I have some complains about the delivery of the goods froms supplier managed by Aliexpress (the orders has been submitted to Aliexpress). I tried by all means to complain about this and it is impossible to contact Aliexpress:
The emails I found in Internet ([protected]@aliexpress.com, [protected]@cainiao.com, etc) don't exists
I sent a letter to the official address of Aliexpress (969 West Wen Yi Road,
Yu Hang District, Hangzhou 311121, China) didn't accept the letter
The chat available in the Aliexpress portal it is an automatic answer system. It cannot dela with the type of problems I have (googs local delivery)
After that, I can imagine tha Aliexpress is a phontam company that does not exists.

The product was purchased on 19th Dec 2020 but it was never received. Aliexpress released the payment to the seller without any right and now after almost 7 months the seller is not even replying to my messages. I asked the seller whether to send me a new order or to give a full refund

I bought the 20000 mah Portable Solar Power Bank on Oct 2018.
Enclosed is a picture of it.
Here are two points of my complaint:
1) The Power Bank case was opened by inflated battery pack inside.
I do not know if this is a dangerous condition.
2) The capacity of the battery pack is marked on the pack: 8'000 mAh.
I bought the Power Bank with a nominal capacity of 20'000 mAh.
This is a malicious fraud!
Desired outcome: I urge you to replace the part wth a power bank of 20'000 mAh.
Counterfeit item sold as original

The item is listed as an Original NECA figure but when I received it, it was not the case. I first contacted the seller which kept assuring me it was original. I explained it was not and gave him all the facts and proof that it was a counterfeit (sending him pictures of an original NECA figure). Since the seller only agreed to refund a minimal amount I opened a dispute asking for a partial refund of less than half the price paid which was fairly reasonable...
The dispute decision was to return the item and seller pay shipping fees!
The seller didn't want to pay return fees and I am unable to pay them upfront because shipping companies ask for a crazy amount to send an item to china (see screenshots).
I contacted Aliexpress customer support which told me to wait for the dispute to end...
The way AliExpress is handling their disputes is totally not consumer oriented and against their own buyer protection policies.
Desired outcome: Refund of at least half the paid amount (27,84€ incl. Shipping)

2 real fur winter jacket that supplier didn't deliver nor refund
In January 2021 i made a purchase of a pink suede real fur jacket and brown real fur leather jacket paid over 400USD was excited for their future arrival im used waiting on the things that i ordered to take a bit longer than usual so i waited specially because i used to fold dispute and the seller begs me to cancel it so this time i just decided to wait and had no doubt in my mind that i was dealing with a respectable comp and respectable seller, i asked at the airport if the jackets arrived i was told no i tried to talk to the seller he doesn't reply, i tried to open a dispute, it was expired long story short i was told i will not be paid my refund nor get my jackets, now im a diamond CX and been with u years bought stuff with thousands and thousands of dollars entitled to a refund either by ali exprsss or the ssller, its not fair he gets paid for something that he didn't deliver that called robbery, plus i have ur Chinese consumer protection laws it protects the CX and he's entitled to a refund, artcle 55 1980 this is not a way maintain loyal customers, what you can provide other apps can provide aswell and i will be refunded if they don't send the things the seller u have called top fur mall is a theif after all this time he's saying he could not get to the factory to get the jackets shipped but he was able to display them on ali express to scam ppl i wish i have bought the brown jacket from another seller at least he wudve had integrity

Product not received, AliExpress maintain it was delivered with no proof.
I ordered an item on 11th May 2021, the item never arrived, yet Ali Express maintains it was delivered on 17the June 2021. There was no information as who the courier was or how to contact them. Also, they have the SAME ORDER no for 2 completely different separate ordered items, (one of which I have received). I'm now UK £34.77 out of pocket. They have "closed" the claim. They are useless and I feel as if I've been ripped off.

No refund possibility for an order that never left the logistics company
Order nr. [protected], shop name XMLT store. Original order date : 5 march 2021. After about 20 days the seller received my order back from the logistics company so I asked them to resend. I had to pay an extra fee, order nr. [protected].
Again after a month of no updates on the tracking info, the package never left China, I recontacted the seller and told them the package seemed stuck somewhere again.
I got the message that they would ask a refund from the logistics company and that I could ask for a refund.
My order was closed and could no longer open a dispute and ask for a refund this way.
After some messages to and fro, they said I forgot to ask for refund and that is that.
This is not customer service and want my order to be refunded.

I bought a phone and when I received it I found it is totally not as described and the seller was selling a fraud and deceiving customers by professional setup of the phone that falsify the real information of it (storage, RAM, Android version, battery... etc.). I filled a dispute and according to the proof I had submitted they validated 4 points out of 10 points (which they specified to prove that the product is not as described).
They issued a proposal of partial refund of $26.30 and asked for more proves for the other points to be validated them.
I submitted more proves and they validate 4 more point but issued a proposal of partial refund of $13.15 (less refund) even the total point that was validated by them is now 8 out of 10 points and they said it is a different proposal even it is the same dispute.
I tried to contact them and filled an appeal, but they say the case is closed and it is over.
I attached a copy of their emails which they sent to me which prove that more points been validated means less refund

I ordered a children's camera in AliExpress's Megibaby Store in January of 2021, and the order ID:[protected]. After waiting for two of months, I haven't arrived yet, I have been contacting the seller, but I didn't help me solve the problem or reply to me. I am very angry

Order ID: 8126115158580030 cost us NZ$99.56. The product was defective and returned for refund. It cost us NZ$57.87 to return the defective product using the least expensive tracked service.
We were refunded the NZ$99.56 but not the return shipping charge. The seller knew that the product was defective and did not receive any penalty for their immoral actions. The seller can continue to knowingly ship defective products without any worry about it costing them.
I think that AliExpress is a great service but this feature is detracts from AliExpress reputation. I have provided proof below of the cost to return the defective product. I think the seller should have to pay for return costs of defective products if the buyer can prove that the product was defective and that the seller knew or should have known that the product was defective.
I hope to receive a personal acknowlegement of the problem and a description of what AliExpress can do to solve this problem.

Desired outcome: I think the seller should have to pay for return costs of defective products if the buyer can prove that the product was defective and that the seller knew or should have known that the product was defective.
We are stuck with a similar situation with AliExpress. The seller has described the product as being metal and on receipt, it’s cheap plastic. We bought this from Spain and When we asked for a refund, we were told to return the goods to China.
It feels like a scam as we never ordered from China and to post the wrongly described faulty goods to China is costing us twice as much as we paid for it.
We paid £139 for the goods with shipping and to send these back to China is costing us £250. We are now speaking to AliExpress as 1) we did not order from China and specifically chose Spain as it’s closer to the U.K. and quicker. 2) the clocks are described by the seller as metal, but instead are plastic.
Order cancelled after I paid, with stated reason on-payment and after partial delivery
More than 50 days ago, on April 17, I ordered four items from Ali Express and paid by credit card. The amount was immediately substracted from my card and two days later, on Monday, the payment was processed and sent by my bank. Two weeks later Ali Express cancelled my orders with stated reason non payment. Since then I have wrote to them many times on the chat page - in the beginning they wrote back, stating that I have not paid. After providing proof of payment they started claiming that I will receive the money back and that they have not received it. A week later I received three of the four ordered items, one of them of very poor quality (very blurry picture on T-shirt front while normal one on T-shirt back). I have still not receive the fourth item. I have no way no starting a dispute since the order is closed on their side, and they stopped reposning to the chat messages altogether. It's a total scam, I plan to denounce them on any kind of world network and forum. And they claim to have all kinds of buyer protection - to what use if they can cancel any order, even if fully paid, and stop any kind of response? It's a deceitful practice and company!

I purchased shoes at Ali Express on March 22, 2021 and I was very excited that I would use it for my cycling the whole summer. Today, June 3, 2021 and it is already rainy season, the shoes have not arrived yet! I opened dispute last May 24, 2021 and they said that negotiations with the Seller are still ongoing! I followed up with my case everyday because I can't use my road bike without having that cycling shoes. Aside from the shoes is really costly that I needed to get the money to buy from better Online platform like Lazada. According to Ali Express, I need to wait for another 20 business days for the refund to take place.
This is really frustrating and disappointing that I waited for a very long time and now I still need to wait for another 20 business days just to get my money.

I placed an order and the seller did not send the order of five for dispute and Aliexpress came down with judgment I did not understand I took the tracking number I took it to my post office and when the tractor number the number went all the way to Texas and I live in Massachusetts I believe the seller did not have the begs The seller also send me a message that the bags were out of stock and so I told the seller I'm going to file for dispute to my surprise Aliexpress came down with judgment I have all the communication and document to this claim

The seller sent me batteries that were not as described and did not dispute this when I asked about this item. Filed dispute with AliExpress and was given one label with first class USPS letter for four 50 lb. boxes. Have not been able to get the correct 4 labels so I can ship the batteries back. BOT chats did not produce any help nor did the one customer service chat and I am not so sure he was not a BOT also. All I want is the four, correct, shipping labels so I can return the batteries and get my refund. Everything about Aliexpress is harder to do than with other companies. Cannot talk with anyone and the chats do not produce anything but running around in circles.
