On February 2024 I used this company as insurance through ticket master for an event that I was not able to attend due to health issues. I sent them all of the required documents multiple times which they said were the correct documents needed. I have emailed, called and used the chat option to find out when will I get my refund multiple times. At first they kept giving me a generated response saying that they were behind because they had too many claims but that it should take 30 days for me to receive my refund of $1,049.65. Then they tell me there was a system malfunction. Now they tell me that everything I sent is perfect and that I just have to wait. I have been waiting four months for a refund that according to them, should have been issued to me in 30 days. I can never get a clear nor honest response from this company. I spoke to someone last week and they said they will send it my claim directly to the person working on my claim because they did not understand why it was taking this long. Then I called last night and asked to speak to a supervisor and they said at this point I just have to wait. That was the solution. It’s been four months and all I can do is wait. I am very concerned that these people are not going to give me my money back. Even though I did everything correct. The pictures that I attached are from march.
Claimed loss: $1,049.65.
Desired outcome: I would like my refund as soon as possible

Enough is enough. Four months is unacceptable. You need to take a stronger stance. Contact Allianz Global Assistance again and demand to speak to someone with real authority. Be clear and firm about your situation—tell them you won't accept any more excuses or delays.
Let them know that you expect your refund immediately. Make it clear that if they continue to stall, you'll escalate the matter through any necessary channels. Mention that you're prepared to involve consumer protection agencies or seek legal advice if they don't resolve your claim swiftly.
Don't just rely on calls and emails. Use social media to publicly highlight your issue. Companies often respond faster when their reputation is at stake. Stay relentless, and don't back down until you get your $1,049.65 back. They owe you, and it's time they pay up.
