Americas Best Value Inn reservation line and hotel in madison wi

My husband and I decided to take a one night trip to Madison. We stayed at an American Value hotel in Marquette Michigan and it was very nice. I called the 800 number to see if we could get a room in Madison. We were told that a non smoking room was more than a smoking room because she gave me a different price than it said on the web site. I told her that in Wisconsin all rooms are non smoking, didn't seem to make sense to her. Then she said there weren't any king rooms available. I tried to get her to give me the phone number at the hotel so I could call them directly. She wouldn't saying I had to make a reservation with her. Got to the hotel, which was a dump, found out they had king rooms available and like I thought, all their rooms were non smoking. Of course they desk clerk couldn't cage out room or the price because of having called the 800 number. Never again

Americas Best Value Inn hotel stay

To whom it may concern,
I was a guest in the VA Beach location in which I am very disappointed in my stay and would like to receive a refund. I experienced roaches in my room as well as my window breaking and having to be placed in a single bed room with no extra covers or sheets upon request. I can be contacted at [protected].

Americas Best Value Inn everything

This is the eleventh year that I have stayed at the location. My two stays this year have been an exercise in wasted time. Either the room has been very small on the first stay or it has been the furtherious from coffee in the morning. To top it off, they do not have tops for the coffee cups (Coffee is weak, unless I spilt out the best portion of the coffee on the way back). The lady at the front desk was as helpful as a dead mule. This is the last time that I will use this branch of hotels.

Americas Best Value Inn room conditions

My name is Anabela Nunes. I am contacting you at this time regarding my request for a full refund of a booking of 2 rooms reserved under my name and my sister's name, Sandra Costa for August 1st. The reservation was for a total of 5 nights but given the extremely poor hotel/room conditions we couldn't stay not even 1 night.
- [ ] So many things were wrong with your hotel that I don't even know how to begin this conversation...after a 12 hour drive, the shock and despair was so great that it's beyond words: the initial reservation completed at booking.com was for a total of 5 nights, for a total of 10 people (6 adults and 4 children) but your hotel rooms had no space for more than 8 people); this hotel simply cannot be rated because it should not even be considered an "Inn/hotel"; You know exactly what you offering and is extremely deceiving and false advertising when you place photos online that don't reflect the reality of what you are offering. Believe me, we have stayed in better motels than this: the extreme filthy rooms filled with cockroaches; the unsanitary bedsheets with cigarettes holes ; the lack of proper pillows; the deteriorated disgusting washroom and carpet that it seemed it was never cleaned, the lack of basic things such proper lighting and lack of towels (in fact there was a total of 3 dirty towels for a group of 9 and when asked for more at the reception desk, we were told there were no more, i really had to insist to get a couple more. Your hotel forced to look for another hotel at 1:00 a.m with exhausted young kids, which was not an easy task given the fact that all surrounding hotels were full on a Saturday night.
For the false online advertisement; for the lack of proper sanitary conditions and basic services that a hotel should offer and for the headache and stress your hotel caused myself and my family, I am requesting, in fact I am demanding a refund of the money You kept for the 2 rooms when in fact we didn't stay in your premises for more than 2 hours and you know in good conscience that your staff shouldn't have asked to pay anything at all.

The condition of your hotel poses a risk to all your customers and in my opinion should not be open to the public as it violates several health regulations.
I am realistic, I was not expecting luxury but was expecting minimum standard hotel conditions which your hotel has failed to provide.

Looking forward to get my money credited back in my credit card.

Americas Best Value Inn front desk attendant

I tried to check in August 6 and no one would come to the front desk. After calling and the phone ringing forever she answers and hung up on me. Walk back in to check in and she just stands there then yells no vacancy at me. We stay here every time we come through New Philadelphia but I will not spend another dime here anymore. Your front desk attendant needs to learn some manners.

Americas Best Value Inn drug needles found in the room I rented and they wouldnt give me my money I have a police report and the employees there are extremely rude

I need to speak to some one from the corporate office of the Americas best choice inn location is on state line avenue in texarkana arkansas i rented a room for me and my 2 girls and my fiancee and found a used needle. In the bathroom i went to the office and told them i wanted my money back they offered me another room and I told him no I just wanted my money back and then the man comes back and says he'll give me half of my money back because I was there for three hours I was not there for 3 hours I rented the room 3 hours previous before I found the needle but I had to go pick up my kids and we went for dinner before I come back to the room and went to the bathroom and that's when I found the needle I have a police report that I can get a copy of for you if I need to but if I don't get my money back I'm going to hire a lawyer

I have a police report and a receipt as well. I still haven't received my money back. I am reporting the transaction as fraud to my bank.

Americas Best Value Inn the hotel

How been to America's best value before, and this location is the worst. I'll never be coming back. When I checked in, my room had only 2 lights that worked. The lady up front gave me light bulbs that fixed 2 more lights. I still have 3 lights that don't work which include both lamps by the bed. She did try to move me, but the only other room available smelled badly like cigarettes and I said no. I stayed in the room. The second night I was here, from about 9pm till midnight, the people upstairs were making noises. It sounded like they were throwing their furniture around the room. And maybe hammering something. I finally fell asleep when it got quiet around midnight. So today (it's my third night) I found out the shower won't work, and the door won't bolt shut any more. I went to the front to ask for someone to fix it or to move rooms. There was a different lady there this time. She said there was nothing that can be done, and I could come back in the morning to move rooms. I asked her if she could at least give me something to plug up the tub so I can bathe. She said no but she could give me a rag to wipe myself with. I left and now I'm back in the same room with my door not locked, the people above me making noise again, and I can't take a shower or bath. Just so you know a little about me, I'm 5 almost 6 months pregnant. I don't like not feeling safe while sleeping, and I don't like the way the lady treated me this time when I went to see what can be done. If I hadn't already paid for this room, I'd leave and find something else.

Met my two kids and my fiance we're at trying to have a night out together you go school shopping and just get out of the house for a little while we're going to rent a room and we can stay in town we get there there's troyboi which is the charcoal of the metal they use in crack pipes in the damn door between the beds in the nightstand there's a f****** needle a drug needle sticking out of the wall in the bathroom which is my kids have found I would not be happy I went to get my refund to get my money back and they wanted to be [censored] about it I called the cops and they told me to call corporate office somebody needs to call me and let me know where to come get my money or I'm fixing to sue y'all the officer got the needle out of the wall and has it as evidence and he also has a police report if I need to get it let me know but I do want my $60 back or somebody's going to I will take this place and I will hang you I want my money back that is dangerous for next my kids and whoever else rents from y'all you should shut it down

Americas Best Value Inn reservation/app/service

I attempted to book room for August 4 th 2019 checkout August 5.
I used edit button twice to change date ad it kept giving me August 2 check in. Finally i entered billing information. Submitted and at confirmation again August 2 check in. I CALLED 4 times to the hotel. No answer ever. So i drove 25 minutes one way to inquire and was told they were busy and couldn't answer. I complained bout booking and was told it was cancelled . But if i had billing issue go to my booking agent. I USED THE DIRECT WEBSITE!. PLEASE inform me if i will be charged. I never had such a frustrating reservation experience. Thank you Patricia Favela.

Americas Best Value Inn the internet service and air conditioning have been a problem since I got here

I am highly disappointed I decided that I wanted to get a room here at America's Best Inn take it away from everything and have a peace of mind and be able to get in the pool the first thing I noticed that when I got into the room that I got the air conditioner on full blast and it wasn't really getting that cold and the guy came to look at it and told me like oh yeah here that's how it works it doesn't really get cold like that is what he told me they don't blow it full blast because he said that the motors freeze up all I know is that it was a hundred and three out here and I paid over $100 for 3 days maybe I pay like $268 or close to 300 I had work to do and I pretty much needed internet to use it has been so much as a problem that it starts to give me anxiety attacks because it start to be flushed rated to me that the internet here has five different signals and they just keep cutting on cutting off water to the staff's attention she said that she was going to see what was going on she never called my room I never got a message saying we were fixing the problem or whatever the case might be your they're going to compensate me on some of my money because I didn't come here to burn money on things that don't work here and your facility like the internet which is a main thing that a person would come here for so I feel that I have spent money and I feel that they should be held responsible to give me back something because of their service is not being at 4 part if they give me an internet code and I decide to get on my iPad or my cell phone I should not have to worry about the service cutting in and cutting out my room number is 211 and this is the America's Best Inn on Sierra Highway and the city of Lancaster California and another thing got to me because I was taking a shower and almost slipped because of the tile floor in here and the towel is coming up and almost cut my foot because it was so sharp something needs to be done about this I feel that I deserve some of my money back because I feel that this hotel was not a comfortable stay my name is pierre tindal [protected] can some one get back to me asap yeah like I was saying the air conditioner doesn't get really cool and in the bathroom it's very slippery and the towels on the floor or coming up very sharp it actually cut my foot I just put a bandage on it I didn't report it because as you can see in the pictures there's clearly something going on that was there that hasn't been maintained * fixed there's no type of ventilation with in the bathroom if you close the door it gets extremely hot in there the refrigerator is not mounted to the wall so it continues to fall over when you put food inside of it my experience here has been a waste of my money and trip

Yes I reserved a room atmAmerica's Best Value Inn Escondido California off of Washington Street as soon as I walked in the room I pulled back the sheets and saw nothing but stained bloody sheets and then further the mattresses on both sides were full of blood stains in other different stains so I made a complaint to the front office to get my money back...
