I am writing this complaint because we did not receive our luggage until three days after we arrived. Our last travel with AirFrance on January 20 2024 was a nightmare. Before leaving Atlanta, they told us that they cannot print our boarding pass for the second part of the trip (Paris -Kinshasa) and we have to go to AirFrance in Paris. We arrived and they told us that they can not put us in the next AirFrance flight and they put us in a Turkish Airlines to Istambul on January 21 and our luggage has been transferred to Turkish Airlines. We traveled from Istanbul to Kinshasa the same day and arrived in Kinshasa on January 22 at 2 am. This is almost 9 hours until our original time of arrival with Airfrance (5 pm on January 21). One more bad things happened that none of 12 luggage arrived with us. We did not receive anything that day and it is only three days later that Airfrance and not Turkish Airlines brought our luggage in kinshasa. In addition to the worse customer service we received from Airfrance, we were three days without our luggage and did not know if it is Turkish Airlines or Airfrance who will bring them and also soem of our consumables have perished.
