I'm a business owner who unfortunately decided to do business with Freeland Chrysler Dodge. I purchased a used 2016 Nissan NV1500 work van from this dealership. It had high miles, so I agreed to purchase the extended warranty that the finance representative offered me. I thought that would be a great purchase based on the high miles of the vehicle. So, after having the vehicle for almost exactly one year the transmission goes out. Well at this point I'm feeling really good about the decision to buy the $3000 dollar extended warranty. That's until I turned the claim into Alpha Warranty Services, and they flat out denied my claim. I then went onto BBB to see what everyone else was saying about this company. After reading 9 full pages of denials to the poor people who was scammed by both companies, I knew this was going to be a battle to get my vehicle fixed under the warranty that I was sold by Freeland Chrysler Dodge of Nashville. I did call Freeland and they say they don't offer that warranty company any longer, go figure. Very sad situation for many people that was sold this warranty. Buyers Beware!
Desired outcome: My claim to honored
