AliExpress Abusive Refund Policies

I ordered a keychain from them and ended up ordering the wrong one. Their website touts a liberal refund policy: " return it for any reason, no problem!" Unfortunately, hidden in all their gibberish is a provision that requires some ridiculous dispute be filed. Unfortunately you only have 15 days to do it. I returned the item on the 16 day, so I ended up without the money OR the merchandise. That's THEFT. So, beware folks, this is why buying retail is still the way to go. If I had gone to any retailer, I would have been refunded or made whole on the spot, not had my money ROBBED from me. So I deleted the app and unsubscribed from their endless garbage offers. Next time I'll buy in person, because if I want to throw away my money, I'd rather do it how I please, not by some shady company in China.

Desired outcome: To let as may people know their shady practices.

AliExpress Package shipping - shoes

Item ordered was lost, but showed as delivered at 23:15. I disputed the delivery since I never received it and even included screenshots of the tracking for the item and another item that they did manage to deliver the same day. Delivery times are listed in the correct time zone and nobody delivers at 23:15. AliExpress closed the dispute even though they can see that the item was scanned as delivered at 23:15. Item was likely scanned incorrectly

AliExpress Camera door bell

I ordered a camera door bell which sent me back when it was not working properly and when I sent it back I had to pay and when I met the seller I stopped seeing my massage and the Ali Express people also closed the disposal case I come, I will not return my £ 55 and I will give them all the email addresses are fake. I have checked all the emails, no emails are sent to them which is a fraud and fraud.

AliExpress No refund of 3/28 invoice cancelled immediately

I ordered a Iphone 3/28 with Paypal pay in 4 and was told to cancel it. I cancelled it immediately expecting a refund immediately. It was very expensive. Alipay Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited

There are several messages on their site. Considering they got their money immediately and did nothing that is not fair. I called 5/1 and was told that they processed the refund 4/27. I called Paypal and my bank and was told they didn't receive it. Paypal closed my case and opened another one as item not received.

I ordered USAF L-2B reproduction flight jacket £85.68 order [protected]
I received it but it was not as described so sent it back for a refund.
The jacket I received was a £15 one and obviously was disappointed. They agreed to a refund.

With regard to the SSD product I bought from KingSpec: I provided evidence regarding the defective SSD as requested by the seller. I also have messaged them several times and they have not replied. I have contacted your support regarding the outcome of the dispute which was denied. I am still unclear as to why buy evidence was insufficient and this has not been explained to me. As a result, I am extremely unhappy about the treatment I have been given.

I wrote again today to the seller, KingSpec, here is a copy of what I wrote (this summarises the problem as well - for you to understand as well!)
"Dear KingSpec I have asked you several times to reply to me. This is in regard to your defective SSD 120 GB drive which I have found to be impossible to use as I cannot connect to it. I have followed your instructions to send a video of me connecting in Windows 10 using disk management. I have not heard from you since I have sent you the evidence consequently we have not made progress and I have asked Ali express to examine the evidence. Please be kind enough to explain why the evidence I provided is insufficient, and if so, make it clear to me what you want me to show you. The other the other SSD you sent me works perfectly well so I have no idea what I can do to convince you. I eagerly await your reply as I am an honest buyer and do not want to delude you or act dishonestly. I will continue to ask this question until you reply to me and I will make it publicly known that your company is behaving in an ethical and unfair way if you do not treat me fairly in this instance. I have already contacted Andreas Speiss on YouTube as he originally recommended your product and he will make it more widely known that your behaviour is unfair. Yours sincerely James Tregaskis" attached: 2 videos sent on 16th April as evidence.

AliExpress uozzini's Store

I bought :
Kopie-Oled LCD Display Für Samsung Galaxy J5 J500 J500F J500FN J500M J500H 2015 touchscreen.

But it drains the battery in an incredible speed. Previous screen(other seller) lasted several days. This one less then 24 hours without even using it. Very definitely faulty. They don't want to refund or send me a replacement.
Also the way they respond to my request to resolve is problem is a disgrace.
This is surely the last time that I have bought on aliexpress if this is the way customers are treated.

PEOPLE, DON'T BUY AT ALIEXPRESS!

Desired outcome: Refund! Not happy with new screen anymore. I do not trust this company anymore.

AliExpress The 75 days buyer's protection rule wasn't applied / order 8124291313046413

After more than 100 days the product wasn't received and the money wasn't refunded. As per their rule, if the product in not received within 75 days a full refund must be provided. In addition I've requested a proof of delivery to the local post but they failed to provide.

AliExpress I did not receive my item

Hi
I bought two item from following seller, I was waiting for long time but the items never arrived. when I check by tracking number, It was says that my item was return to shipper. Now the the seller says that they did not recived item back. All conversation is recorded .
First time As i open dispute, they request me that they will help me but I have to remove dispute. As I remove my dispute, they stop responding me.
The following seller have very bad reportation I really dont like their customer service. Please help me to refund my item and also please take care of that kind of bad customer seller.

AliExpress Seller did not reply and did not give me refund

I did not aware the seller (857 Store) updated shipping method before I placed this order, and seller wants extra dollar for standard shipping. I found another seller who can give me the same product and lower price. The seller (857 store) agreed that I can cancel the order, however, it is already over 72 hours when we reached the agreement. Then a while later, I filled a dispute. I contacted the seller and aliexpress multiple times, no one reply. Aliexpress asked me to fill a survey to ask about my recent order question, I filled the survey too and explained that I have no product, the seller and aliexpress did not reply me. However, the survey could not help me, as no one follow up as well.
I also go to 24/7 chat, there is no real rep there to chat, just another cycle of not useful information.
Now the dispute is closed, the seller kept the money as I did not return the product which I have not received (you may want to check the tracking information for reference).

I opened a dispute on a product I never received 8123927248150216 it was dismissed because I didn't tell the seller the item was defective . I never received the item and I told the seller and put the information in my dispute what do you do or supposed to do when you don't receive the item that I paid and ordered I sent many emails to aliexpress regarding the dispute the say what's in the photo email

AliExpress Dispute issue

I filed a dispute for an item that was suppose to be returned and I could receive my refund. I shipped back the items but the dispute was closed without a refund stating the item was not returned in time, However it states on the second item that it was received (scanned by carrier) which was part of the agreement) in time. Both items were shipped to me together and I shipped them back together so It makes no sense to say one was not received but the other one was when they are in the same package. The tracking number is provided on the return items.

Bought laptop once arrived in Belgium had to pay extra costs and was nowhere mentioned
Laptops teen turned in rainbow colors after not using the laptop excessively. And laptop doesn't turn on. Seller promised a reparation in description. Got ignored by the seller for months now. I demand a refund. Charger is only half working and there is a virus that pops up Hao.369 Everytime i open Google. Now i don't have a laptop to work with and I can't get my documents on my laptop.

AliExpress not refund my money

Hi,
My order # is [protected] on Nov 24, 2020. The product I recieved not working. I contact the seller per Aliexpress direction. The seller sent the first replacement. It was not working. Then they sent another replacement part. both were not working. The seller requested to shipping back to test by USPS. It costed $107. I asked the seller to refund it since it is their product problem. I also messaged to Aliexpress many times. Both seller and Aliexpress refused to refund my money.

Desired outcome: Refund the shipping cost $107.

AliExpress Stolen my money

I bought an item from aliexpress they have banned the seller because he was [censored] and theift. But they didnt send my money back and now there is no seller, there is no money, there is no item. the customer service worker tells all the time. Hi dear! As per checking here on my end the seller did not respond right? So first, Let me go ahead and email the seller regrading this matter.

No worries. If the seller has proven that they violated the Seller's Agreement they will be punished or worse they will be removed to AliExpress.

And I will send you a request refund now for you to be refunded as soon as possible.
