I am really upset about AliExpress' Judgment for my order No. [protected] With Tracking No. RB936393808SG

Dispute History With AliExpress,

Dispute Reason:

Purchase Protection is running out, but package is still in transit

3 months not yet get my order I order it at 2020/04/01

Order was confiscated by customs and a violation ticket was issued for me. The reason is that the seller wrote in the product description, TWO WATCHES WITH CAMERA, which is prohibited in Saudi Arabia. I did not order two watches with a camera. I need Amazon to refund the payment from the seller to my account or to contact the Saudi customs to lift the violation for me and send my order to me.

3 months not yet get my order I order it at 2020/04/01 The Saudi Customs informed me that AliExpress should finish the customs clearance of order, and I can't do it myself as an individual. So please, AliExpress Administration should complete the customs clearance or return the order to the seller and return my money.

I went to local customs office and they confirmed I cannot clear shipment. And that there is no tax to be payed because the shipment was confiscated. Seller put wrong product description. That is why they want Amazon (shipper) to clear shipment. Attached my information

I have already requested this information from them. Now we have an international holiday (Eid Al-Adha), official offices are closed and will resume work 10-08 Aug-2020. Please give me time until then.

AliExpress Charging my card and still requesting a payment

They have taken the payment from my card but they are still requesting a payment and I was charged twice for the same item. I have received emails confirming the orders/payment. Yet on my account its saying I have to make the payments. Can't get any help at ALL. My money has been taken and now that you have it there is no customer after care, I feel like I have been virtual robbed!

I have bought a subscription from cloud TV store for 14 months and it stopped working after four months. The seller disappeared and he's not answering to messages Sent.

The "reset password" function did not work for me.

I ordered a dress 7457 - green S*01 on the 6th of june and my card was charged as follow :

I ordered a dress last month and the size is too big.

AliExpress Item not sent, full refund not given

I ordered an item, the status was changed to sent with a tracking number attached. AFter not receiving the item withint the given timeframe promised, I paid extra for express shipping, I filed a dispute to get the shipping costs refunded which it was, under the impression the item was still on its way. The item never arrived and was never originally sent. The company, TOSPRA Dropshipping Store, now refuses to send the item because it and shipping costs have increased, and also claims not to be able to refund me the full price as a dispute has already been settled. I am not out of pocket having paid for an item that was never sent and is being refused to be sent

AliExpress Cancelled order

I ordered some bicycle rims on Aliexpress but then changed my mind & cancelled the order, I paid by Paypal & cancelled before the order was despatched, I have still not received my refund & the seller says I must contact Aliexpress which is impossible!

There is no Aliexpress customer service email.
The only contact is with the seller who claims to have processed the refund.

AliExpress Product not received

It is 45 days since my order and there is no sign of it. When I went on the site to find out what had happened to my order they gave me a tracking code that didn't work at all. When I tried to open a complaint I was told I couldn't for another 45 days. So I have to wait three months after placing my order before I can even start a dispute process. What a joke! I then wrote to them via an email address I eventually found, and have never heard back. I think this site is a scam, that has stolen my money. Avoid at all costs!

AliExpress Postal service

LF045660502SG this is the tracking number of my package that has disappered atSINGAPORE S06,  SINGAPORE. If some one could cantact me avout this package would be great. My email is [protected]@gmail.com. its been 5 months sence I ordered this package and it seem to be stuck at this piat office. I have canta ted the seller and the aliexpress who sells the items and I havent had any luck from anyone. Ive even asked for a refund but because nothing has been said from this post office they will not refund my money. Im sick of dealing with this. Especially sence its like my package has disappeared in thin air. If we could please resolve this it would be greatly appreciated. Last anything was posted about it was on April 29 and thats was 4 months ago and I just want to either recieve this package or get a refund. Please contact me back thank you.

AliExpress Payment without receipt of order received

I made an order of 95, 77€ on 16 June 2020. No receipt was sent to me by the seller so I do not have an order number. The money was cashed by Aliexpress Luxembourg.

AliExpress Peephole camera: Ordered and was never delivered. Shows "In Transit" for 76 plus days

I purchased an item from a seller on Aliexpress back on April 8th, 2020 and it is now June 23, 2020 with no product. I had a dispute date of June 7, 2020 and the seller (or someone) moved the date to July 23, 2020. It's been 76 days and no product and no refund and no way to file a dispute because my dispute date has been moved ahead by the seller or by Aliexpress. Someone moved it out.

Not only that, but the sellers page has been changed to French. I can't read it, which makes navigating the sellers page nearly impossible. I did manage to contact the seller back on June 10th after my dispute date was moved out into July, and he/she told me to please be patient. Really? I have been patient. Very patient! Now I'm not patient. I have been ripped off $44.00 U.S. dollars.

I also called Aliexpress out in California (allegedly in California) three times and left a message with my name and phone number. They claim they will call me back. That's not true. They never called me back. There's no one answering phones.

So, there you go... I am being ripped off by a seller on Aliexpress with no way to report it or dispute it. I have the order number but what good is that when there's no recourse to follow through to get this resolved? I'm getting ripped off, plain and simple.

I will never buy anything through Aliexpress again. Getting ripped off once is plenty for me.

My purchase (in the photo) shows it was sold by "Game Digital Online Store." When I Google those exact words nothing shows up. I am thinking that Game Digital Online Store" doesn't exist. Of course, Aliexpress isn't helpful at all. I can't get them to verify whether that store exists or not. I am done doing any business through Aliexpress. - PERIOD.

AliExpress Online purchase of porter cable adapters

I have purchased 2 porter cable tool Adapter on 04/13/2020 till date the tracking shows shipped. Nothing so far. I filled a dispute and under buyer protection the delivery is automatically being extended by another 30+ days and am being advised to wait. We need to complain about google and Aliexpress both for cheating. The website is highly recommended on google thus breaks my trust on google as well.

AliExpress Smart phone

I purchase a smart phone on 2/29/2020.
Received the phone on 6/17/2020.
The phone was damaged and did not power on.
Contacted AliExpress and the 3rd part seller agreed to pay to ship the phone back to him and pay the shipping cost.
Then the seller didn't provide the shipping waybill.
It is almost impossible to communicate with AliExpress.

AliExpress Battery for my phone

I purchased a battery from Ali express beginning of year . Used from march till April and battery kept dropping battery quickly. Requested refund seller as under year worrenty no reply or from customer service now has exploded lucky boy in my phone . Never buy this product paid more money than I should have.

AliExpress Order number [protected]

I ordered my package almost 2 months ago and I still haven't received it. I have opened a dispute and AliExpress refuses to give me my refund even after I showed them proof my item never left China and the tracking number was not correct! The seller keeps trying to bribe me to give them 5 star review just to receive a refund even tho i don't have my item! AliExpress then proceeded to let me know I could close then reopen my dispute and when I did they are now saying my item is in transit and won't let me make a dispute! I have 3 items I'm trying to dispute because they have never came and AliExpress is letting sellers provide false tracking numbers and refusing to refund buyers money!

AliExpress Cover and tempered glass

I order 3 items from aliexpress,. None of them came. I did up to three times dispute. They reject it by saying the order is complete and already delivered. I sent them proof of tracking which clearly shows that items never arrived. They never responded me. Since the virus outbreak all my parcels faced extremely long delay. Aliexpress changed buyer protection but refuses to help me. Sellers read my messages but ignore me. I am feeling scammed by aliexpress. Please refund me aliexpress. No parcel came went to check post office.

It has been 6 months since 3 December 2019. The product I ordered did not come and went back. Despite all the time they have not returned, they also do not respond to messages. I do not think that Aliexpress is reliable.

AliExpress Dologo hair

Seller lied to me that he shipped my hair and provided me with a tracking number that was not legit. And when provided with the correct number the tracking status states that the package was shipped and should receive to me today but it's still in china and now where us bound (how is that possible?) I believe the seller is a scammer. I want my money back.

I bought item from Store name: Shop5617315 Store . Order time: 10:39 Mar. 17 2020 .Order ID: [protected].
Item never arrived and I can't get my money back because " order is finished".
The seller ignoring my messages.
Thia is only one message from the seller :
The type of dispute you choosed is "return goods and refund ".since you cann't return back the goods so there cann't get a package.You should choose the option "refund only".
I couldn't choose "refund only" . There was only one option and it was " return goods and refund" and I don't know why . Maybe because the shipment was still on the way.
How can I get my money back?

AliExpress Ordered hair clippers and reading glasses

Order paid but not registered. Complaint impossible without order-id

Ordered above items on 4th May via the AliExpress site and paid for by IDeal. These transactions were confirmed by my bank on the same day. Never received confirmation of order and the order does not appear in my account. I have tried to contact them but it is a robot and I can't really get anywhere without order-id, which obviously I don't have. I would like to get a refund or my order confirmed
