We decided to go with Alliance Group after getting about 7 quotes from different roofers. Without looking at the comments on here or anyware else. We may have went with someone else had I looked at the reviews. Every contractor has bad reviews. So I take them with a grain of salt. I never take the lowest bid. I have been burned a few times in my professional life. So they were in the middle range of quotes. Anyway, we decided on Alliance. Come to find out that the salesman we talked to was let go for some reason. So when the salesman was at the house, we asked for quotes for the varies types of roofs, with and without doing the shed out back. We decided on the standing seam and decided to do the shed as well. The problem we had was this. When I went and gave them the first deposit, I didn't realize that I signed the wrong contract, the one with the shed was not the one I signed. So the roof is on but not the shed. After a little going back and forth, Tyler who turned out to be awesome found the quote and installed the roof on the shed. They took the time to do it right. They worked in 95 degree heat. I was impressed with their workmanship an attentioned to detail, even on the shed. I would and have recomended them to my friends. Whatever happened a couple years ago, it seems like they got it together.

We engaged Alliance Roofing LLC on 12/10 with a deposit. They scheduled our service for 4/02 and 4/03 but missed the first date and worked on Easter Sunday without supervision. Post-installation, we faced leaks and noise issues. Despite attempts at repair, the problems persisted. Our skylights, checked by a contractor friend, were poorly installed. Over a year later, we face significant repair costs due to these issues. Alliance Roofing LLC's subpar service has been a disservice to us as senior citizens.

My roof got fixed in June . I told the company guy on July 7th that some nails were sticking out and needed fixing. I sent pics too. They said they'd fix it. But, I've called them on 8/7, 8/26, 8/27, 9/1, and 10/26 and left messages too. They said they'd come fix it but no one has come yet. My contract says they gotta fix it for 3 years.

Alliance Roofing did roof fixin' on our house after a big ol' storm messed it up. We paid half the cost up front. When the crew was done, we told ***, the guy we were talkin' to at Alliance, that the roof wasn't done right. The shingles were stickin' up, the valleys weren't done right, and the trim board was cut too short. We sent him pictures and he agreed it wasn't done right and said they'd fix it. But then we never heard from them again for two whole months. We called another roofing company and they said the same thing, that it wasn't done right. They said they'd fix it for the amount we still owed Alliance.

Then one day, I heard bangin' on my roof and went outside to see two grown men and a kid up there. They didn't speak English, but they called someone who did and said they were there to fix a leak. I never complained about a leak, just that the roof wasn't done right. They left without fixin' anything.

Later, *** called and thought they had fixed it. I told him they hadn't and that my chimney was still leakin', which they were supposed to fix in the first place. I told him a new roofer was comin' and it was gonna cost me the amount we still owed Alliance. He agreed and apologized. But then I got a letter sayin' they put a lien on my property for the amount we still owed. I talked to *** and he didn't know anything about it. He promised to call back but never did.
