Net work is not getting. No incomming calls in most of the times. I could not able to get income calls. People complaining that my cell number not responding to receive calls

I want to draw your attention towards the concern which I have against the phone bill of Airtel No 011-[protected] account no [protected].
The connection was installed at 8012 D-8 Vasant Kunj New Delhi -110070, since I shifted from that place I had given request for the transfer of the connection to the new address on 21-08-2009
At first I was told that it would be done in 7 working days.
After 10-12 days I got a call from your end stating that there was no connection available at the address therefore would have to wait for a few more days as there was probability of getting the connection there. They also confirmed that there wouldn’t be any rental charges till the time the connection is not installed or termianated.to which I agreed but the connection was never installed
Finally the connection was terminated on 7th Dec 2009 only after only my regular follow up with the customer care and there is a bill pending on my account for the rental for September October and November 2009
Now
Even after so much of follow up this bill amount is not being waived off even after several assurances from the customer care
Secondly there is no follow up from their (airtel) end and when I call back to know the status of the query all I get to hear is that we tried to contact but I did not take the call which is never the case and in such scenarios why have never send the mail or sms to contact mewhich i have been asking them to do since begining
my concern is why am i made to pay when i am not liable and the delay has just been because of their incompetence.

blackberry service not working

Airtel did had problems in activating my blackberry service for 299 plan (Prepaid). The amount was deducted from my balance and I was promised that service will start within 24 - hours. But it never started. I made calls of more than rs.100 to the so-called 'blackberry technical support" and all what I got as reply was "prepaid customers are not our priority, and they are helpless and I may have to wait for an uncertain amount of time atleast 10 days to any amount of time to get my service activated". Also I was never given any kind of reference number for complaints I registered. Not to mentions there horrible and unskilled officials there who use to put me on long holds, sometimes even upto 10 minutes or even disconnecting the calls after putting on long holds. Remember airtel charges money for it. And to specific number which I was calling ending with 7070 they were charging the normal call rates. No clear solution to the issue was ever presented or addressed. All the while hints were dropped to me that if I was post-paid customer the service would have guaranteedly started in 4 hours ! I was really taken aback at such a fraudulent behavior on part of airtel. Moreover it was painful to see how prepaid customers for blackberry gets step-motherly treatment. It was really terrible on part of airtel when it was revealed that they cannot guarantee blackberry service to prepaid customers when prepaid customers are the one who guarantees them the money by pre-paying it.
I also wrote to and called nodal officers but none ever replied. Airtel has provided some worst quality service and customer care in all this. After 10 days, I finally understood by now that service by airtel is hopeless for me, and there is no guarantee that it will ever be activated, even if it gets activated and some problem arises in future I would not be able to stand airtel's incompetent 'technical support'. So I finally asked for my refund as it was only ten days and they were unable to get service activated. They initially declined to refund. But after some hard talks and implications that I would be moving to consumer court and ask for refund+compensation (For all the financial and mental trouble they caused) + (If possible) a public apology in all the leading newspapers. Finally and fortunately, they had to oblige and give me 100% refund.
I instantly changed my service provider. And voila ! As soon as my new number from other operator activated my blackberry services were also activated.
This incident really has tarnished airtel's reputation in my eyes. As far as my blackberry service for prepaid is concerned I experienced lack of transparency and really horrible and incompetent customer service. And in future, I know I will never recommend airtel or any of it's services to anyone.
I am being using Airtel blackberry messanger service were the plan is automatically reneiwed without any confirmation on 15th of every month and today 3rd day of the month they have send the message that your blackberry plan is deactivated.what i feel is after fecthing money by deducting balance of the customers by activating message services without any request, unnecessarily they have found the new way of making money
Airtel Blackberry services are hopeless. The excuses they give range from 24hrs wait period for activation, removal of SIM, Device incompatibility, under process to replacement of wrong SIM. It had been more than 9 days in constant pursuit for solution. Amount is deducted but there is no service yet. Paid several visits to the Hyderabad BB office. Spent money on several calls (at least 25 calls) to [protected]. Highly recommend All not to activate Blackberry services with Airtel. They suck big time.
even im faing the same issue... calling helpdesk or sending mails are of no use... i want to discontinue blackberry service 299 and activate 899 but since 4 months same issue i tried calling helpdesk many times but in vains .. and i went to Airtel office many times but same issue, i really think their licence must be cancelled if they give this type of support to the Customers.

For utv audio cinema calls, which we never utilised and asked for this extra service.
Also we hv not requested for this service and they are charging on their own.
Regarding this I spoke to airtell customer service ref.[protected] dt 22.2.2010.
Our request is to stop this and revert and credit the extra chaged in the last two bills.

stealing money from pre paid accounts without positive consent from customer
My mobile number is [protected] ( Haryana Circle). Airtel has started a unique method of fund raising for its Zain deal buyout. It is stealing money from customers account without their knowledge. Today morning (23/02/2010 ), i had a balance of Rs 163 in my account. After making a 30 sec. local call, i was amazed to see that my balance has fallen to Rs 62. I wondered about as to what has happened here.In the mean time, i got an SMS stating that " your free trial for Games club is open now. After this, you will be charged Rs 99 per month.If you do not want to participate, SMS UNSUBGE at 54321. " Then i realized that my 99 rs has been stolen by Airtel .
I am using the word stolen because, the amount was deducted without my knowledge and without my positive consent. This is innovation of airtel to fund its Zain deal through the pockets of its customers without their been aware of it unless they are vigilant. I have given a complaint to them via complaint number 205069 dated 23/2/2010. Through this post, i want to make people aware of this looting by Airtel . Two of my friends have got three such unsolicited schemes on their mobiles. Who is Airtel to force such schemes on customers ? it is taking negative consent from customers by asking them to unsubscribing to scheme. Why should anybody unsubscribe a scheme which he or she hasn't subscribed in the first place ? and what about the customers who don't read most of the SMS es. They will keep on paying Rs 99 per month (or any other amount according to the scheme forced by Airtel) for no fault of theirs.
Airtel should return the money of all such people and stop sending sms es with negative consent. They should ask for positive consent as to whether one wants to SUBSCRIBE for a particular scheme or not.
Airtel has refunded the money back to me within 48 hours.
But, i still urge them to stop practice of harassing customers first and then refunding to those only, who complains. This is hardly a good policy. Honesty is the only thing desired.

The BHARTI AIRTEL is a ### Company. The other looting scheme they do is... When you disconnect your connection... they don't disconnect it internally and keep it active.. after 5-7 months... Airtel guy called you up for due amount... when you tell that we requested for disconnection... This is regarding to very poor efficiency of the customer dealing of airtel.I have made complaint many times to customer care regarding my complaint, but its very bad to say that there is no proper response from the destination.
The very bad thing happend was one legal letter has sent to my home. The letter mentioned that there will be a court complaint on 21st of this month and make the payment over their.It is mental harrasment for the customer.
I had a prepaid airtel number ([protected]) in the name of Saju Thomas.Then i have switched it into postpaid. I have submitted my office pay slip for taking my account. Since switched into postpaid, i have met so many problems. Customer care executive have been called me and told to pay the outstanding amount, but there is no pending to pay. I am using the Airtel website to paying the amount. Now I am so fed up of this Airtel connection. Now the customer executive telling that there is 2 more account i had, on the first account i have some amount to pay. Anyway i am expecting your kind responce to this issue.

recycled my phone number for no reason
I bought a new Airtel SIMcard on Jan24 2010 from MobileStore in Basaveshwarnagar, Bangalore.
I provided address verification, etc as requested. Suddenly after 15 days, I stopped getting phonecalls and could not place outgoing calls. I went back to the showroom and demanded my money back. They told me that they sent my address verification details, etc and my phone had issues because by mistake I might have pressed some number which automtically stops service. It was hard to beleive but I dint care as long as my phone was working again.
It worked for 2 days and again I had same issue. I had to call the Hotline aand they were totally useless. After dropping my call 2 times, finally a Superviser named Punita told me my phone number got recycled. I demanded to know how it can happen and she kept saying sorry. She asked me to buy new SIM card for no fault of mine. I was shocked, its not a matter of money, but AIRTEL inspite of accepting their fault could not revive my number nor give me a new SIM card for free.
I have decided never to use AIRTEL again.
Please stay away from this provider...

My self jignesh doshi, was thwe ex-client of airtel ltd. , & used for a year appr. My limit w as rs. 1700 & without my intimation or informing me they have exceed limit upto rs.4000, and now the person from airtel ltd. Calling me no. Of times in a day and giving me a bad words & harrasing me, also given bad words to my senior, the person who is calling me evrey now and then his name is "ulhas sharma", and cont. No. Is 022-[protected]
On 20th feb. Mr. "ulhas sharma" had send one recovery person to collect the cheque from me as I was not there at my resid. The fellow who came to my door without giving receipt taken the cheq. Of rs.500 as mr. "ulhas sharma" has ordered him to not give receipt.
Also I had done the payment of rs.1500 on 21st feb. On the day till morning 11 am he had called me 3 times & given the bad words to me like bhikari & more.
So pls. My request you whomsoever to take action against him to avoid this type of harrasnent with any body else as he was telling me if you dont make payment I will torchered to ur mother also thats the way he had spoken with me.

I am a user of Bharti airtel Telecom - [protected] over 5-6years. This number is registed in NSDC (National Do Not Call) Registery & with airtel to avoid unecessary calls. This has been done long back & even today NSDC shows that the number is registred. But every day i am geting not less than 6-8 calls from airtel starting with number 54321xxxxx. I have complained this several times to airtel executives spending my amount towards the call.
It has crossed the limits & each day it build a series of frustration to get such unecessary calls almost 6-8 calls per day.
I am really helpless & please help to get this resolved. This is causing meantal torchure & am unable to bare this since last 6-8months.

Hi,
My name is Vishwanath and i am from Bangalore.
Sub: No Proper response from Airtel Broad Band Customer care.
I had applied for Airtel broad band connection on 28/12/09 ref # TBLR
0066115 in my dad's name i.e Subramanya Hegde.Amount paid: Rs 3995/-.
Direct sales from Airtel have taken 20 day s to attend my request after 20 days
they have called up my dad's number, at that time it was not reachable and
they themselves have raised a request for cancellation.
After the cancellation request has been accepted one person from Direct
sales comes to me and promises for the connection in 1 day and asked me to
resubmit the document, I have replied that I cannot resubmit the document, later
I decided not go for airtel connection and let the refund comes back to me.
One week later i have received a courier from Airtel, One letter attached
with one cheque. The cheque should have been in my dad's name that is
Subramanya hegde, but the cheque is in the name of Ranjitha BC and the
cheque # is 151332 for Rs 500/-. The cheque # mentioned in the letter is
151333.
I have raised a complaint with Airtel customer care # [protected]. It has been
15 days over i have not got the right check back.Nobody is responding me properly.

Mobile no 91 [protected] address hno .16-3-810 chanchalguda hyderabad a. P. India. I had not use the air tel sim seven months but it is life time sim till 215 after seven months not used I has using this sim from 06-01-2010 (mobile no [protected]). I had recharged my mobile rs 55 and 32 also for .50paisa local call in morring today itself. 11/01/01but in after noon the air tel had blocked by sim for no reson my sim is life time valued till 2015. And u deactivated it. I had visted malakpet air tel office in after noon and talk the officer said I had to purchase a duplicate sim costing rs 50. So I had purchased it but till now my new sim of same no ie [protected] is not activated. Plz activated my sim with my no [protected] urgently note iam using this mobile no [protected] nearaly from six years. So I had very important contact. If I purchase new sim with new no its great loss to me so I requiest the air tel mobile company re activate my mobile no [protected] urgently thanking u

I am having airtel prepaid connection with no. [protected], goa connection.
I had not opted for any special vas services except caller tunes.
I did not have sufficient balance, so, with huge financial difficulties I had recharged from bangalore for rs. 50 on the above number, after successful recharge, I got an sms - "your a/c hass been recharged with rs.0.00 mrp rs.50, kindly pay to the retailer transaction id : - [protected]" without a single paise credit. So, I called the customer care karnataka at 121, I spoke with one of the airtel csr, he said that since the phone is in roaming so, all the recharges you make will not be credited and suggested me to try the recharge with the higher denomination.
Again after few minutes I had recharged with rs.100, I waited for few minutes and I got an sms "your a/c hass been recharged with rs.1.00 mrp rs.100, kindly pay to the retailer transaction id : - [protected]", I was shocked by this and I called the customer @ 121 for another time, I spoke with csr about the reason for not getting the amount credited, he replied that recharge for rs.100 is not acceptable so you try with another denomination, and gave me the customer care number : - [protected] and said the the customer care number will also be charged with std call rates.
Since, I did not have balance in my cell, I & called from a local landline to the number [protected] and explained my grievance to the airtel representative, he replied that I have called to mumbai csc, since, it is a goa connection so, call another airtel customer service center - [protected] and said that this number will be charged at std rates.
So, I called another one more new number [protected] and waited for few minutes, then my call got redirected to the customer service call centre, I explained my grievance to the airtel representative, he said that you cannot make any recharge in roaming, you have wasted by making above recharges, I asked the reason for this and told to give me the number of any higher official, he rudely disconnected the phone with loud voice.
If this is the situation then how much money is being unnecessarily held up by airtel in the whole india.
I had also mailed about the same to the customer care & nodal officer, but there was no proper response form the concerened.

50 rupees recharge
I recharged 50 rs. On 14.1.2010, that was an offer, in that offer recharge with 50 rs today you will get 75 rs as talktime, 43 rs on the spot and the balance 32 will get with in 48 hours, I got 43 rs ontime but I have not get the remaining 32 rs yet, my mobile no. They cheated me many many times, whenever I calkled customer care they told me your problem will be solved with in 48 hours,
