aquafina 16 oz bottle 24 x case
I purchased four cases and all four the bottles won't stand up because of warping. This means:
1. They stood in the sun or high heat long enough to warp the bottle and
2. They are now contaminated because heat releases toxins into the water.
I have also alerted Aqua Fine but you know this is a complex issue that will take everyone's cooperation. There is shipping, , storage, etc.
But this problem has to be solved. More and more people are blogging about the dangers online.
bakery
On 7/21/2017 at 6:30pm I ran into the bakery to buy a cake on my way to a dinner. When I got there I saw one customer waiting.I thought she was being helped so I waited an additional 10 min. Finally the other customer said she was waiting too. I saw three employees 20 ft away in the deli with no one even interested in helping us. I went to the cashier who finally got us help. 25 min. An employee shoes up and say "What do you want?" What? Really no customer service at all. The when I said something, she turns around and stormed off and said ok we will play that way. Through my cake in a box and didn't even seal the ticket to it. I could of walked off with it.
There are several m grocery stores near by. I won't go back. First off you need to walk through homeless, employees smoking filth etc. Less than 5 miles is a new Smith, sprouts wet all clean and security. Why would I sop at your store. Your beefed it up but never trained the staff.
sanitation
Tonight I was buying groceries in the Albertson's store at 110th & Canyon Road in Puyallup.
This is the second time in a row that I have seen people bring non service animals ("dogs") into the store. I mentioned it to one of the staff on the first visit, but no one wanted to raise an issue even though it is a violation of local ordinances.
The staff is flirting with an e-coli outbreak since some of the shoppers are putting their cute little dogs with their cute little behinds in the shopping carts. Odds are their pets aren't using toilet paper. One shopper mentioned that she had seen a dog piddle on the floor, and the owner just scuttled away from the puddle.
The next time I see a non service dog in the store, I shall call the health department. If the Albertson's staff is unwilling to confront the idiot bringing fido into the store, perhaps they'd rather explain their inaction to the County health department.
In case you are wondering, I have a dog. But I don't bring him into stores or into contact with other people's groceries.
The telephone prescription request process
Before Savon went back to its old phone system, the computer renewal system was much faster, and a lot less aggravating. Just tried to renew a prescription; however, it took me more seconds to enter the Rx number than the telephone software allowed, and it hung up on me — twice. Wish I could look at the Rx # and recall all 7 digits, but I can't, and have to look back at the bottle for the next numbers. The phone system is probably cheaper for Savon to use, but does it save money on our Rxs?
Savings pharmacy voice mail at Albertsons in Marron rd, Oceanside says 1 hr lunch between 12-1pm. I was there right at 1pm and there was a sign saying lunch between 12- 2pm. 2 hr break. The pharmacists said there is nothing they can do. I waited one hour. Very bad customer service. I will change my prescriptions to CVS. Also their text are misleading. They said prescription ready to go there and find out they were closed for two hours on a Saturday. And they are not willing to fix it per pharmacist.
bagging and customer service in general
Albertsons Store:#182
Date of incident : 07/21/17
Time of Incident: 12:01
Receipt No: [protected]
Cashier: Bonnie and Trainee
My wife and I went to the store to purchase a bundle of flowers and a bag of potatoes. Bonnie the cashier handed the bundle of flowers to my wife, no bag. Water is dripping from the bundle of flowers. She put the bag of potatoes on the counter, no bag.
I asked for a paper bag, Bonnie looked around, and said, there is nothing to bag.
I told her nicely, please put the potatoes in the paper bag. She said we don't bag item that is already in a bag.
I asked, who said so. Bonnie answered, we are taught that we do not bag item that are already in a bag.
I asked again, who taught you. Bonnie answered, the management taught us.
I asked nicely again, please put the potatoes in the paper bag. This time the trainee replied, we are taught by the management not to bag item that is already in a bag, bag are the biggest expenses of the company.
Bonnie reluctantly put the bag of potatoes in the paper bag and give me weird look.
Desirable resolution:
Do no waste customer time. Give them bag when they ask for it. Train your staff well, so they do not give bad customer service.
Thank you.

employee
I visited the Banning Albertsons and I felt personally attacked by one employee that worked there. When I walked by the table she was working at she loudly cleared her throat to be rude while I was trying to shop and was having other employees look in my direction. They were working in different areas but as I was walking through the produce section noticed they were talking and looking towards me. I was just curious if the store does drug tests. I also noticed that her name was Jordyn, as it was on her name tag.
clara - cashier - boise id. overland and five mile rd.
As I approached the check stand, Clara was talking to an employee or a friend that wasn't even in line shopping. I was never acknowledged except when I was told the total I owed. I handed her my sales paper that had a coupon on it that I wanted her to scan. She kept the paper by her drawer and when I asked for it back she handed it to me forcefully. I asked her what her name was in hopes that she would offer some acknowledgement to this situation but she completely ignored me. It would be excellent for the benefit of the company, Clara, and customers if this girl could learn some better customer service as even the basics weren't achieved by her. Thank you for your time.
improper discussion between cashier and bagger
I was in the Cheyenne WY (on Ridge Rd.) this afternoon, 7/17/17. As I approached the checkout area, I was never looked at, much less acknowledged or spoken to. So-I didn't speak either, I decided to wait to see how long it would be before I was acknowledged. However, it never happened as the cashier and bagger were so busy having a "private" conversation about the cashier's complete disdain for the "shift" she was currently working because the "people were so rude" and "she always had to stay late" and "her break wasn't on time" or someone didn't show up and on...and on...and on. The FIRST time she spoke to me was when I told her that I attempted to leave a ($3) donation (on the pad) to feed children and it didn't appear on the screen, so I asked why it didn't appear (though I knew why it didn't, because I saw her hit the "skip" button on her terminal which made it disappear before it registered)and she said "I can't go back to that" and just looked at me until I finalized the sale with my CC.
Which as I said, was the first (and only) time she spoke to me other than to tell me how much I'd "saved" on my purchase of nearly $200.00.
I ALMOST said to both of them (the Cashier was doing most of the talking, and the bagger was just agreeing and never spoke either) that if they were that dissatisfied with their jobs that they should quit and allow another able-bodied person who wasn't fortunate enough to currently have a job to have theirs. I have had several experiences very similar to this since the (NE) Safeway store closed. I am a business owner in Cheyenne and am very, very disappointed in their customer relations
customer service
Well i have shopped at albertsons for 25 years normally they had good customer service along with cashiers that know what theyre doing well past 6 months store is slow as a snail cashiers dont know how to cashier they use to have a 3 is a crowd for a line and call backup cashiers. I stood in line for 12 min and still had 7 people in front of me. Express check out had 17 in line and its all due to inexperienced poorly paid cashiers. Well fred meyers just a new customer
The manager of the troutdale oregon albertsons told me to leave the store and come back with my disability paper cause i had my 6 pound dog with me why should i have to tell your employees my medical conditions those are confidential. I couldnt beleive i was told to leave. My wife works at this same store and she embarrassed im embarressed but you know who isnt your manager see you in court
gift cards
The Chandler store at Riggs & Gilbert has two very large displays of gift cards. This morning I ran in quickly to pick up 5 for a work event. The person at the register would not sell me the gift cards due to the amount I needed and the amount I needed on each card. I shop at this store at least 3 times a week...not that I am that memorable - however, I was going to pay with a company card, I had ID and there was nothing we could do. I even suggested separate transactions and that was not acceptable. Why do you have the cards? What do you do during the holidays? They did offer to ask a customer service manager to come over - but by then it was past the point. If it was not for the fact that this store is where my son LOVES to have his Saturday Donut Day and that it is 5 minutes from the house for those "i forgots" during the week - I would not go back. I understand the chance of fraud with gift cards - but nothing is posted that I saw telling you the rules. Plus - why have such a large selection if it is such a chance of fraud. Very disappointing and irritating!
Unfortunately Albertsons does have policies about gift cards. Whether paying on card or cash there is a limit. With a card, whether it is debit or credit the limit is a maximum of 3 cards not to exceed $200 total. With cash it is a max of 5 cards not to exceed $1000. It's the policy that has been in place for years. And the max is per customer per day. So because you were purchasing 5 cards on a card by corporate rules and regulations (not the store but Albersons Corporate office) the whole transaction has to be denied. It's to protect you as most people who steal a debit/visa card come in to buy gift cards. But at the same time it does protect you it also hinders you. And at the store level even a manager cannot over ride the policy. If someone goes against policy they can be fired without question. And when it comes to the gift cards policy they will follow through.
There should have been a post on the gift card malls (they do have them in place at my store as well as at customer service). But all the employees running registers understand this policy and we pretty much sign our life away every 3 months about the policies and we understand and oblige.
manager acted as a belligerent [censor]
I needed milk so I decide to go to Albertsons to buy milk and cereal with my WIC vouchers. My voucher was good for 2 gallons of 1% milk so when I went to get the milk from the fridge (to be clear there were only 2 gallons of 1% milk). 1 gallon was good until the 24th meanwhile the other expired on the 15th. It was only common sense to get the one which expired on the 24th and get two half gallons which had the same expiration date to make up for the other one. When it came time to check out the guy at the checkstand said it wasn't possible to get 2 half gallons since I explained to him that I wasn't going to end up taking the gallon of milk that would be expiring soon but was willing to ask the manager. When he went up to the manager and asked after he had clearly listen to the conversation without any explanation said you either take both gallons or you can leave the stuff. What bothered me the most was the lack of attention and education the manager had since he didnt even bother check and make sure if there were more gallons of milk in ghe back ;and the unwillingness to care for its customers. I wouldn't of mind if he would of kindly replied but since that wasn't the case that's why I'm writing this complaint.
express line cashier
So I go to Albertson's to pick up lunch: a whole chicken and a handful of potato wedges from the deli... unbeknownst to me the price sticker on my wedges fell off... I stood in the express line with already three people in front of me...the current customer had twenty items, (not 15 or less) the cashier was flirting with the customer as we stood there and wait... it was finally my turn and she noticed I didn't have a price on my wedges, I tell her it was wedges and she proceeded on yelling out to a coworker saying "I need a price check" the coworker yells back "I'm on a break!" They then started arguing:
Cashier: I didn't know you were on a break geez... some people has so much attitude around here
Coworker: I'm telling you I'm on a break!
Me: (to the person next to me)
What's happening right now?
Me: (to cashier) you know what I don't need it, this is an express line and I'm not having this people waiting...
Cashier: well this might be an express line but I can't do anything if there's no price tag.
(Yells Out) "CANCEL!"
Me: you should have more express line and your behaviour is unprofessional!

customer service
I have been going to this store for 8 years and have always had exceptional customer service. They go out of the way to help customers. On 7/6/17 I went in there to buy a Net Spend refill card. I have bought them before there right at the register. Well tonight the girl at the register says her register can't load the card. I was in there 2 nights ago and they did it. She shrugs her shoulders and says " I don't know" She doesn't call for anyone that might be able to help she just starts helping the next customer. I was so mad I just left a did ot get her name. It was about 8:00pm on 7/6/17. I won't be shopping there any more!
eggs
I live in alhambra ca for some reason your store continues to sell expired eggs & milk. In the past I trusted that you had competent workers & walked out of the store w/out looking. After having bought expired eggs twice & expired milk twice I now look carefully at the dates. No one has time to make 2 trips to the store because of your company's mistakes. I'm a single mother 3 kids & my time is more valuable than wasting an hr driving back and forth. I just left the store and again EXPIRED EGGS! I asked to speak to a manager, some older lady that looks like a gang member dismissed me & sent me to speak to a young hispanic boy who the only thing he could do was apologize & say the entire storage of eggs was expired. You guys really need to do better than this. I will be contacting cal osha as well as the BBB with pictures of the expired items, dates and times.
music
Offensive Rap Music. Please Please Please remove Rap music from your stores. It is offensive to women, and to thinking people everywhere.
Your store was playing rap music over its speakers. I dont know where the music originated from, but it was played in the Goleta Store. The date was July 5. The time was around 12:45 pm. The calle Real store. The music was terrible, offensive, and degrading. Rap music is weaponized culture, race-war, war against women, and degrading to all: the talkers, the listeners, the customers. Please remove this offensive style of music from you stores. I will not shop in the store when that music is playing. I left the store because it ws so annoying and terrible to hear.
Thanks.
service complaint in northpark plaza (irvine)
I would like to make a formal complaint which happened in Northpark Plaza (Irvine) today around 7:30-8pm. My cashier was "John" and he was very careless when he was checking out my items. I had a bag of cherries which was sold as open and he just threw that bag and several cherries were thrown on the table where he put the items that are checked out (which i think it is very dirty) and he did not even realize until I told him. Even after realizing, he was behaving like this was just a joke and he did not make any formal apology. He was just picking those cherries with his hands (which I am sure it is dirtier since he is touching money while working) and making fun out of it.
I was very offended by his behavior and disappointed by the service that I got from him. He should be more careful while working since I was not there to have fun and he should learn how to say "sorry" appropriately to customers.
Hopefully this does not happen to me again, or I will stop shopping at Albertsons from now on.

customer service/discrimination
Dear Sir or Madam,
This evening me and my husband visited your store number 4290 located in Axle, Texas and we received probably the worst customer service from any of your locations ever. We live in Fort Worth, Texas and are regular customers (at least 3 times a week) of your store in Whitesettlement, Texas.
After this evening I am very concerned about the morals and true beliefs of Albertsons.
Me and my husband came in to purchase a bottle of wine around 10:50 pm. My husbandn, who is covered in tattoos was spoken to very demeaning by the cashier when asked for his ID... I had already shown my ID and was buying the alcohol. My husband had to walk out to the car and get his ID. This took about 15 minutes for him to find. Meanwhile the cashier made 2 other customers wait behind us. The entire time the cashier, Aubrey S was very rude and had a horrible attitude.
I am honestly very disappointed and I firmly believe that had my husband not been covered in tattoos he would not have been treated like trash.
Discrimination is against the law
monopoly game 2017
On April 5 2017 I submitted a winning game board to the Albertsons store #3564 in Eugene Oregon. The prize was $1, 000.00. I was given a form (of which I have a copy) by the manager of that store. I filled it out and sent it to the address listed in Kennesaw GA. About a week later I received a certified letter receipt, but have heard absolutely nothing since. I checked the list of winners on line and see my name listed among the $1, 000 winners, so I am wondering when I get my money since it has been nearly 3 months since submission.

telephone sales
I don't think is fair about the apps on telephone sales. My Mom is 82 and my aunt is 85 years young. They are die hard Albertson's shoppers, but they don't have phones where they can down load such sales. Did anyone think of this before they came up with this idea, or is it your not interested in seniors or other people that don't have access to this kind of service on there phones. My Mom is really upset about this.
