i want to cancel my contract with them, i don't even use the vouchers
they are offering but they keep on deducting money from my account.
it's a hassle to cancel it but when they called me it was no hassle.

Let me correct you - it is not a hassle - it is impossible.

After 2 1/2 months I tried to cancel my contract, because I really cannot afford it anymore but they are not interested to even listen to me.

Good luck - I had to scale down on my grocery list to accommodate them - yet another example of pathetic South African service.

I a having exactly the same issue, I have been paying R295 for 2 years and never get to use this, I emailed them to stop deducting off my account, no response. Then I stop the debit order at my bank, the next month they change their debit name from "Amazing Vouchers" to A.Vouchers and deduct R300... HOW DO I GET THIS OFF MY BACK?

This company is taking us for a ride. I have tried to stop them but to no vail. they told me that the cintract was for 12 months [ONE YEAR] but now its been more tha that . They first changed their phone numbers and their adress not notice was sent, infact they do not contact you to know if you still want to continue with them.
When you want to cancell or teminate [which ever way you say it] they want you to write a letter whereas they did evrything by phone when they came to you. Now it seems as if this company is freeloading on us poor SA.
When you get to fone them, they are very rude and do not co-operate with you, they give all the [censor] of their legal jargon until you get tired of it.
I am very very frustratedand I need my money they have taken from methe past nine months. I don't want to go the legal route as it will cost more money for me

This company Is a load of crap-as far as I am concerned they are fraudsters-DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING THEM.
I was completely mislead by a sales representative felt cornered into buying these vouchers was promised that there where places in my area to utilise these vouchers-which was not true at all.

The next day-because it was late in the afternoon, I could not cancell the same day- I then cancelled this ridiculous contract phoned in complained as well as e-mailed my cancellation, I even received confirmation of cancellation. But due to there "terms and conditions" there is a 3 month cancellation period-I mean really after not using them at all?! R195 a monthfor crap... lets get serious here.

non the less it is now September-I signed up end of March and debit orders are still going off- due to a "system error"

I will continue to fight this!

I also canceled my subscription with them over two years ago... well that was according to me only apparently. They promised I can use the vouchers in my area. After I received my 1st batch of vouchers I saw that there were no vouchers I could use in my area.

I phoned AND e-mailed them to cancel my subscription - and they said "No problem". I even received confirmation of cancellation.

I continued receiving phone calls from them to ask if I want to use them again. Every single time I said "No" and that I have canceled already. Never once did they ask for my details to confirm this. And why would they phone me to use it again if I was still on their system?

On Friday, after two years, I received an e-mail from them saying "Happy Birthday from Amazing Vouchers". My birthday is 29 August. I e-mailed them to point out their mistake AND to ask why they still have my details. This morning I received a phone call from them to ask me when I canceled because according to them they have no record of my cancellation. I found this strange because I have never received any vouchers from them since my cancellation. I now have to send them the e-mail that they sent me because the woman didn't believe that I canceled. I don't have that e-mail anymore - why should I keep it if I canceled?

This is definitely a scam!

yes to all of u.i think we should sue them guys, me too have not used one of there stupid vouchers.but they keep taking there money.another solution to the problem is lets change our banks and account numbers, maybe then they will take us to court, we can then expose them.or we should get DEBRA PATTI to sort this out via television, exposing them.my name leonie morris

Hi this company is definitely a scam.They make false promises.They said that they would cancel my subscription in September and they are still debiting my account.I also have not used any vouchers.I have made it my duty to tell everyone i know about what a scam they are.This cannot go on .We have to take action.Priscilla Fleur

i never used any of their vouchers and i have tried in vain to cancel my subscription. Its been a year now and they are still deducting money from my account. I find myself going to the bank every month to reverse the deductions. This is a huge but necessary inconvinience. Melody Ratale Boksburg

hi i am going to cancell my amazing vouchers, because i was not told of the reg fees, of wich they just took off, of my acc
in feb 2011, so i had a short fall with my other debt orders due to this .
and has caused me huge problems with my other depts places .and not only that evey month its the very same products and or the places are all ways over booked.
and by law they should disclose, and have sign on documentation in the right maner.

i just spoke to a lady that said they are going to refund my money. she asked me to submit bank statement and request for refund. will see how this goes. i cancelled in October 2009, and their last debit was supposed to be Jan 2010, but they are still deducting off my account. If the debit order goes off in March, i am going the legal route, all the way, whatever it costs, i can always claim back damages from them.

I wish to cancel my contract with amazing vouchers due to financial difficulties.Realy wanted the vouchers but wont be able to afford it every month.Also just want to say thank you to Chanae Dayce that put so much effort into her telephone conversation while i was applying for the contract.Ill see in future if it will suit my wallet.

Hi this company is really robing people's money, they phone me asking me some bank details information and They suppose to send me the form for me to sign like we spoke on 4ne conversation. bt I never seen anything cause I said that I was going to decide yes or not to take the contract.
so now they taking the money from my account. please I need help on this one.
I don't want the contract, I never accept their deals at all from the first place we spoke on the phone.
please I need to cancel this, really is a matter of urgence.
REALLY PEOPLE MUST BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PEOPLE CAUSE THEY TAKING PEOPLE MONEY.

I cannot believe that there are companies like amazing vouchers in the world. I have not been a member with them since 2010 and now in 2011 they have decided to debit my account. Where do they get the gall. Last year I had to stop the debit order at my bank but somehow after 6 months they have restarted debiting my account again. How can they get away with this. ANYONE THINKING OF JOINING AMAZING VOUCHERS, TAKE NOTE OF THE COMPLAINTS FIRST. I DISREGARDED IT AND NOW AM A PAYING FOR IT.

i have had this contract for i dont know how long . when the lady phone for me to goin i said i have to speak to my husband then the next thing they just started to deduct from my account . then i sent an email canceling my contract and she said my last payment will be in january or febuary . its now july and they are still taking off my account i just wish i could have someone to help cancel my contract and to pay me back for wat they have taken off .

I cancelled my contract with Amazing Vouchers and they didn't debit any money since the time of my cancelling surprisingly last Friday they debited an amount of R503.00 and telling me that its for my subscription. I don't understand these people at all.
