I will not purchase future airguns or accessories from the Airgun Depot because of the way my request was handled. I started my purchase online by clicking onto the $20 discount (LST20GXP) and continued through the transaction and though I did not see the discount as I moved through it I thought surely it would be applied when I finalized the purchase which it did not. That was the reason for my request which was turned down because, the order had already processed and could not be reversed to do so. That excuse was was in my mind "JUST AN EXCUSS". Then I replied that why not issue me a $20 credit and that was turned down as well when it could of been a very easy fix and I would be a happy customer feeling you made it right with me. I am left feeling that the whole $20 offer was a scam from the beginning and therefore not willing to continue a Customer relationship with your company.

I order a one Benjamin Variable pump Air rifle caliber 22, Gamo magnum .22 pellets 250 count. one leapers accushot rings medium 3/8 dovetail with 4 screws/cap, one Hatsan Optima 3-9X 40 AO scope. total of $240.93 Order no. [protected]. The phone no, given to contact Airgun Depot is no good. I' ve been trying for over a month. Order promised on 5-27-21 never received any thing and no word from the Co,

I bought a Walther air pistol from one of your stores about 2 years ago. It worked well for me. Unfortunately, like everything else it needs service.
I cannot, through many of your retail store outlets in Toronto and outlying areas find anyone to service my Watlher PPK/S air pistol.
I called Crosman who gave me to Emarexwho is now handling this product.
Several calls to Emarex received by voice mail and no response.
I called at least TWENTY Gunsmiths and sports facilities. Still no sucess.
Question: Where do I go from here? Do I scrap this air pistol.
Suggestion: Do not sell anything that you cannot service or reccommend a service centre for the equiptment to be serviced.
At least TWO weeks of my time has gone to waste.
I have been a Canadian Tire Customer for approximately 41 years and I am extremely disappointed by this issue.
