All-American Publishing I've been doing shirt ads with All-American Publishing, LLC since 2011

I've been doing shirt ads with All-American Publishing, LLC since 2011. I haven't had any bad experiences with this company. I don't know what the school's involvement is on this but, they usually send me a shirt before they hand them out and I see the kids wearing them.

All-American Publishing I worked with a nice girl named Ali and had a great time ordering t-shirts for our volleyball team

I worked with a nice girl named Ali and had a great time ordering t-shirts for our volleyball team. She was really helpful and told me everything I needed to know. She was clear in her explanations and answered all my questions. The best part was that she didn't mind taking the time to answer all my questions. I would definitely suggest working with Alison for any project you need help with!

All-American Publishing They called and missrepresented themselves as making a product for a local FFA, and asked us to advertise on the shirt

They called and missrepresented themselves as making a product for a local FFA, and asked us to advertise on the shirt. I contacted the local FFA, and they have said they are not aware of any shirt being made and they have received multiple calls about it. They are a scam. Tell them you are not interested. The area code they called from is 208. They also told me the website is wehelpschools.com.

All-American Publishing This company, All-American Publishing, LLC, is very dishonest

This company, All-American Publishing, LLC, is very dishonest. It seems that simply expressing interest in receiving more information from them is seen as giving them permission to proceed. I didn't receive any further communication through email or phone, just bills in the mail for $279.00. If you receive a phone call from this company, be careful because it means they have searched for your business information and are planning to send you something using deceptive methods. And if you try to call their number, you can't get past the automated service to dispute the charges. I wouldn't be surprised if they even negatively impact your credit report with their scam. It hasn't happened to me yet, but I have been receiving bills from them for 6 months now. JP6 *** Services LLC.

All-American Publishing All American Publishing called our biz phone and talked to my hubby 'bout their services

All American Publishing called our biz phone and talked to my hubby 'bout their services. My hubby just asked for more info to be sent to us so we could decide if we wanna go ahead with it. After that call, they emailed a proof and sent us two invoices outta the blue. I called to ask why and the person who called me back said we were signed up and I could cancel if I wanted. The thing is, I like supporting our community, but I ain't a fan of the shady biz tactics used by All American Publishing. Ya gotta talk to someone on the phone and get a clear YES before you send 'em a $249 *** in the mail.

I'm from OCD Detailers and on 05/25/22, I got an invoice for $209. I didn't give the go-ahead for this invoice and they said I wouldn't be charged until I approved the ad. On 07/12, they sent me the ad but I didn't reply or approve it. They're still bugging me for payment, even though I never approved it.

All-American Publishing My business received a call about assisting a local sports team at a high school in San Diego

My business received a call about assisting a local sports team at a high school in San Diego. Service manager Johnathon T was keen to review the advertisement quote. We were sent an invoice and then realized it wasn't a high school fundraiser. The company was misleading, and we didn't authorize anything. As the owner, I received a collections notice for $319.00. I refuse to pay All American Publishing due to their dishonest business practices.

All-American Publishing I own and operate ***

I own and operate ***. Lately, I've been getting some billing notices from All-American Publishing saying that I bought something from them. But here's the thing, I've never done any business with them before, and honestly, I've never even heard of them. So, I decided to give them a call and ask what on earth I supposedly purchased. They told me that my "Business Manager" gave the green light for the purchase. Well, here's the kicker, I don't have a Business Manager (I am the Business Manager, duh!), and I made sure to let All-American know that. I have no clue who they talked to or what number they dialed. They're trying to collect money from my business for something I never received. Let me tell you, I'm not the type to pay bills that I didn't authorize or start.

All-American Publishing Two years ago, I agreed to have my company name and address printed on the back of a school T-shirt for $300.00

Two years ago, I agreed to have my company name and address printed on the back of a school T-shirt for $300.00. When I got the shirt, my company name and address was printed wrong. I didn't wanna pay and they cancelled the bill. This year, they called me to renew and asked if I wanted another school shirt. I didn't know it was the same company. I asked them to email me. She asked for a pin number to make an account. I gave her a pin number, but I never said yes to the emails. They printed the shirts anyways and made the same mistakes as before. I didn't wanna pay and told them I didn't approve the emails. They say my approval was setting up the pin. I didn't wanna pay the bill and now they're trying to send my $300 bill to collections.

All-American Publishing On June 17, a representative from All American Publishing contacted our Administrator.

On June 17, a representative from All American Publishing (AAP) called our Administrator about T-Shirt advertising. Our Administrator requested an email with details for review. The email began with an offer for sleeve options on shirts. We ignored the email and later received an invoice for $550.00 dated June 17. Subsequent communication with AAP via email and US Mail was fruitless as they ignored my messages and kept sending statements. Eventually, they sent the matter to collections. We dispute the charge for a service we never authorized.

All-American Publishing All American Publishing ran an ad on our behalf that we did not authorize

All American Publishing ran an ad on our behalf that we did not authorize. They called the business and I told them to contact my husband who authorizes ads on behalf of our business. They DID NOT CALL HIM, they sent an ad proof to his email. He was busy and did not see the ad proof that states they will run the ad as is if they don't hear back. They charged over $400 (which we can never afford and would never approve in the first place). Plain and simple, we did not authorize them to run the ad and they ran it anyway. We did not pay the bill and attempted multiple times to resolve the issue. We have email communications showing that we did this. They proceeded to bill and send us to collections. If we would have approved the ad in the first place, it would have included both of our businesses as it has in the past. They ran an ad for one business and not the other that, again, we did not authorize in the first place.

All-American Publishing I got contacted in March about advertising my biz on a flyer for a local high school's sports activities

I got contacted in March about advertising my biz on a flyer for a local high school's sports activities. I said I was down, but wanted to rep my other biz instead. After that, I didn't hear from them again, except for the monthly bills. Last month, I got a poster with my biz on it, but it was the wrong one. The "graphics" were just my biz name and number in plain text. When I saw it, I was mad and surprised. If I had seen the proof, I would've never approved it. It wasn't profesh and it had the wrong biz on it. The customer service admitted they didn't send an email like they said they did, so I can't trust if they even sent a proof. Plus, there was only one other biz on it. How can a big public school only get two sponsors? Seems shady. I hope others don't get tricked by this.

All-American Publishing They contacted me on July 3, to offer putting my company's name (Quartz J concrete ***) on a shirt

They contacted me on July 3, to offer putting my company's name (Quartz J concrete ***) on a shirt. I told them I was out of the country and they should email me the information. When I got back to town, I found a t-shirt with my company's name, but no email or logo request. After a month, I received a bill. I thought it was their mistake since they never called again. But now I'm in collections for something I didn't agree to or want. Also, the city where the ad was placed is not in my area. I called American Publishing on January 2, 2023, to figure out what's going on. They have no records of me agreeing to this purchase or any proof that I accepted the conditions. They said they can't help because I'm in collections. I see many others have the same issue with this company (***. Account Number).

All-American Publishing I got a call from All American Publishing, asking if I want them to advertise my company, CellTech Wireless Internet, on school baseball jerseys

I got a call from All American Publishing, asking if I want them to advertise my company, CellTech Wireless Internet, on school baseball jerseys. I said I might be interested if they send me an email with the cost and details. Then, I got an email with instructions on how to pay an invoice on August 8th, 2022. The email made it seem like I already agreed to pay for the advertising and that the jerseys were already printed last spring. I never agreed to pay, so I called and told them I didn't agree to anything, just wanted more info. They said I "verbally agreed" on the phone and I have to pay $558. I called them a liar and told them to stop contacting me. After that, I started getting emails from a debt collection company saying I owe money to All American Publishing. I called the debt collector and told them All American Publishing is trying to scam me and I don't owe them anything. The debt agency said I have to contact the publishing company to resolve it. All American Publishing doesn't have any emails or contracts showing I agreed to pay for advertising. They're trying to cheat me and got the debt agency to pressure me. It seems like the debt agency doesn't need proof and just believes them. I found others with the same problem with All American Publishing and the debt agency.

All-American Publishing I was contacted by this company back in the fall of this year (2020) about advertising on some sports posters and pocket schedules for our local

I was contacted by this company back in the fall of this year (2020) about advertising on some sports posters and pocket schedules for our local school district. I was told someone would be reaching out to me to get my email and to get any artwork or logo graphics that I would want to submit for the ad. I never heard from anyone again. About a month later, I received an invoice from the company which I thought was weird since I never had anymore contact with the company nor did I ever see any mock up of an ad design. About a month ago, I received in the mail some pocket schedules and a poster showing my ad on them. I was shocked! It was basically my name in Times *** with my address and phone number, that's it! Oh, and the best part was the street was misspelled! I called that day and left a message but no one returned the call. Today I received an email asking me to contribute to some more school calendar stuff for the winter sports season and they attached the same pathetic looking ad. I responded to the email explaining how furious I was that this ad was going to be out in my community with no resemblance at all to my brand or to my company. This ad makes me and my company look like idiots! They responded by saying that an email was sent to me with the design and it said that if they didn't hear from me, they would assume that means the ad is approved and they would go to print with it. They also offered to give me a discount so I would only have to pay $500 for this piece of garbage that is going to do more harm than good to my business. I have no idea if they think they are going to hold me to their invoice but there is no way I am paying anything. The fact that there are so many other people complaining about the exact same thing is no coincidence! This is their mode of operation clearly and my guess is enough people just figure they got taken and chalk it up to experience so they collect on folks who won't challenge them. Hopefully enough people look them up before deciding to do anything with this company. Unfortunately, it seems like just talking on the phone is enough for them to proceed with business as they see fit. Absolutely pathetic business model! I am also extremely disappointed that I have to give them 1 star.
