indoor signal problem in the city area
i have been using the airl tel post paid connection([protected]) for the past two years and recently for the past six months in our area (i.e., nehru, avanashi main raod coimbatore) we are facing the indoor signal problem . from our mobile we lauched many complaints to customer care but nobody is taking care of this compalint. kindly help me

We are customer of your AIRTEL MOBILE service for the past 1 year. In the initial period your network coverage has not covered throughout Coimbatore. Then you have raised your technology and instrumentation for increasing the coverage area. Subsequently being the customer, we enjoyed your service.
With great pain and shame, we are informing your office that our cell phone is not responding to incoming calls and out going calls and my contacts with other mobiles including AIRTEL have been suddenly dropped. This complaint is about Airtel Broadband for being unprofessional and for not being consumer friendly.
I urgently needed broad band connection as I was supposed to work from home for a month. I requested for Airtel connection on 28th of August 2009 by calling the Customer Care. Initially I got a response that currently there is no connectivity in my area, so I started looking for other service providers.
On 2nd September I got a call from one of the Airtel Representative, saying that within a week they can provide me with connection, earlier connectivity issue has been resolved.
Next day he came to collect the required documents & collected a cheque of Rs 4000. (SEF No. TBLR 0023703).
Then onwards the problem started.A week passed; still I didn't got any response from Airtel though the Cheque of Rs 4000 was already encashed. I called Customer Care; they told there are some connectivity issues due to which it has been delayed. It will take another few days. I waited for another week and contacted the customer care again, now they told you may not get the connection and we will refund you back your money in few days.
I tried contacting the executive (Venkatesh) who came to my house and he told due to technical issues we won’t be able to give you the connection, it will take some time to refund back your money.
After calling Airtel for more than 10 times, finally I got my money back in the 1st week of October.
Then on discussing this issue with my friends I got the big picture. As the quarter end (Jul-Sept quarter) was nearing, so as to make their quarterly results look better they applied this tactics of holding the money & customer till the quarter ends.
There would be many other people who might have had similar experiences with Airtel.
On part of customer he feels cheated at the end; he has lost time and effort without getting anything in return. His money, his name has been mis-used by a company to boost of its financial results.
In the whole process I have contacted Airtel Customer care/Representatives more than 40 times.
Logged many complaints but no one was bothered about the real issue. Every time the response was we will refund your money in few days.
In first place my cheque should not have been encashed if they were not in postion to give the connection. Secondly if Airtel doesn't have connectivity in a particular area then, connectivity wont reach that area on its own unless and until they have a plan for expansion in place .
So please beware of such tactics...(I have plans to go further in logging complaints against them)
I am sure they will have nice quarterly results again this time :)

worst airtel customer service
Airtel got the worst customer care service...not sure about other states but is true Andhra Pradesh.I have recharged with RC 94 for internet activation in my mobile yesterday night at around 9:30 pm and its not activated till now(4:22 am). before activating the service I even contacted the customer care and they confirmed that the service will be activated instantly and trusting them I went ahead and had my mobile easy recharge with rc 94 but the service was not activated.received an instant message showing the confirmation about the rc 94 activation but when I try to browse from my mobile it shows an error "communication error" contacted the customer care and told me that my account is active and I have 100 MB to us which was not showing at all in my balance when I type *121*10# or some other number they gave me...contacted them again and other guy sent me settings again and asked me to save them switch off and switch on the mobile and it will be activated which did not work either .this process went for many times, contacting them, they sending the settings, turning off mobile and turning on but no luck.and after calling customer care from my number for 3 - 4 times, i was unable to call them again . when i call them it gives a default message saying sms airtel to 121.then I called customer care from one of colleagues number and this happened again . after 3 - 4 calls that number too was blocked, this repeated for almost 4 different numbers as I was unable to reach them from my number. finally I spoke in frustration and one customer care guy transferred the call to their supervisor and he asked me to sms my airtel to 121 and then i will be able to call customer care from my number.THE WORST PART IN THEIR SERVICE IS ... they will say please hold on and then they will disconnect the call without intimating or if you contact them for any problem they will simply tell you a solution which will be like head and tails and they will leave the call instantly coz they are not sure if the problem will be fixed or not. DAMN WORST PART in their customer care they shouldnt be given option to disconnect the customers call until customer disconnects or until customer permits them.finally called one more time (total calls to their customer care : definitely more than 23 times from 5 different numbers as each number was blocked after calling them 4 - 5 times) and other guy advised me to deactivate the service by typing *567*2# and then activate again from *567# and I have deactivated as he said and later when i went to activate it was showing me as new customer for internet and is asking for which plan i want, but I already paid and activated it . then I called to customer care again and explained this to other guy and he put me on hold without asking me for almost 3 minutes, while i was on hold i received a sms stating that "your internet service is active and you will be billed 30 paise / 50 kb with no monthly rental"which was ridiculous.then he took the call and said now it is activate...what does that mean...? I asked him why is this showing like this when i have paid for a month and there should be 100 MB for me to use...seems like he had no answer, he asked me to hold on and disconnected my call...tried to call them again but after that whenever I called them from different numbers all the numbers are getting this message "please wait while i transfer your call to customer care executive, this call can be recorded for internal training services and after 2 - 3 secs annoying sound like this (teeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee )" damn Fu*k*ng Customer care service...believe me I never had this much frustration, really they are great as they made me write a complaint about them...bigggg complaint ...lets see if they will reach me atleast after seeing this...number is [protected]
PS: And a default song before reaching a customer care which says they are happy as they got one crore users which might be true...they need to analyze how many among one crore are happy customers...sure that cant be more than 2 lakhs or so which will be their employees...who work with them...

It is very difficult to lodge a complaint through customer care as and when it is told that you are being connected to customer care executive, the phone is disconnected.It happened many times since 03/10/09 night when I tried to lodge my complaint for 'NO DIAL TONE in land line phone no.[protected]. On 04/10/09 in third trial I was lucky to talk customer care executive & lodged my complaint. The complaint no. is [protected]. I was told that the phone line shall be corrected up to 05/10/09. But I am sorry to say that no body has attended my complaint & my phone is as it is dead till night of 05/10/09. This is a clear cut case of slackness in services of Airtel service provider.

This is satyanarayana.I have Airtel prepaid mobile connection.My number is [protected].In Airtel, one service is there i.e "Do not disturb".I have activated that service on 14th August 2008. But still iam getting unnecessary messages.For this, i called Airtel customer care on 1st August 2009.That customer care executive taken my complaint and told me that it willtake 45 days to solve my problem.Again i have waited for 45 days. But still i am getting those messages. Again i have called to Airtel customer care on 26thSeptember and asked them like i am getting these unnecessary messages.It is very disturbing to me.They said that you will get this messages and if you have any problem, open complaint board and give complaint to them.

does does not connect when calling to local access number
Airtel is providing cheap call rates to India when you call from a Local Access Number. But the calls never get connected when calling from a Local Access Number. You always get a message " The number you are trying to reach is currently unreachable" . Then immediately if you call from a Toll Free Number, where airtel charges you 6 times more than local access number, the call gets routed succesfully. This is a totally unethical business practice which airtel is using. They lure in customers with cheap rates, but the calls never get routed succesfully at a cheaper rate. So you have to call through a toll free access number, where airtel charges you 6 times more.
This is a total Rip Off. Do not register at airtelcallhome.

We have about 317 local access numbers in US to facilitate seamless connectivity from various cities in US to India. In case if this issue persists, please let us know so that we can investigate and resolve the problem if any. Importantly, we are not definitely pushing the local access numbers; you can use toll free access numbers as well.
recieving useless messages after every minute

I want to launch a complaint against the Airtel Mobile Service that i an getting a lot Useless Message (Like DMC Doctors msgs, Promotional messages) every day . It is somewhere around 30-35 message i recieve in a day, which is very disturbing for me . I actually working in a Software Testing Company wherein i need lot of concerntration while working. Many times i am over the call with clients or in a meeting and in between i get these messages which are very disturbing.
I have several times made the complaints in the customer care deptt, but i wonder if they even log the same in their systems as i never get the reference number of the complaint made. Rather every times customer care people promise and never adire to what they say.

poor response to complaints and lot of ommmissions
I regret the day i applied for a airtel landline with broardband connection.First i was told that if you pay for 6 months in advance you would get one month free.I gave a cheque for 6 months rental and 1500 rs for wireless router installation.After a few days the application was brought back stating that the scheme last date was over and that we cant offer that plan.In any case as i was busy i told him to give me a connection on regular terms.I was promised that the router will be connected in 2 days.For nearly a month i was calling their customer care for the routers and they would just say that we will get it in a few days.After escalating the matter to their highest level by getting different numbers from their nodal officers the same was installed.I pity those who dont escalate.
The worse was yet to follow.I made my payment of their bill on 21-09-09 much before their due date (29th)vide their portal Airtel.in and the same was debited to my credit card account almost instantly and i got the alert from the bank.The transation id and full details were immediately reported to their customer care .The payment is still not reflected in their accounts and i am getting sms after sms and calls at my residence to pay for the same.This is causing lot of irritation and embarresment.my complaint number regarding this is [protected] dt 23.09.09.My telephone number is [protected]-k.I dont know how many man hours of mine would be spent on this.Till what level i would have to escalate this problem.Till today they have not been able to trace the payment.
One thing is for sure Airtel attidute is arrogant and implies that they just dont care for their customer.

Myself Raj Kumar, I have a complaint regarding our landline shifting. It was 28th of july we registred a complaint in your customer care centre for shift a landline no. 011-[protected] by the name of Mr. Prateek Madhan from W-135, Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi-110048 to E-108, Malcha Marg, Opposite Malcha Marg Market, Chankyapuri, New Delhi-110021. But we couldnt get the solution of the same. It is still pending and lots of embrassement and commitments coming from your side like "we are doing it, we'll do it asap, we'll do it by 13th august etc." this and that.
But those all commitments are fake and solutionless. If this is the airtel service to its respective customer, let us know I'll remove the all 7 connections, I have taken from Airtel or get it done by tommorow.
I think the only reply that comes from airtel customer care is we will be get to you in next 24hrs.

no refund of security deposit since past 7 months
I am a resident of Suvarnabaug Colony in Kothrud, Pune. In last November I fell pray to the hard selling by Airtel's salesman who came to my residence informing me that Airtel had planned to install a tower near my apartment building which will ensure excellent signal quality. He offered an attractive scheme and I believed him since I had never experienced Airtel before. I bought the connection for my wife by paying Security Deposit of Rs. 500/- which was refundable after three months.
My wife used the number [protected] for close to three months during which time most often her mobile could not be reached though she was mostly at home. This was due to poor quality of signal. She could also not make any calls during this time and got really frustrated with Airtel service. In spite of her repeatedly calling Airtel Call Centre for assistance, the situation never improved and finally we disconnected the number in Febraury 2009.
My wife had asked them to adjust the bill amounts in the security deposit and refund the balance. We were asked to pay the last bill and were assured that the SD will be refunded by cheque which will be delivered to our residence address. Accordingly we paid the last bill amount of Rs. 276 on 12th Febraury 2009.
It has been over 7 months and we have paid several visits to Airtel outlet on Karve Road. The Airtel outlet does not take any responsibility and we are required to call their toll free number from the outlet where we speak with some faceless call centre employee who assures us that the refund cheque will be definitely sent in about 10 days - this has happened 2-3 times, yet we have not received the refund amount.
Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal, if you ever read the complaints and really think you want to make a world class Telecom company, I am sorry to say that you have miles to go to even make it an India class company - your staff is pathetic in communication and apathetic to the customer. My sincere advice toyou is - Drop MTN and focus first on serving India better.

This is Airtel Prepaid customer holding cell number [protected]. I have recharged for an amount of Rs.2247 which is for making international calls for less cost. I have done this through e-recharge throught a retailer on 15 sept. After the recharge is done, I got a message saying E-Recharge is successful and also the trans-ID - [protected]. I should actually get the PIN number in 48hrs of recharge but I dint get any. I called up customer care and logged the complaints 4 times till now, Every time I talk to the supervisor's they tell that I will be getting the PIN number in 24 hrs at the max 36hrs. Now this is the 15th day of my recharge and Im helpless. I called up every alternate day explaining the complaint to every customercare person and again to supervisor and in the mean while if the line gets cut then again explaining from begining :( which is not at all fair, they listen to my complaint and say that I will get the PIN in 1 day and cut the phone but no response till now. What should I do. I really getting bugged with what ever is happening. Please guide me to get the PIN number. Hope you look into my request

Dear sir,
I am ex-armed force personal and presently employed in sir padampat singhania university, udaipur as associate professor in the department of electronics and communication engineering. I obtained a mobile sim card from airtel on 5 jul 2009 from udaipur bearing no. [protected]. I have submitted a letter from the university authority on the letter head for residential proof and copy of pan card for photo id. I have submitted the sim requsition from filled up by own hand writing have received four telephonic calls from airtel office for verification of address and I have responded to their call to the best of my satisfaction. After a gap of two months, they have blocked my sim on 30th aug 2009. I have consulted the custumer care centre at jaipur through mail. They repplied that my address is in correct. I have intimated that I have filled up the requisition for sim with my own hand writting and I asked them to show the same and justify that my address is in correct. They assured that they will do the needful at their end and resolve the issue. Ten days after that they have intimated me to contact in call centre at udaipur. I went to the call centre atudaipur and the in-charge of call centre has asked me to pay rs.49 / - and take a fresh sim. I have a balance of rs. 750 / - approximately in my previous sim. I do not understand, how can they direct me to take a fresh sim. Moreover, how can they block my number after producing all documents and responding to their telephonic calls? The in-charge of call centre has intimated that they have called me three times on 25th aug 2009 and I have not responded to their telephonic calls. Further to state that I have not received any telephonic call from airtel on 25th august, 9009 nor there is any sign of miss call in my mobile. These people are intentionally harassing the customer to earn money through corrupt practices.
The matter was reported to the nodal officer at (Nodalofficer. [protected]@airtel.In). I have waited for ten days and received the reply from the nodal officer that due to negative verification of address my sim no. [protected] has been blocked since 30 august 2009 and again I was directed to contact to the call centre at udaipur. I have attended to their calls and my address is correct with all documentary evidences. Then how can they say that negative verification of address.
Further, I have submitted my representation to the appellate officer (Appellate. [protected]@airtel.In) and received the same reply. The appellate officer has intimated me that my number has been recalculated and the same can not be activated again and he has directed me to consult to the customer care centre again. Also the customer care centre has directed me to contact to the local call centre at udaipur.
The issue has been represented to the following authorities.
1. Sunil bharati mittal, cmd, bharati airtel limited
2. Tecom regulatory authority of india
3. President, national consumer dispute redressal commission, new dehhi
4. President, rajasthan state consumer dispute redressal commission, jaipur
5. Ministry of information and broadcasting
I request you to kindly help me to get my balance amout back or to restore my sim at the earlist. Due to lack of communication I have already faced mental and financial losses.
Kindly help me to resolve the issue. Finally, I may report the matter in local court to get rid from unwarranted trouble and harassment. People creating mean to earn money through corrupt practices must be penalized. Airtel company may kindly be directed to refund balance of my amount with compensation.

My own experience is that Airtel's consumers' complaint redressal sustem is an eyewash. Your complain call to their telephone no 121 or even e mails to 121@airtelindia.com, nodalofficer.del@airtel.in (in case of Delhi) elicits a standard computer generated reply which gives you a reference/complaint number promising action sometime within 24 hours (sometime after few days). Thereafter it is silence. I have been wanting to see my earlier bills, but am not able to access their website. I have saddled by Airtel's with two passwords but no access to the their website.
In case of another member of my family, her monthly Bill Plan was changed without informing her. As a result her bills have increased substantially. We are trying for its ectification since July at various levels in Airtel, without success. Airtel is prompt only in asing for payments even by repeated calls and/or messages, but when told of complaint, all you get is their silence.
I am currently trying to handle the issue - which I am convinced is systemic- at thieAppellate level
I strongly recommend to all that complaints to Airtel should be sent to them on e mail, so that they can be used as evidence in Consumer Court. Oral discussion will be routinely denied by Airtel. They are lacking in ethics and I suspect they are overbilling the consumers taking advantage of the fact that most people would trust that an organosation of their size and reputation would not overbill.
regarding waive off airtel pc secure charges
At the time of connection, I didn't opt for Airtel PC Secure but when I received the Bill for the period of 17/06/2009 to 16/07/2009, the PC Secure charges were added in my Bill. I requested a number of times to Airtel Customer Care regarding waive off and adjust in the next bill.
Every month I was assured by Customer Care to pay this bill and PC Secure charges for the period mentioned above will be adjusted in the next bill but all in vain.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I PAY FOR AIRTEL PC SECURE BASIC 9.00 MONTHLY PACK BUT EVEN THEN IT IS NOT FUNCTIONING, I GET A NOTICE ABOUT IT.PLEASE RESOLVE THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

In my experience, I have never seen a fraud company like Airtel. Even without a subscribing to any of the services like jokes, hello tunes, they loot the money from unsuspecting customers. You recharge for Rs. 100 and after a few days even without using the service, your Rs. 50 would have disappeared. When we call the customer service, you never get any satisfactory reply. they play all sorts of gimmicks like "We are extremely sorry" type of apologies, but you never get an answer for the money looted from your pocket. In my view, Airtel is the most fraudulent company in the mobile business in India. Their motto is "Loot the customer when they are sleeping. And even if 5% of them wake up, then give them "We are extremely sorry" kind of dossiers.
We need a mass campaign to stop these Unethical Practices. If not today, the thief will be caught tomorrow.

gprs plan changed without informing me
I am using airtell Postpaid # [protected] from july'08. I took this corporate plan number from my office IBM, Gurgaon, haryana, under Plan#IB279 voice-corp & GPRS Plan#249unlimited. From last month August'09, the plan( new plan 10Paise/10KB)has been changed from Airtel side without informing me or even asking me if i want to go with new plan or not.These idiots didnt bothered to take my permission for new plan. I got this information on 26th of August (bill message recd on mobile) & then i called up customer care & has been continuously in touch with these airtel customer care executives since then & everyday i get this information that things will be sorted out within 24hours from one month. instead i m fedup getting their reference # everyday after every complaint. Since there was some problem with their computer datas, I was given assurance that my gprs 249unlimited plan will be deactivated again & i will get revised bill by 22nd of september.
My first reference# started on 26'Aug at 9Pm(ref#[protected]) & at present I have around 20 reference numbers lying with me & still no solution.
ReF # r ( [protected], [protected], [protected] 6, [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], F554807530, F554816781, F557242555, F557842971, [protected], [protected], F559588301). Some numbers i got deleted. Even after speaking to our coordinator on 02/09/09 (as told by airtel executive to check about the plan with my office coordinator), i was informed that this plan is still working who have taken earlier but for new numbers they r not giving this plan anymore.
Then i was asked to write a mail to [protected]@airtel customer care. I wrote a mail & got again reference numbers & no action whas been taken till now. These idiots have harrased me a lot from last one month. they are charging me the amount which is not my fault. & after giving assurance that my plan will be deactivated, it has still not been done.

My name is belim ashif gulambhai from surat, gujarat. I bought a new connection called gog plan from airtel branch, adajan, near bhulka bhavan school, surat, gujarat. I was given a new connection the mobile number is [protected] that is totally wrong issued to me. Because already the bsnl customer has been using this number.
Whenever I go to complain about this they are not ready to notice my complaint. Even they do not take complain in written and my bill is goes on.
Plz do needfull as early as possible
I have been already informed by customer care regarding one of the service plans activation i.e. Rs 30 per month - where after activation the call rating should be as 50 paise per min to any mobile for local call charges. This was on 11th June, 2017. But then I saw that I have been charged Rs 1 per min. It is almost paying double. I complaint I complained regarding the same, but they have not revised my bill. I was continuously complaining regarding the same. Even then they have not taken any immediate action. Instead, they have activated it effectively 7th Aug, 08. Again 8-10 days late. It is due to irresponsibility of Airtel. I want this to be taken under consideration asap. Please do the needful. Reference Number – [protected].
I am living at ahmedabad, Chandkheda area where maximum of Railway officers are living. We have been provided airtel CUG plan by them (To all Rly Officers), but the most disaster is that there is no network availability. We have to move to our terrace for giving a call. This is not all we cannot even receive a phone call when at home. Airtel network is very poor.
We shall now move down to any other services (Idea, Tata et. al.), so as to get rid of this poor airtel network...

I got SMS reg Download Ringtones.In that it was mentioned that 'Also your chance to win Swift/Alto. For this please call to 030'.So I called up to that number and was playing the contest. I spent more than 3hrs for that and got score 1003 points. And thought of knowing earlier winners score. Depending on that I want to play till that point. For that I called up to Customer Care and inquired about the earlier winner score.
For that they told me that now this contest is not running in this month that was for last month. I was shocked that moment. Then I asked them that if it is not running means why they sent SMS's after that period also. And I had the proofs of those SMS. And I fought for that and at end they assured me that if any amount is deducted reg 3030 they will be go'g to refund back.
Thing is they are misleading the customers by such SMS's. If that contest is not running means they should disable that option it self right. It’s very bad thing I faced.
The customer care at airtel is just horrible. If you are a high pressure you should not contact airtel customer care perhaps, instantly they will kill you.
Mr. Sunil Bharti he enjoys the money from the business but least bothered about the users who really making him run the business. I know, he even do not bother how his employees are doing but raise money.
I pray to GOD whatever he has earned by way of wrong promotional sms and false commitment to his customers should repay or his business should go down the drain.
I had been contacted by your telemarketers one mahararashtra teleservices represented by one farah. They took Rs 800/- by cheque and gave me a sim card bearing nos [protected] f and undertook to give me mobile no [protected] under plan with rental Rs 199/-. The cheque was debited from my A/c no 50480 drawn on corporation bank on 22.1.2017. However, till date my card is inactive, whereas all the documents i.e driving licence, residence proof, PAN copy were taken from me by your representative on 19.1.2017.
On calling mobile no [protected], I found that the number was already in use by someone and it was a prepaid one.Later, same person from you company visited my residence in my absence and promised to get the card avtivitised.However, the same is not done till date. This smacks of criminal negligence and criminal intent on the part of same employees of your company led by one shri Mansingh at fort gallery. I would therefore urge on your either to activise the sim in my procession or refund the amount of Rs 800/- to me with interest within 3 days failing which i shall be constrained to approach the police as this is a clear cut case of cheating.

2) copy of my bank passbook showing debit of Rs 800/- to Maharashtra teleservices.

I relocated from Hyderabad to Delhi in April and stopped using my Airtel Postpaid mobile number – [protected]. I contacted the helpline and they assured me that they will deactivate my simcard. Despite this, i kept receiving bills every month. I wasn’t contacted to tell me that it had not been deactivated and they kept billing it to me. In July, I got a call and was told that I had outstanding balances. After bearing the extremely abusive and uncouth behaviour of the uneducated Airtel representatives, I was told to pay my outstanding amount of Rs. 2, 300 at the local Airtel Store, which I duly went and paid off that day. I then provided the transaction ID of that payment to the female Airtel representative on the phone and she assured that my phone would be deactivated that very moment and that I would have nothing to do with it from then on.
But the bills are still getting sent. Every month 800 rupees are being charged to me despite the number being out of service(when you try and call it) as rental charges + BlackBerry services. The number was NOT DEACTIVATED DESPITE THE VERBAL CONFIRMATION. This has now accumulated to more than 4000rs. One of the bills even shows a credit of the 2300 I paid. Today, on 18th Dec, I get a call again asking me to pay my outstanding amount. i don’t understand why this is happening. Why was my number not disconnected in April and then again in July? And why was I, at no point, informed of the non-cancellation. And why I am I being contacted in December, after July? The fact that they wait for so many months clearly shows that Airtel has resorted to extortion. Airtel is surely the worst telecom service in this country.
To Airtel_Presence, kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. I cannot stand this humiliation anymore.

I have taken an airtel postpaid connection here at Haridwar, at Uttaranchal. My number has not yet been activated, although as per the lady at the Help Desk at the Airtel office at Haridwar, the number has been activated. My husband has been there on 3 occasions for the same. On the last occasion, she said that the SIM Card is not ok, and thus, we would again have to submit our identity proofs so get a new SIM Card, for which we would have to make another trip.
It seems, from our experience that Airtel does not value its customers in any way. That the customer's time is not important, and that he/she may run around the airtel office for a complaint. Even a BSNL service would be better than this.

Yes please., I completely agree with the complaint of Sru Deepak. It is observed that several time Airtel Service send SMS informing that your subscription for this or that etc has been renewed and an amount of so much has been charged. It is really cannot be understood how these co., take it granted that we have subscribed though we donot know about it or we are not aware or donot wish it. Many time it is going adverse openion about Co., perhaps it may loose the subscriber.
