Amarose Customer service

I placed a order on March

10th and after quick review I was charged for 5 not 1. I called immediately and after a long discussion I was told I'd be refunded within 14 days. After 14 days, nothing. Called that's 14 business days. On the 17th business day I once again called, after another lengthy conversation the mam informed me he will have resolution department call me within 48 hours. 4 days later no call. I will call again today. As their website says refunds take 12 days, i feel I've been deceived.

Desired outcome: My $200.00 be refunded.

Amarose The product was in excess of oriiginal order, 4 vs 2 and never received by recipient ove4r 4 months ago.

I ordered 2 bottles of Amarose for a friend as a gift and after placing the order I noticed that I checked the wrong box for what seemed to be the same product which totaled my order to 4. To date the items were never delivered

and I am no longer interested in the product. I want a refund of $167.88.

I was not given the option to correct the order and did not discover that 4 items were ordered instead of 2. It seems that once this company gets hold of your credit card, the deal is done and there is no recourse to make changes to the order or, to even cancel it. I sent an emai to cancel the order the same night I realized what was done. The Compamy's email is a noreply site so there was no way I could get my cancellation request to anyone. I tried to use their Chat site, but that was a one-way comment; no response from anyone.

I finally found their phone number and called as soon as I though I would be able to explain the problem to a live person and hopefully, get my refund. One rep told me she understood and would speak to their Finance office to seek a refund. After two weeks, I called back and that rep knew nothing about the previous rep's discussion with me. I asked to speak to a Manager, but that was impossible. She also took down my information and still I have not heard from this Company. Their Refund Policy is plain nonsense.

The product was never delivered and all I want is my refund of $167.88 be credited back to my Credit Union Account, as soon as possible. I will otherwise take my complaint to any /and all US Government Agencies for resolution.

Amarose Amarose skin tag remover

I ordered 1 bottle of Amarose skin tag remover for $39, and I was charged $54. I couldn't get in touch with anyone to understand the additional $15. I decided to use the product. I used it for six weeks with no change at all to the two skin tags I tried it on. I've contacted Amarose. They are willing to accept the unused product back for a 20% restocking fee plus I would pay for return shipping.

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund plus return shipping. The product was absolutely useless and ineffective.

Amarose Amarose

Don't order from this company! They are a fraud. They sent me 6 bottles (I ordered 1), I sent 5 of them back. Per UPS they were delivered back to Amarose on Jan 11th, 2023. The only form of communication I have found is via email. The problem is the emails don't resolve anything. They keep dragging you along with excuses. 'It's a problem on your bank's end' is their favorite.

Desired outcome: Refund of $199.00 for 5 bottles returned in January 2023

Amarose Amarose

Ordered single bottle of product - was overcharged and can't seem to get a refund back for a product I did not order. Contacted customer service and received a partial refund. Called them back and was told I have a subscription. I don't have a subscription. I merely ordered a single bottle. Was told I'd be transferred to the customer service department (which is non-existent) for cancellation. The call was dropped repeatedly.

In addition, their online complaint submission tool doesn't work - it just errors out and advises you to contact the site administrator.

THIS IS FRAUD!

Desired outcome: Refund of $5.01 for the first overcharge is due and another $69.95 is due as a refund for a product not ordered.

I too received bottles and returned them. With over 50 emails back and forth I am told there is nothing they can do in regards to refunding my money. They blame my bank! The product does not work and there are many reviews with the same complaint.

This is a fraudulent company!

I ordered 1 bottle and received 1 bottle. A week later received 5 more bottles. I mailed the 5 bottles back, including all the information they requested including the tracking number. This was back in January, they were delivered back to Amarose on Jan 11th. I've been emailing with 'James' and he assured me a refund is coming. No refund of any kind for over 2 months.

I'm due a refund of $199.00 for 5 bottles returned.

Amarose Amarose skin tag remover - buyer beware

In October 2022, I order one bottle of Amarose Skin Tag remover for my husband, planning to order more if it worked for him. The price then was $69.95 per bottle. A few weeks later I received another bottle and then a few weeks after that another one, each one charged to my account at $69.95 each. Neither one of these two extra bottles were ordered. I contacted the company and they said they would help but I would do better to contact the direct sale group that sold me the product. Doing so, I was informed that I was receiving a subscription of Amarose, one that I did not want or signed-up for. They canceled the subscription in late November 2022 after I had been charged for 2 bottles I did not want or need.

At their request I returned the bottles 21 Dec 2022, which they received 27 Dec 2022. Since then I have made numerous attempts to get refunds for the two extra bottles I did not order and continue to receive "run-around" responses from them as if I had never contacted them at all regarding the extra bottles, returning them and requesting a refund.

This company apparently has multiple sales groups that charge different prices per bottle and seem to "very" loosely relate to the central company based in Beverly Hills, California.

Whether or not the product works or not is not the issue. The business practices here are horribly inefficient and border on fraud as they send out unwanted product, charge for it and then make it difficult to impossible to get a refund.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the 2 bottles of Amarose Skin Tag Remover that I did not order.

Amarose Amarose skin tag remover

Misleading advertising. Ordered 2 bottles received 10 in two separate orders. Quickly contacted the company when billed $397.00. I was given return numbers and packed all profuct up and shipped back. That was October 2022. I have tried calling every month to revive a message stating I’m calling outside of normal business hours. Makes no difference what time I call. I have sent certified letter and still no response. I contacted my credit card company to be told I have to wait for the credit. That’s $397.00 and no product since it was returned.

Desired outcome: Want my credits on two orders returned.

Amarose Amarose Skin Tag Remover

I ordered Two Bottles of tag remover and used for a mouth with no results. They sent me two ]more bottles that I did not order and I sent they withdrew $199.00 dollars. I have called them and talked to a to a lady at custamer service she told me to send it back and they would refund the money back into my bank account and they never. If they do not respond back to me I have already contacted my Lawer

Amarose Skin Tab Remover

I was ripped off for $200.00 due to misleading advertising. I thought I was ordering 1 bottle and received 5 and then told it was 39.99 a bottle. I can't see why anyone would want 5 bottles of something they never tried and then pay $200.00 in addition. Their misleading advertising worked for them. I did try 1 bottle and it dosen't work. Then Today I received another 5 bottles (that I did not order) and have been charged another $200.00 so now I have a total of 9 bottles of garbage that I have been charged $400.00 for.

This has been reported as fraud and in the hands of my bank. I have refused this second delivery and will be returning the other 4 bottles. I just want to get rid of it all. If not handled immediately I will be contacting a lawyer . My account has been blocked and my bank is handling this Fraud incident.

Amarose amarose skin tag remover

I ordered one bottle in November for my daughter as she has skin tags and she is trying it...then the mail comes in December and another bottle and another charge...and then the mail comes in January and another bottle comes in...I am searching frantically to get this stopped and quit charging my card as it is 69.95 each time...I get no response by phone...gives a mountain time phone number, i wait to call when they are open, goes to a recording that i am not calling during mountain time (which I am) spent a whole day trying to call them...to no avail...

Desired outcome: Please refund and apologize for this, and stop sending this product.

Amarose Complaint

I ordered Amarose Skin Tag Remover in November 2022, money back - guaranteed. I contacted the establishment by phone multiple times to send back the product that didn't work. I have continued to try calling the phone number for the company. The message continues to say that "you are calling outside of normal business hours of Monday - Friday 7am-9pm MST even though I am calling during those exact times. The telephone message also says to use the customersuportlink.com chat feature, but no one will reply to that chat message as well. The company refuses to take incoming calls for customer support and refuses to respond to the so-called customer support chat online. This product does not do what it claims. The company is running a scam and the website is a scam because once they get as much money as they can from the public, they will not communicate with customers on the telephone or website as the company claims.

Desired outcome: I would like the company to answer the customer service telephone number during the hours that it says are the normal business hours and take down the online chat link.

These people have to be stopped. They have even mentioned Shark Tank as a reference for the garbage they are ripping people off for.

My account is now blocked so that they cannot do it again.

Amarose Skin tag remover

I ordered one bottle of Skin Tag Remover on Nov. 25 2022, money back - guaranteed.
I contacted the establishment by email three times to send back the product that didn't work.
I have tried calling the phone number for the company. the message says that "you are calling outside of normal businsee hours Monday - Friday 7m-9pm MST. use the customersuportlink.com chat feature.
The website says to call the number [protected]. The number says to use the website.
The company keeps sending me more product every two weeks.
I have tried contacting them by phone 12/27/22,12/28/2022,1/3/2023.
The product does not due what it claims, the return process is a scam, the website is a scam.

Desired outcome: I want my money back for what I have not ordered. I am send two back today return to sender. Stopping all payments today.

I ordered this product for a friend and all I requested was for two bottles. They charged me for 4 bottles and charged my account for $167.80. The product was never received by the intended recipient and we are no longer interested in this product.

The site does not allow one to cerify the order prior to placement. After the credit card informaion is accepted by then, there is where I discoverd the chaqrged me for 4 bottles. I immediately emailed to cancel the order but the email is a noreply email. I tried to reach sevral times to reach them and finallly found their phone number.

This order was placed over 4 months ago and I have not received a refund.

The site cannot be reached by email and the "Chat" is useless. I will need to take further action if I do not receive my refund shortly.

I have been fighting to have these fundes credited back to my account but just get the run-around.

Please let me know where I need to go to obtain my refund.

This is the email I sent them. I can send you copies of the email that show that they don't stand behind their return policy and then overcharged me and showed a decline and still charged my card.

Responded to a special for Amarose skin tag product and instead i was sent a

package with 5 skin tag products which I did not order and was charged 199.75

plus 19.95 shipping. After contacting the company I returned the unopened package with the RMA # a month ago and still have not been reimbursed.

The agency handling this at 424-
