My 2008 Acura car has be in their shop for a front right axle leakage.
The Dealer ship had email your company several times for an adjuster to come out for an evaluation. I Have incurred a total of $ 945. dollars in rental car charger for the last three weeks. I am hoping that this email get some ACT.

Cancelled policy and harassment
I'm being harassed by this company for payment on a vehicle that the dealership breach a contract with me. They never provided license plates for the vehicle to even be driven by law. The vehicle was in my name and I didn't apply for no extended warranty for the vehicle. My girlfriend did and they were taken payments from her debit card. Now she canceled the policy in September and it was never canceled. And they being taken payments from her account. The vehicle was returned to the dealership for breach of contract as advertised by my lawyer. When policy was taken out by Sherri company didn't ask for proof of ownership nor did they ask for a bill of sells. Now company wants a proof of evidence that the vehicle isn't in my possession
Desired outcome: Pay the amount owed to Sherri for the months that you have received and stop harassing me because I did not apply for the policy
Cancelation/ drafting bank account
Went through so much to file a claim and get vehicle repaired. Representative never sent email to submit documents. Then they called every other day about payment. I advised them that I didn't want the service. The account was supposed to been inactive in the second week of Jan 2023. They drafted my account anyways on the Jan 20th. When contacting them the representative Angela kept asking why would I cancel. I kept stating to her I DO NOT WANT IT and will like my refund
I kept telling her i do not want it, as I told the previous representatives that had been calling. She got loud and started yelling. I hung up called back git another representative he started yelling as well and stated customer service can't cancel the policy I must speak to the cancelation department. I asked well if I needed to speak with them why the previous reps that was calling about payment never transferred me to them when I was advising the I will like to cancel. They took 130.00 out of my account. I am having to fight to get it back..STAY AWAT FROM THIS COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Desired outcome: My Refund of 130.00 and leave me alone!
Extended Warranty
I got a letter from US Auto Protection so I called them in reference to the letter? They claimed my 2020 Hyundia Elantra has expired on warranty for my vehicle..I didn't understand because Hyundia has a very good factory warranty for 100 000 miles ?.he claimed if it happened to break down it would be my cost? I went ahead and believe him then i called Hyundia totally different story I didn't need extended warranty..my car has only 16 000 miles? So I called them and canceled on as of 9/30 my refund would take 30days? Why they took my $100 payment right then?very poor customer service no feelings for anyone but thered
Desired outcome: I want my $100.00 fee they took on the same day...not 30days after It was canceled within 10days

My mother was called by an independent sales rep and talked into an 18 month contract. I was of course horrified and angry.
Called them and told them that the contract needed to be cancelled and found that there was zero problem getting that done. Sarah Allison was the customer service rep and did a great job making my mom and I know that the contract was fully cancelled (sent emails confirming).
She made the point that most people do not know that US Auto has a 30 day, no questions asked cancellation policy, but also, that a policy that's been paid down on is transferrable to a person's next vehicle.
Desired outcome: They refunded the money and she said there was no problem with the autopay cancellation by PayLink

I play with them when they call me. I have 60000/5yr bumper to bumper & 100000/10yr powertrain warranty on my Hyundai through Hyundai. Not no where near the end of either warranty yet they blow me up on the phone. I make the tell me what they can offer me that I don't already have and for them to keep in mind I'm not paying for what I do have so they would need to price match it (yes it ok to laugh) of course that takes them a minute figure they can't price match free. They get pissy and hang up. I call Back wanting to know why I, a potential customer was treated to rudely and file complaint on employee. Then I pour a glass of wine wearing a Cheshire Cat Grin and slowly sip. ;)
Motor vehicle service
They called me one day, told me my honda fit warranty was up, the guy on the other end said it was 150 dollars to start the warranty going again, so I wouldnt have to pay out of pocket, so I gave him credit card number, and he took out 150 dollars, called honda and they said I had 10 year warranty still. Different numbers call about same thing, so I assume that this is the same guys.
Same thing happened to my elderly mother, who has cognitive impairment due to Alzheimer's/Dementia. They frightened and bothered her so much she must've given her credit card info. I handle her finances, everyday bills, credit card, and checking account. I looked at the on-line credit card statement, and there was a $100.00 purchase for this monthly US Automotive Protection Services. I'm disputing this charge, which I do not believe my mother authorized, nor did she activate this monthly warranty service. We purchased her vehicle used, with no warranty. This company in question actually harassed my mother to the point where she believed Ford Motor Co was calling. This is disgusting, and I've had to cancel the credit card, which causes many related issues.

new car warranty
I had called and purchased a new car warranty from this company. After further investigation, my husband and I saw there was more negative reviews about this company than positive.
I called back about 5 minutes later told the customer service rep I just called, purchased a warranty plan from Eric Troutman and would like to know if I can cancel it. He said yes, but may I ask why. I told him nicely we would like to look further into the company. That is when he started arguing with me. Apparently my reason "I changed my mind" was not good enough for him. He said something to the effect his company does not dangle carrots in front of consumers. Then he said something about how hard it is to return a shirt to walmart and I responded saying I am not returning a shirt to walmart, I am wanting to cancel a policy I just purchased, then he asked me if I ever tried to cancel comcast service I just purchased and again I told him I am not trying to cancel Comcast service, I am trying to cancel a warranty I just purchased. He continued to argue, but told me he was not arguing. I also told him I have called other companies just minutes after purchasing something and they ask me why and I tell them I changed my mind, they say ok Mrs. so and so hold one moment and I will cancel your order and refund your money. His response back was no business is like that. Stop lying to yourself. The world does not work like that. You know for a fact it does not work like that. I also told him when I worked in customer service, no matter how rude a customer was with me I never barked at them. He said he was not barking at me. I then said ok, I was never, ever rude to them.
I also asked to speak to his supervisors and he said his supervisor was not available.
I was tired of the arguing. I hung up on him. I called back and spoke to a supervisor named Jeff. I asked for the policy to be canceled he said it was canceled. It took all the arguing to cancel.
No Not do business with these people, they have no idea what customer service is about.

BEWARE: Be very careful of this company. I have been dealing with them since Dec. I made the very big mistake of paying a large down payment to them up front. DO NOT DO THIS!. They seem very upfront and even have a decent plan. The problem is at 7 mos. my daughter got killed in an accident and in July my contract was suspended. On Aug 5 the car got totaled. No where to add this warranty. I spent weeks trying to get Driven again and again for a refund $1850 I put in(7 mos) then we canceled it in August. At this point no one is taking responsibility. "Driven" states they can't a paylink who collects your money says they ARE the ones to do it. Car Guard the 3rd party in the group only takes the payment paylink collects from us. 2 mos I have spent on this to no avail. Driven stated they desolved and became another LLC. they are still Driven Automotive Protection and they have been since before i found them. Here are their LLC stats: They will lie and they will cheat you and they will definely steal your money! I would never use them knowing what i know now. SO BEWARE!

I was persuaded to believe by rep, tim, of 'us automotive protect' this business was something nissan sponsored - after researching online - I ascertained it was not, it's a scam - I called and cancelled this immediately, at 888 582 6870. I spoke with tim wall and david. When I realized it was a scam - I called 888 582 6870 back, several times - I was kept on hold for a while and a recording stated I was caller # 15, 18, 21 - this fluctuated - I hung up and called back & was placed on hold, caller 7, when someone finally answered - I advised david I wanted to cancel - I reached a rep in 'customer service' who advised this 'service' would be cancelled - later this was ascertained to be another lie. I believe this is a 'boiler room' scam. I called ally immediately, spoke with rep betty and advised her about my situation. I was duped into believing 'us automotive protection' is a reputable company associated with nissan and they are not. This is a purposely, misleading, fake company.

vehicle protection activation
I received a postcard from US Automotive Protection Services stating that I not contacted them to activate my vehicle protection. I phoned and was advised that they did not show that I had registered with them for protection, not understanding I advised them that I had taken an extended warranty out when I brought the car. The person I spoke with said that it was not a warranty and they had no record that I had one. I told them that my bill of sale said that I did. I really thought that this person was being honest. I originally went ahead and paid the $100.00 down that was requested, but I started having second thoughts concerning this after checking this business out with the BBB I decided that this was not what I needed. On today 10/22/19 I spoke with a gentleman named Dillion and advised him that I was no longer interested this person gave me third degree asking what made me change my mind in 3 days I advised him that I wanted no part in this. He preceded to tell me how my car was not covered and I told him that was my problem. After about 10 minutes I again informed him that I wanted to cancel he finally stated fine. I asked was my initial payment going to be refunded he stated yes because we do not want your money. I asked for a confirmation number for the cancellation and he stated they do not have one I asked you have a confirmation number to sign up but not one to cancel he asked me what do you want me to do make up one. This would have cost more money.

I actually called in to cancel there services because they were too expensive. The rep I spoke with was VERY pushy trying to get me to keep them or lower my payments. When continued to refuse, he became condescending and rude and at one point told me he was going to place me on hold because I wouldn't let him say what he had to say. He placed me on hold without my permission so I hung up to call back. While on hold he called me back STILL being rude saying my services were canceled. At this point I just wanted to complain on him (he refused to give me his name), so I called back and waited another 20mins to go through the same with another rep name "Joe" who laughed at me, cut me off and kept saying "you're canceled", I lost it...THIS COMPANY DOES NOT VALUE THE CUSTOMER. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!
