So, I bought two Alcatel 1b phones at the exact same time, from the same store (obviously)
I won't lie, I was impressed by the price for what is essentially a smart phone, and they both worked great until just recently.
Both of them, at the exact same time, started dropping my home WIFI signal constantly, and consistently.. I'll get a signal on both phones for a bit, then they both drop at the same time, sometimes for up to 48 hours... It's not the router, it's not my ISP... every other device works fine, no connection issues at all, ever... it's just my two Alcatel 1bs.. and again, they both go out more or less at the exact same time.
I called customer service, and what a freaking joke and waste of my time... I could barely understand them, and they couldn't understand me, at all... the English instructions they could finally muster, I'm pretty sure they just googled.. I'd already tried everything they said on the list long before I tried calling them, and it was useless... seriously.. they just told me to try everything I'd already done multiple times.. nothing was resolved, at all, literally nothing.. complete waste of my time.
I will never buy an Alcatel product again, and will actively discourage people from doing the same... this is pathetic 'customer service' and your HR team should be fired.. why do you hire people who can't speak the national language other than a few words and have seemingly no clue what the product even is?... quit outsourcing for cheap labor, you're pushing away customers with this crap.
Desired outcome: Tell me why both the Alcatel 1b phones I bought at the exact same time, keep constantly dropping wifi at the exact same time... while every other device in my house works just fine.. and how can I can fix it.In English please.
