks to annotate that there were further term or conditions.

Mis-sold insurance is when a policy is sold by an insurance provider to a customer, without the customer receiving accurate information (and advice) about how the policy works. A provider has a duty, under Law, to ensure the insurance they're selling is suitable for a consumer's needs and circumstances. In this case certain exclusions and limitations were not clearly explained. The evidence enclosed within this letter clearly demonstrates that there was an implication on behalf of the insurance provider(s) and an expectation on behalf of the customer to have comprehensive cancellation cover.
If I'm not satisfied with your response, I will take my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. I look forward to receiving your response.

I would like to make a serious complain regarding a issue I faced while purchasing an Air Ticket from Cairo to Ras Al Khaimah dated 03.10.19. The agent in the Air Arabia Al Ain branch wrote that the flight will be on Wednesday but instead we realized after I travel to Ras Al Khaimah from Al Ain and my spouse who travelled to Cairo Airport that the flight is on Thursday. For your reference I have attached the copy of the flight ticket with the agent's handwriting on it. This is a very serious miscommunication which happened from your company employee and I want your company to take some serious measures against the agent, cause this is a blunder. If no action taken I will escalate this issue to DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMICS for legal action.

And your representative always use same line all the seats are booked. I never understand how is this possible .
Is it possible people are paying to get seat no 26 or 27 also.your India staff is very rude.

denial of boarding flight
We had a flight from Casablanca Morocco to Calgary Canada through secure terminals in Europe. We were denied boarding because they claimed that my partners Canadian passport had less than 3 month expiry date. And that we were not allowed to fly to Europe. But we called the terminal in Barcelona and they said that it was a secure international terminal. Meaning we don't leave the airport and do t go through security. The air arabia Maroc staff were extremely rude and did not understand our itinerary. We were denied boarding therefore missing all our flights. The day before the flight we went to their board office and confirmed our flight they told us there should be no problem. They ripped us off! 3000$ my partner and I had to get other tickets. Never fly with Air Arabia!

I was travelling from Chennai with one more person Monisha Gopalakrishnan.We checked in with our main luggages together. And our hand luggages were weighed together with our laptops. Together we had 24 kgs and we were allowed with it. I never took additional luggage thereafter. But in Sharjah they weighed the luggage I had in my hand separately and gave me a fine. How is that possible when two of us share same ticket and our luggages were weighed together and allowed. They never accepted what I said. I was charged AED100. I did not have money too. They took away my boarding pass inspite of the fact that I was on my final call to board. I was so embarrassed. I had a very bad experience travelling in Air Arabia and at Sharjah. I need a compensation for my unnecessary loss and bad travel experience
incompetent employees and unethical behaviour
My Father Mr. Jatinder Singh who is 69 years old was suppose to travel with air arabia on 21st sept 2019. The PNR No [protected]. He was not allowed to board the flight and was sent back. and it baffeles me as to why was he denied because on this above mentioned particular visa he went to georgia on 12th june 2019 and came back from tehre on 25th july 2019. so when he was allowed then now what happened.? He has a valid 3 year Australian Visa. He was even questioned a to show proof if he has visited australia which was duly complied by us we showed them the travel dates and also the photos of australia. I want to know as to what authority do they have to ask things like these and doubt a senior citizens integrity. When they themself cant seem to know what a visa grant letter looks like. then he was made to sit and wait for more than 4 hours or so and that also asenior citizen let me ask where your ethics do you not train your employees to behave with a senior citizen. and then ask thm such illogical questions. whn your employees are only uneducated who dont seem to know anything.
who will compensate us for the mental and physical harassement we went through and also for the loss of our ticket which accounted for Rs.36278. and the physical exertion he went though while travelling bck to the house from delhi to kurukshetra. am attaching the visa letter where you can check the visa by using th grant id which I should say was not done by the people present there on 21st sept 2019 because they totally failed to understand that the person has a visa and he can travel.
I would like to be refunded the above mentioned amount of rs.36278 and plus other charges which I occured due to it.

I booked a flight to Vienna on 18/9/2019, i had a schengen single entry visa from ITALY. when i reached the check in counter, the unexperienced lady responsible for the check in told me "i cant let you board this flight because your visa is from italy and you have to enter italy first, or transit to italy." There is no such thing, and no such law, i asked her if she can show me any law or any document or anybody who can confirm this. "She said i am responsible here and i am telling you that you cannot enter vienna with this visa, you need to buy another ticket from vienna to italy as a transit to enter italy first. She used phrases like "go back to the embassy and ask them" Being so uneducated And unexperienced i had to do what she said to get on the flight so i booked a ticket which i KNEW I WONT BE NEEDING which cost me money of course. I reached vienna and because i know i can enter, i went to the passport control and they stamped my passport welcoming me to vienna without any problem obviously.
I will not let this pass, the lady made my flight to vienna miserable( worrying what im going to do with all the bookings and money that i ended up paying for no reason.
I dont wish to hear "we are sorry for the inconvenience" i dont wish to hear "we will try our best to have better training"
I WANT TO SEE ACTION to compensate my losses due to disgusting mistakes by your employees. Keep in mind airarabia is my favorable choice of flight and i believe you can find out how many times i travelled with you.
I dont know what airarabia will do to make me satisfied, but im not asking for much. This is not acceptable under any circumstance

humiliation by air arabia crew
On 01 sept we were on hyderabad to sharjah flight . We were a family of 04 travelling to moscow. We had cleared all the security checks and and reached the aircraft. There stood mr mohammad at the entrance with a grim face, he asked me for the boarding pass i said i am aware and would be able to seat myself . He then snatched my boarding pass from my hands and declared unilateraly that my behaviour was aggressive he needed to check me for security i would be a security threat for other passengers while i stood aghast. My special child had gone past your cabin crew dyan continiously kept blocking the path of my wife who kept requesting to go and fetch the special child who would be lost inside. Mr mohammad told and threatened me that i need to be deboarded immediately and he would fill my form .He went and complained about me to the captain 02 times. The captain being a senior person could see me from his cabin standing quite and still with my hands folded and head hung low. The captain refused to entertain mr mohammad as i dont drink or take drugs or was shouting or doing any thing. I was just travelling on holiday with my kids . I wondered if mr mohammad had to check me for security as i was a security threat then what the other security agencies within the air port had done . Once the captain refused to deport me he then caught hold of my son and continuously humiliated me in front of my elder son saying mr mohammad was not my servant but i had never said any thing as such . Airarabia is not repeat not for family holidays as such behaviour was never encountered by me in all my previous international travels with better airlines .I thank airarabia and its crew for spoiling my holiday forcibly declaring me dangerous and an security threat for others humiliating me in front of my family

a customer does not pay rs 2.5 lakhs to be purposefully humiliated by your crew in front of his family who enjoy threatening your customer that he shall be deboarded for no reason .Over and above mr mohammad went and tried to influence the captian and he would close the door while he tried his level best to influence the captain but the captain took a look at me once mr mohammad opened the cockpit door he did not say a word and did not support the lies of mr mohammad as you need basis to deboard a passenger i was not drunk i had not taken any drugs i had not misbehaved with any one i was flying air arabia with a valid passport and ticket . If your crew remains with the behaviour shown by mr mohammad then in comming times airarabia itself would not be there as your customer and his feedback will reject airarabia. The actions of your crew show your customer has nooooooo priority . Dont just propogate/say things please understand the customer reads your actions before judging you. I am sure other airlines do not practice snatching boarding passes from their customer please have systems in your company which are true and justified as per the law in inquiries and feedback. Your crew enjoys to threaten the passengers as they are generally workers from india . This airlines is not for the people who travel on family holidays . This airline is strictly not for family travel
