I placed and paid for my order no.[protected] on 30 July, 2023.
The product you delivered was of poor quality and was either out of date or had been incorrectly stored.
I sent you photographs and you agreed a could return for a replacement with your courier INPOST.
My tracking number for this return is MD000000087853032 and you can see that it has been lost by your courier since 15 August, 2023.
Despite me being a regular and reliable customer your customer service has been completely ineffective with continual fob offs which do not seem to appreciate that the law is on my side here. Saying things like " we will investigate and let you know" without any time scales is completely unacceptable.
I have repeatedly asked for a replacement asap which you are ignoring.
I am not going to walk away from this as you have £220 of my money!
My next step will be to take this to the small claims court, one would hope this would not be necessary but sadly it seems so. Please just do the right thing!
Desired outcome: Send me a replacement product on overnight delivery asap.
