Beyond incredible customer service!
I can't even begin to express how happy I am with Kristina and Lindsay! Kristina (AGAIN) has been absolutely amazing! She is the sole reason I'm a returning customer! Lindsay was the perfect side kick for her! They both worked very hard (above and beyond) to help this loan go through! I'm very very very happy!
Both Kristina and Lindsay derseve HUGE kudos for everything they did!
They are what makes Amerisave great!
Terrific Home Loan Experience!
We were overall very satisfied with the service we received. We would however, like to point out an individual who truly stood out. Nicole Boutelle our processor was our rock throughout and really went to bat for us. There were several unanticipated "hiccups" we encountered. Nicole was consistently polite, professional and extremely competent in helping us through every difficulty and step. Terrific work Nicole & AmeriSave!

Top of the line loan officer
I was undecided about refinancing my home until I made a call to AmericaSave. I was able to complete an application and got a quote for much lower rate the same day. The process was quick and without hassle. My loan officer was very knowledgeable and accessible. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. If, I didn't understand he helped me. He walked me through the entire process. We closed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Brittlynn Holmes of AmericaSave Britt you ROCK.
One of the BEST experiences EVER!
Trey LaVera and Scott Circo were very thorough and efficient! When you're serious about doing your refi, these two will get it done in no time! They were the best! With these two behind the charge... everything happened it seemed, in minutes... of course in reality a little longer. With all my questions, they were quick to respond and answer them to my understanding. Once these two got the ball rolling and with the rates that were being offering, I didn't have a chance or desire to go with any other lender. Thanks for having such great employees on hand.
Went ahead despite poor reviews
We just closed our refi last week. I wanted to write a positive review on them because I did read negative reviews about AmeriSave before going forward with them. When we read the reviews, we decided to stay on top of them as far as needing any documents from us, etc. We worked with Gray Hancock, and he was professional and communicative. We got paranoid because they kept asking for documents, and we thought we wouldn't be able to finish by the deadline of the rate, but we were fine. I'm sure whenever there's a poor experience, you will read about it more online, so since we had a positive experience, we wanted it known out there that not everyone has a bad experience, and I'd say give them a chance.
I completed two refinances with AmeriSave for two houses within a few months
I completed two refinances with AmeriSave for two houses within a few months. The interest rates were among the best, if not the best. I worked with a loan originator named *** and there were times when communication was not the best, but I believe it was due to their phone system not working properly. I also worked with *** who I think was the loan processor. He was great to work with. If possible, I would request these two individuals to handle my loan again. If I had a third home, I would not hesitate to use AmeriSave (specifically *** and ***) again. My recommendation to anyone out there is to make sure you have all your paperwork ready. I like the online submission system. Since I had all my paperwork ready, it was easy to upload everything. It is true that sometimes they may ask for documents that you have already submitted. If that happens, talk to your loan originator and they should be able to fix it. I understand that there are many departments working on your loan, so if one of those individuals has questions or concerns, it can slow down the process. I have refinanced in the past and it usually takes about 30-35 days. With AmeriSave, it took a little longer, more like 40-45 days. Trust me, it is definitely worth the wait.
During the refinance process a number of unrealistic contract clauses appeared. WHEN they sell your loan, the purchaser can demand you purchase new insurance from a higher rated carrier AFTER they approve your current insurance. Refuse this. They will cave. Now, after My refinance, I can't get a human on the phone and don't have my *** paperwork and can't finish my income tax. It is March 12th. There is NO service after the sale. Buyer Beware. And after 2 attempts to file a BBB complaint. the website locks up on "Submit". Go figure.
What an awful company. NO integrity. They will seem helpful and nice in the beginning. Shortly after, they will ignore you, and they are not reliable and thorough with how much you qualify, and the information they are collecting. they will however be very insistent on having you pay the $500 rate lock fee, and will tell you that this is refundable or part of your closing cost. anything to get you to pay it. after that, Good luck Trying to reach them, $cant even get a hold of them to refund my $500. i Tried to file a complaint with BBB and then the manger of the person who was helping me called me, and said she will look into it and call me back, but then nothing ever happened after.
Excellent company, very open and communicative. Closed my loan in under 30 days. We couldnt have asked for a better experience!
I was shopping for rates, and heard their process is seamless. I started my application and paid $550 appraisal fee, if I were to move forward with the loan. At the end I did not move forward and requested refund of appraisal amount. I followed up multiple times and kept telling me it will be 5-7 business days. It turned into a over a month. I called left a message but no response to my email or call to this day and I have yet to receive my refund. I ended up disputing the charge because they would not refund and would not respond back. Very disappointed with unprofessional service.
Amerisave Mortgage Corporation had the best rates that I could find!
Amerisave Mortgage Corporation had the best rates that I could find! I got a 2.25% for a 10 year loan! Justin was very prompt in returning all of my emails, and kept me informed of every detail. I was so worried that I would make a mistake during the refinance process because it had been so long since I initially had got my mortgage, but Justin helped me with every step of the way, and made me feel confident in my decisions. The only thing that bothered me was when they ran my credit a second time in less than 30 days just to be able to update my last time in their system so that my married name would be on my mortgage instead of my maiden name. Nothing had changed in my credit report during that short time, and I had already been approved for the refinance. I tried to get it fixed because it dropped my credit score a little bit from the extra hard inquiry, but nothing came of it. Now I have to wait two years for it to come off of my credit report. To this day, I still do not understand why I had to receive a second hard inquiry just to have my name updated on the refinance papers after I had already provided them with my marriage license, social security card, and drivers license. Even though I wish this could still be fixed, I am very happy with the end results, and I have already referred some of my family to Amerisave for their home refinance.
This company has NO integrity. They have a bait and switch policy. they lock you in with a rate which costs you $500 and say that it will be applied to closing costs, however, it is listed as an additional fee. Then even though you locked the rate they charge you points for that rate once you are under contract with the excuse that you didn't borrow as much as you were qualified for so in order to get the rate you locked in you have to pay additional because their investors won't accept the rate and loan amount. no one call you back ever.
Wish I would have seen reviews prior to contacting this company. Pulled my credit/contacted current mortgage provider...asked for proof of income/taxes/HOA.. all expected w/ application. Then got ghosted without any explanation why? Not sure if it's this company or my loan rep but who cares? Waste of time/credit hit. You really shouldn't be allowed to s*** with people's finances. Closed with another mortgage company within 3 weeks... beware!
I was told my a loan specialist that my $500 mortgage rate lock would be transferred to another bank/lender if I decided not to partner with Amerisave. To my demise on the same day when I decided to call and ask them to send my money to my credit union they said no and that they needed the loan estimate from my credit union and they would do their best to match. A day had passed resulting in the company saying my rate had been now locked because of the market fluctuations resulting in my money being used. Beware of this company because they will mislead you to get the money, get it, and do anything to not get it back to you. They will also inflate your income on the loan estimate to get you approved for the amount you requested. I would go with a different lender. The people I spoke with are nice but have no problem misleading you with a smile. The nice representatives are the only reason for two stars and not one. At the end of the day they have mixed reviews and some have had a good experience but just thought I would share mine. Customer satisfaction line will just send you back to your loan officer and do nothing to satisfy your inquiry. Only answer the phone in a unpleasant manner.
Extremely unprofessional company. I was working with them for over 30 days and had to walk away with 13 days left to close. *** is incapable of checking his emails and communicating. He would ask me for documents and I would send them within a few hours. Then he would call me a week later asking for the same docs. He did this several times and eventually cancelled my loan with 13 days left to close and refused to reimburse the $500 interest lock in fee. He also is invoicing me for the appraisal but refused to send that appraisal to me or my new lender. Thankfully I was able to work with and get approved with my new lender with the same exact documents I sent Amerisave, and they did not give me any trouble. This company is a scam so think twice before working with them. Do not waste your time and money like I did.
I would like to comment on Alina B
I would like to comment on Alina B.'s review. The way she explained the rate lock aspect is true. All of your personal information is taken, your credit report is ran, and they do tell you your rate is locked in. Once you receive a copy of your loan estimate you will see the box next to rate locked checked no. I questioned the loan officer about this as well but I was assured the rate would not go above what I was initially quoted and that the quote would not expire for a few weeks. I do agree they should tell the customers upfront when the rate will actually be locked in because it does cause confusion and doubts, especially when you're sending in your payment for the application fee. HOWEVER it was NOT a scam because I was pleasantly surprised when my rate on my final loan estimate came back lower than what I was quoted, and this time the box next to rate locked was checked yes. It is NOT a scam. This is my second time dealing with a direct lender and the rates and service they offer on home loans usually always beats what the banks have to offer. Please be careful not to slander a business when you don't have all the facts or haven't done adequate research. Stating your experience and opinion is fine but, present it as opinion and not fact unless you have ALL the evidence/documents to prove otherwise. I had an overall good experience with this company.
RUN away, don’t walk RUN! These guys are jerks. I was led through the entire mortgage process to be told at the end I didn’t qualify bc I hadn’t passed the 210 days and 6 monthly payments necessary to refinance a loan with the VA. They should’ve known that before dragging me through the process and wasting my time…Credit was pulled, statements, paystubs, employment verified, everything. Weeks wasted. Credit score was dinged! The day before the inspector was set to arrive I was told there was a problem. The initial contact was with a 5 star broker. He lured in me with the look at my reviews line. He was nice. I don’t know where the incompetence came in. But it’s not hard to do the math when someone gives you everything you asked for (multiple times bc they kept losing things). Thankfully my credit is locked and whoever has all my information can’t do anything with it. This company doesn’t give a *** about you. They will promise you whatever it takes to get you to start the process. I’ve read other horror stories. It seems like they just want to make money by opening applications. This is ridiculous. Save yourself some trouble. Go to yelp and type in Amerisave. I wish I’d done that before starting this process (the reviews are horrendous). But I didn’t. I looked at the 5 star reviews the broker sent me.
How do I make a long story short? I refinanced my home in 2021. Now I'm with Amerisave. I signed up for an online account so I could view my Mortgage. I have paid my monthly bill by phone (fee included), By mail, Rarely gets there within a week or 10 days. I recently started to have the Mortgage auto paid. February 1st 2023 fell on a Wednesday, my pay day was Friday 2/3/23. I received a notice from my bank that there was a payment requested and I had insufficient funds. The bank paid the Mortgage and gave me a bill for $35,00 overdraft. I turned off the automatic payment for future payments. On February 7th 2023. My bank was posting a second payment request from Amerisave. Several calls were made to Amerisave from me to ask why they initiated the March 2023 payment ? More$35.00 fees for insufficient funds. Who made the authorization? When did that get approved and why? What recourse do I have . I live paycheck to paycheck with several unexpected bills. Ive asked my bank to continue to rehect Amerisave requests. Thank God they have helped in that way,My question is ... Is this legal? How can Amerisave have a default system in place where they take my money without my authorization? They have not even made ONE attemp to help me resolve. Robbery!
I have been calling with no exact answers from this place *** knows what to do and *** knows where my money for a payment went but they do however call me from collections seeking payments! This is unacceptable they are rude and don't know what they do they need more training!
Chanel ***** was amazing!
Chanel *** was amazing! I feel privileged to have worked with Chanel *** on refinancing my house. Her skills and communication were all very professional.
I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and the process of working with ***. I want to acknowledge that I did not encounter any challenges while working with ***, and thanks to her hard work, expertise, and professionalism, I was able to close on my mortgage refinance in just 2 weeks.
Everything was clear and easy to understand. Buying or refinancing a house is not an easy process, and one can face many challenges, but I did not experience any difficulties. Thanks to ***'s expertise and professionalism, the process was smooth and quick! *** showed a perfect combination of professionalism, expertise, skills, and care. She did an excellent job. *** took pride in helping me through the refinancing process, and I am both excited and very pleased to have worked with her.
Any client would be fortunate to choose Chanel *** as their Loan Originator. She does an outstanding job and ensures her clients have a wonderful experience whether they are buying or refinancing their house.
Thank you, Chanel ***!
AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation should be proud to have her as one of their Loan Originators. I wish her the best of luck and many successes in her future endeavors.
My husband and I was trying to get a koan from tis company. We decided that we wanted to just wait another time we tfied to get our $500.00 lock and save money back.We are not getting any response our loan number is [protected].Loan Corridator NMLS ***. He didn't tell us that it was unrefundable. Now this was going to be our first house. This broke our hearts that we lost money. We were so happy. This is s scam. Now Im afraid to give my information out to any mortgage companies. I should *** them for pain and suffering.
Our experience seemed to be going perfectly at first. We paid our lock in rate (which of course we wont get refunded which is a super scam), got all paperwork settled and were told we were preapproved! We got to looking at homes, even flew out of state to look in person due to this being an ETS move (exiting the military, flight was $400). We were led to believe that everything was great! Paid *** money and all we needed was to upload final documents and show bank statements to close on February 14th! All this just to receive a phone call less than 2 weeks before closing stating our loan was closed and there was and I quote absolutely no hope for this loan only because I will be starting a new job once we move..out of state. Its funny since I even submitted my offer letter from my future employer (which we were told to do). Now we have been ghosted (so has our realtor!) about all of this and in less than two weeks need to find another loan company and try to close on this house so we do not need to start over. Its incredible this company advertises to be well educated on VA and this is how they treat their military clients. Unacceptable, do not waste your time or energy on this company ESPECIALLY if you are military! Everyone else we have spoken to in our scramble to not lose our home has said that is a ridiculous reason to deny a loan especially 2 weeks before close. Again, stay far away from Amerisave.
My wife and I made the decision to refinance our personal mortgage after moving to South Carolina in 1998
My wife and I made the decision to refinance our personal mortgage after moving to South Carolina in 1998. Over the years, we have purchased several properties, built and sold them, all with the goal of eventually having a low or zero mortgage on our final home. As you can imagine, we have had many loans and mortgages in the past. While financing through our local bank usually went smoothly, using a mortgage company often proved to be quite difficult. We experienced delays, poor communication, repeated requests for more information, and overall frustration.
Our first contact with Amerisave was with Loan Originator Nicholas on October 11, 2021. We were able to close this refinance just three weeks later, on November 2, 2021. Throughout the process, Nicholas constantly checked on our progress, answered our questions, and made sure we provided the correct information when needed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. This was by far the quickest mortgage process we have ever experienced, and I believe Nicholas played a significant role in making it such a positive experience.
I would like to make an observation: Amerisave utilizes a completely electronic system for exchanging information. For those of us who are reasonably proficient with computers, it is manageable and efficient. However, I suspect that some of the negative reviews of Amerisave mortgages may come from individuals who are uncomfortable with this hands-off approach.
Mr. Jacob Smith was my loan originator and Ms
Mr. Jacob Smith was my loan originator and Ms. Irene Johnson was my loan processor. The loan process went smoothly from the beginning. Mr. Smith collected all of my information over the phone and then followed up in writing for my acceptance. The rate he quoted ended up being lower than what another lender was offering. Mr. Smith kept me updated throughout the process and made sure that the $500 processing fee was included in the closing documents. When it came time for closing, Ms. Johnson took over and she was amazing. She was very efficient, effective, and always answered any questions I had. She completed the refinance ahead of schedule and I received a large cash out with no issues whatsoever.
The title company was also great. The signing process was easy and they sent me all 209 pages of the closing documents electronically before the closing so I could review them. Everything was exactly as it should be. The funds were deposited into my account and the title company even called to confirm that I received the money.
In conclusion, Mr. Smith was very honest, upfront, and attentive to my concerns. I don't usually leave comments about my experiences, but in this case, I had to give credit where it's due.
Thank you, Mr. Smith and your team!
I recently worked with Chris from Amerisave on refinancing my mortgage and HELOC
I recently worked with Chris from Amerisave on refinancing my mortgage and HELOC. He was genuine and easy to relate to, showing care throughout our conversations. He took the time to discuss and analyze the different scenarios I requested, providing his advice and opinions on each one. He was patient and polite throughout the process.
I received calls and offers from agents of other lenders, as I was trying to find the best deal. However, these lenders seemed impatient and only interested in making a sale. Their offers couldn't compare to the offer Chris was able to secure for me through Amerisave. Furthermore, these other lenders would call back a week later with a supposedly better offer, claiming it would expire the following day. However, even these improved offers were not as financially beneficial as what Chris got me through Amerisave. He not only provided the best customer service, but also the best financial option, completely outperforming the competition.
I have read some reviews mentioning a $500 application fee and concerns about the insurance address being changed too quickly. I personally experienced these issues as well. I believe they are trying to expedite the process, and the $500 application fee seems to be standard in the industry, based on my conversations with other lenders. It's important to note that you always have the option to back out and only lose the $500 application fee if you find a better deal. I would have done the same if I had found a better offer, as a mortgage deal is a long-term commitment. However, it never came to that. After comparing all the options side by side, no one else came close to what Amerisave offered. Many other lenders even admitted this and advised me to go for it if I could secure that deal in a closing estimate.
What made us very satisfied was that Antwan and Aerion were straightforward throughout
What made us very satisfied was that Antwan and Aerion were straightforward throughout. I believe that the AmeriSave system has room for improvement, but they both worked diligently on our behalf. Two elements caused delays: a) The VA component in the process; b) our credit accounts are blocked except when we make them available for a brief time. Constructive comments: 1. It was not clear to us that the original selection of a mortgage rate was the lock. I suggest this be tentative, so that the specific variations of up-front cost or rebate can be understood and decided upon once AmeriSave accepts the application. In the end, Antwan arranged to give us a choice from the rate chart and for that we are very grateful. 2. It should be noted that the VA component adds some time and may require a structural pest report which, in turn, will have to have corrections made and certified during the loan process. 3. Automatic email notices that originate during the process should be reviewed by the Loan Originator and the Processor to provide an explanation when it may not be apparent what's what. A particular example is a request to explain credit inquiries that the application did not show. The dates of these were subsequent to applying; the inquiries were by AmeriSave under an unrecognized acronym! 4. Coordinate unfreezing of credit with the applicant. Better still, use the system whereby the applicant can unfreeze credit specifically to the mortgage company. Closing. We found Antwan and Aerion very personable, competent, helpful and very good to work with and for that we are personally grateful. The reasons above account for a less-than-five-star rating. It takes into account the company system.
We recently refinanced our mortgage with AmeriSave Mortgage and had a generally positive experience
We recently refinanced our mortgage with AmeriSave Mortgage and had a generally positive experience. Our initial contact person was Mr. ***, who was very pleasant and patient in answering all of our questions. He was willing to explore various options for us and we never felt rushed.
Dealing with anything related to banks can be a hassle, and ultimately, it is your responsibility to look out for your best interests. You have to carefully review all the numbers and ask for clarification when needed. It's also important to research what to expect in terms of fees, the duration of the process, and reviews on ComplaintsBoard.com. However, it is much more enjoyable when you are dealing with someone who is happy to do their job and is pleasant to talk to! Everyone we interacted with from AmeriSave was pleasant, although some were a bit more difficult to reach. It wasn't anything extreme, but not as prompt as Mr. Sneider. To be fair, some of the delays may have been due to reception issues on my end at times.
Our refinancing process took a bit longer than expected, but it was not AmeriSave's fault. It was due to the timing of a trip where we had limited reception, which delayed our review of the numbers and our ability to ask questions and receive answers. However, the process still concluded in a timely manner. I believe we would have closed earlier if it weren't for the trip.
The AmeriSave website was very convenient for uploading the necessary paperwork, and the final signing process was extremely convenient as well. We chose to sign the documents at our house after work. I appreciated the process with the notary, as we received their name, picture, and vehicle information beforehand, and they contacted us twice before our appointment.
Obviously, it is important to research and determine the best option for your specific circumstances. However, overall, we are pleased with our decision to choose AmeriSave.
AmeriSave provided us with a great experience
AmeriSave provided us with a great experience. We were able to refinance our mortgage from a 30-year fixed rate of 4.25% to a 20-year fixed rate of 2.875%. Surprisingly, our mortgage payment remained about the same. The closing costs were covered by the skipped mortgage payment, so it didn't cost us anything. I want to give special praise to our loan originator, Michael, and our loan processor, Robin, for going above and beyond to help us get the best deal. They were patient, good listeners, and never pressured us. They had a thorough understanding of the refinancing process. AmeriSave provided us with an online account where we could upload and download documents. We could check the progress at any time, and Michael and Robin were prompt in responding to our emails. They made sure to speak with us on the phone regularly to address any questions or concerns. The closing papers were signed at our home by a notary from the title insurance company, Solidifi. We practiced social distancing and wore masks due to COVID-19. The funds to pay off our existing mortgage were disbursed two days after the projected loan pay off date, and I personally confirmed the payoff the following day. Everything went smoothly without any issues. I want to thank Michael and Robin from AmeriSave for their exceptional service and support. Sincerely, *** & Debbie
I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to write this one
I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to write this one. I was fortunate to come across AmeriSave when I was looking to refinance my home without taking out any cash. My goal was to lower my house payment by securing a lower interest rate. I spoke with several companies, but they seemed more interested in their own agenda rather than helping me. They would make promises and try to convince me that their way was best, instead of listening to my needs. I was becoming frustrated until I spoke with a representative from AmeriSave who genuinely cared about my situation. From the beginning, she listened attentively and did everything she could to assist me. If she wasn't sure about something, she would consult her supervisor before making any promises, just to ensure my satisfaction. I was won over immediately! We discussed my requirements, and she went above and beyond to meet them. She worked tirelessly to achieve my goals. I feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with her. It has been over five months since we first connected, and I still reach out to her occasionally, and she does the same. She truly cares about her clients and is a compassionate person. There were times when I was unsure about what I wanted to do, and she never pressured me into anything. If I expressed any indecisiveness, she would understand and encourage me to do more research before making a decision. I couldn't have asked for a better representative. She is professional, warm, and genuinely cares about people's needs. The world needs more individuals like her, and any company would be lucky to have her represent them. She is trustworthy and passionate about her work. Thank you, AmeriSave, for providing such exceptional service through her. I highly recommend asking for her, as she will undoubtedly make your experience a positive one.
Although I enjoy writing, I am usually hesitant to send recommendations for every business transaction I engage in day
Although I enjoy writing, I am usually hesitant to send recommendations for every business transaction I engage in day to day. However, this one was a must! It all started with an inquiry to Mr. Antonio, one of your mortgage representatives (who, in my opinion, is the absolute best). He was not pushy, aggressive, or arrogant. I found his tone to be very reassuring and conversational. In our initial conversation, he took the time to get to know me and understand what I wanted to accomplish with refinancing my home. He even allowed me time to explore other options. I actually told him that I was interested in refinancing after the beginning of next year.
However, after speaking with a competitor in the industry, I immediately thought about my interaction with Antonio. The other person had the opposite personality compared to Antonio. I won't go into details, but let's just say that I trusted Antonio completely, whereas the other person was not even close. This prompted me to call Antonio back and let him know that I was ready to proceed sooner than next year. To make a long story short, Antonio walked me through the process and within less than 2 weeks, we officially closed the deal at our kitchen table with the attorney provided by your company.
I want to share with you something I learned at the start of my business career over 40 years ago: "People buy from people they like" or "that are likable." This statement couldn't be truer, and I apply it to my dealings with Antonio. As long as he remains in the mortgage business, he will be my go-to person. However, I can't imagine that he will be available for long, as someone of his caliber is likely to be promoted to higher ranks within or outside of your firm. I kindly ask you to treat him well because he truly deserves all the praise and success that your business can offer him!
Thank you and Antonio for providing such a wonderful experience with Amerisave!
this loan process was difficult because of the COVID 19 pandemic
this loan process was difficult because of the COVID 19 pandemic. in the grand scheme of things i get it. it was not the easiest loan i ever got. what i would like to comment on is my loan originator RILEY BREWSTER. she was amazing to work with and i'm gonna have to recommend to the entire world that if they want to get a refi that they need to try to request her! my loan originator was the BEST I EVER HAD and i want the world to know about it. that lady is on point and solves problems. she's not going to let things go south even if the issues are over her level of authority. she stays on top of it and won't let the bosses stray. i can't say enough good things about her. if you are going to do business with AMERISAVE you really need to try to get RILEY BREWSTER. i wish there more people like her in this business. i think things would go a lot better. when rating a business and passing judgement i try to be as objective and fair as possible. my experience with AMERISAVE was difficult and that is the honest truth. however, to be fair i have to acknowledge the fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic and it has thrown everything off for everyone out there including a lot of businesses. i get it. my loan originator though. SHE WAS THE BEST! pandemic or not, RILEY BREWSTER wasn't going to let this process fail. from day 1 no matter what the issue was that came up she was on top of it! from the customer point of view that's priceless, because when you don't understand everything its easy to get discouraged and want to give up. when you have someone like RILEY BREWSTER in your corner it gives you hope and confidence that everything is going to be ok and and everything is still moving forward. i can't thank RILEY enough and i think the world needs to know that real customer service still exists in this plastic world we live in because of people like her. if i ever need another home loan i will be looking up RILEY before i look up any loan company. where she goes i'm gonna go. AMERISAVE gets 5 stars from me because of my experience with my loan originator - RILEY BREWSTER.
To Whom It May Concern, I wanted to share my extremely positive experience with my loan officer at AmeriSave, Chad ****
To Whom It May Concern,
I wanted to share my extremely positive experience with my loan officer at AmeriSave, Chad ***. If you are considering doing business with AmeriSave, I highly recommend working with Chad. In my opinion, he is the best loan officer I have ever worked with. I have gone through the mortgage or refinance process at least twelve times for my six properties, and I have also consulted on several others. Therefore, I believe I can recognize a great loan officer when I encounter one, and Mr. is truly exceptional.
One thing that stood out to me about Chad was his ability to understand my perspective. He didn't treat my loan as a generic transaction but tailored it to my specific needs. From our first interaction, Chad presented me with an attractive deal, and he not only stuck to those terms when preparing my disclosures but actually exceeded the benefits for me. He worked his magic to significantly reduce my closing costs.
Chad's dedication to prioritizing the customer over the company is a true indication of a salesperson who will earn repeat business. He understands that without customers, there would be no company in the end. I am grateful that Chad answered the phone when I contacted AmeriSave because I needed the expertise of a top-notch mortgage professional. He has earned my loyalty, and we have already discussed additional investment property loans that I would like to explore with him.
AmeriSave made a wise decision in hiring someone like Chad ***, who possesses both the technical skills required for mortgages and the soft skills, such as empathy and a genuine focus on the customer. Throughout the process, I felt like I had a partner in my investment journey, rather than just a vendor treating me like any other customer. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. Having been through this process many times before, I can confidently say that working with Chad surpassed all my previous mortgage experiences.
I would like to express my gratitude to Chad Avery *** and the entire AmeriSave team for providing an outstanding customer experience. As someone who advises others on real estate investing and the refinance process, I will definitely be recommending Chad *** and AmeriSave in future conversations. And personally, I will be returning to work with you all again soon.
Sincerely,

Bait and switch on interest rate
On January 21,2021 I started a mortgage refinance process with Amerisave Mortgage. My Loan processor was Bryce Powers. Bryce and I discussed the loan, including the loan rate. I was happy with the initial loan rate of 2.75% for a 30 year mortgage. I asked Bryce to "lock-in" the rate. Bryce explained that it was Amerisave's policy not to lock in rates because "if the rate dropped, the customer benefits and if the rate goes up, Amerisave will issue an exemption to get the rate back to the rate on the signed disclosure." This sounded like a great deal to me, a can't lose situation. After the appraisal came in higher than anticipated, I asked Bryce what the rate would be on a cashout refinance. Bryce quoted me a rate of 3% with 3.154 in points totaling $9115 for a 30 year cash out refinance. I asked Bryce again about locking in the rate because the 10 year note was starting to go up. Bryce stated the following, "I would not work for a company that misled its customers, and I'm sure you would not do business with a company that lied to you. Your rate is 3%, if the market rate goes down, you win. If the market rate goes up, my supervisor will give me an exemption to get your rate back to 3%." I believed Bryce and on February 10,2021 I signed a disclosure for the cash out refi with these terms. Well, rates continued to rise and and I called Bryce again to inquire about the interest rate. Keep in mind, communication with Bryce was HORRIBLE. I would have to call him several times and send multiple emails before he responded, if he responded at all. When I finally got in touch with him and expressed my concern over the rising mortgage rates, he again told me not to worry, that Amerisave would take care of me. Well, on March 10,2021, in anticipation of a March 14,2021, I received a new, updated, surprise disclosure via email. This disclosure still had the 3%, 30 year mortgage put now the points I was paying went from 3.154 points totaling $9115 to 3.664 points totaling $***, a difference of $1473. I again made several telephone calls and send various emails to Bryce letting him know the terms on the disclosure had changed and I was being charged more in points, and in title fees. When I finally got Bryce on the phone, he told me not to worry, he would send the disclosure back to his manager and get it corrected. The next day Bryce call me back and told me he got the points down to 3.437 totaling 9933. 18 but he could not get it back to the original agreement of 3.154 totaling $9115. He stated there was nothing he could do to get my disclosure back to the terms we originally agreed on, and signed onto, and my only option at this point would be to cancel the refinance request or move forward with he new terms. He did not apologize for continuously telling me there would no issue with my rate and there was no need to lock it in. He very coldly told me to cancel or move forward. I then asked to speak with his manager. The same day his manager called me and acknowledge that Bryce had misled me. He stated that Amerisave had hire a lot of new people and it was obvious that they need some work in how they communicated the rate lock policy to customers. He also stated he could do nothing more except offer a refund for the $500 application fee, which I have not received. Bottom line, I had no choice but to move forward with the refinance. Amerisave had me in a hostage situation. If I cancelled the refinance and when with another company, I would have to begin the process from the beginning and would probably get an even higher interest rate. Amerisave is very calculating. They change you a non-refundable $500 application fee upfront and conduct your appraisal within 4 days of application. This is done to lock you into their services. After the appraisal and the underwriting is approved, they know you will move forward with the refinance because moving to another mortgage provider at that point will cost you more money and a higher interest rate since rates have gone up. That is also why Bryce, after lying to me in 4 separate conversations, offered to cancel my loan or move forward. He knew I had no choice but to move forward.
I am requesting that Amerisave reimburse me for the difference on the points on the February 10,2021 disclosure and the final March 4,2021 disclosure. The difference amounts to $818.18.
While researching online complaints against Amerisave I have found that this interest bait and switch scheme is #1 complaint against Amerisave. Anyone wanting to conduct business with Amerisave should read the reviews on Consumeraffairs.com, BBB.org, and Sitejabber.com. If you don't care whether your interest rate goes up during your underwriting process, and if you don't care about being able to communicate with your loan originator or loan processor, the Amerisave will be just fine for you. Bryce openly lying to me during 4 separate conversations and made no apologies for it. Ultimately, his lies cost me $818.18 in points. The $818.18 would not have matter if he had been honest with me the 4 times I asked about locking the rate.
Refinance
Was looking to refinance my variable rate loan to a fixed. Fell for the bull that this company promised. Kept pulling my credit over and over again, made me pay $500 for an appraisal, changed things on my loan multiple times without warning and didn't even let me know, and completely ghosted me. I've emailed, texted, and called. No response. Scam company. Don't waste your time. I'm so angry they wasted my time, I'm out $500 that I couldn't really afford (they need to give that back to me), and now they jacked up my credit score so I have to wait to rebuild my credit points back up and save up for an appraisal with a reputable company.
Desired outcome: Give me my $500 appraisal money back!!! You took .you money and then ghosted me! Garbage company.
Mortgage application
I went with Amerisave mortgage since they had good reviews for a house mortgage. Little did I know that it was going to be quite the opposite for me. After spending 2 months with my lender Jonathan Soronen, and his manager which name I don't know, 2 months that at first it was good conversation with the lender and I but after a couple of weeks I had to be the one calling or my realtor agent to get any updates in my loan application. after month and a half I didn't hear back from him, and the manager tried to take over asking me for some information that they already had since I sent them the same information about 4 times because they kept asking for it and tell me that he will get back to me. one month letter he replies to me but not to provide me any update but for a complaint I made through customer services. There' was little communication between them and I, and the last week working with them the communication we had it been because of the phone calls me and my agent made.
Desired outcome: I want a refund due to the lender and mostly the managers lack of work and communication or the documentation I sign that says I am in no rights for a refund.

Wind insurance
Amerisave claimed they did not get my aaa agent fax to pay wind insurance, even though we provided the fax confirmation and it resulted 90 days later getting my citizens policy cancelled. It cost me $600 for lender insurance very high premium. Worked with dept of fl insurance to get my money recouped, but amerisave refused to make it right. They dont have integrity to do the right thing. Don't trust them!
Desired outcome: reimburse me the $600.00 they cost me due to their error
Mortgage refinance
I decided to give AmeriSave a try after reading so many positive reviews. It's one of the worst decisions I've ever made in my life. The loan officer stated that he would beat any competitor's interest rates in order to earn my business (1st broken promise). Next, he stated that if I provided all the requested documents within 48 hours that the loan would close in 10-14 business days (2nd broken promise). Then he stated I wouldn't have to pay any points and that they would waive the appraisal fee since I had already paid for an appraisal (3rd broken promise). The same loan officer's communication was horrible (went a week before replying to emails and voicemails). Finally, he entered the wrong information for the loan on numerous items (eg, I requested to borrow $495k and he entered $510k; he entered points totaling $5k; he entered a desktop appraisal of $675k when I had three independent appraisals showing the house valued between $730-$750k; he never adjusted the incorrect debts shown on my credit report even though I provided statements showing lower debts; etc.) which affected my DTI and LTV and then stated he couldn't get me approved through Fannie Mae (4th broken promise). When I brought this to the attention of his sales manager, the sales manage said he would take care of the matter and fix everything which never happened (5th broken promise) and like the loan office the sales manager was slow to reply and never replied two voicemails and one email. After such a horrific experience, I contacted a customer service rep. out of Atlanta informing her of my experience with loan officer and manager out of the Troy, MI. office. She spoke with her manager and was able to get my loan transferred to a different loan officer out of the same office. I was hoping for the best with a new loan officer unfortunately the new loan officer was just as incompetent and unprofessional as the previous loan officer making matters worse (eg, allowed the rate lock to expire, increased loan interest rate, increased points to $20k even though I stated that points were a deal breaker, kept loan amount at $510k event though I asked to reduce the loan amount down to $475k, didn't reply to voicemails or emails for a week, made numerous promises and broke every one of them, etc.). Since I had to deal with the same issues all over again, I contacted their Customer Service department again letting them know that things were worse than before. The CS rep. said she would contact her manager and that they would take care of this matter asap. Several days later the CS rep contacted me to see if anyone from the Troy, MI office had contacted me with regards to all of the issues I was having. I told her that nobody ever contacted me about the matter and that I was going to take my business elsewhere. In reflection, I wouldn't recommend AmeriSave to anyone. Their loan officers over promise and under deliver. Their communication is horrible and they don't listen to the customer (eg, neither loan officer ever reduced the amount I wanted to borrow even though I said something to them every time we spoke, etc.). If you value your time and money, do NOT use AmeriSave. There are other lenders that are more professional and keep their promises. Luckily, my story has a happy ending. I switched lenders and within two days of submitting my application, it went to underwriting. The underwriters approved everything, it's been approved by both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and now we're waiting for the appraisal to come back. My new lender has been amazing and we've started discussing which title agency we will be using along with a projected closing time frame.
Unresponsive and uncooperative
A couple of months ago my boyfriend and I contacted Amerisave save to get a loan for a home. The guy that was helping us was doing fine. He took a $500 lock and shop fee. We did not end up getting that house. Then my boyfriend asked him if we could have the $500 back and he responded Yes he would do that for us. (We never got the money back so we decided to try to use it towards another loan) A couple months later, which is now, we try to buy another house and use the $500 towards the new loan. He responded well and said he would help. Now, We are in an emergency situation and had to make a decision yesterday, and he was no where to be found and we cannot get a hold of him or his manager for the last 5 days for a loan. We could not go through him because he would not answer any phone calls or emails. we have an emergency situation where we need a home to live in and a loan asap. So now we had to go with a different lender, because I could not get ahold of anybody through America save. I tried to contact someone else and they said they had no way to access our information we gave. We have yet to get our $500 back. The Amerisave employee made an error and now can not be reached or held accountable.
Desired outcome: Please refund $500, I would like a response. Thank you.
Refinance
In June of 2022 I began a lengthy process of trying to refinance my home with Amerisave mortgage. There was little to no communication once i was tricked into paying them a $500.00 fee for an appraisal. The reason I feel that i was tricked is because I was just inquiring about the process of a refinance online when Chris Pawlowski called me. it was at that time that I expressed to him that I had some barriers that might stop me from obtaining a loan, but he reassured me that he could look into it for me, and it would not hurt my credit score, so I agreed, upon him completing the check on my credit he informed me I was approved, I asked are you sure, again I had concerns and I expressed them to him.4 months later, $500.00, as well as countless copies of paperwork and forms, with very little communication from Josefina Davis, who was the loan processor, and who often times would give me someone else loan information when I called inquiring about mine, very unorganized and unprofessional. I was told that Sept. 15,2022 I would need to have another appraisal done. On [protected] I logged onto the website to find that I could no longer access it due to my loan no longer existing. I could not believe that after all of the time and gathering documents that I had done they were not even professional enough to tell me that the loan that Chris Pawlowski said I was approved for was actually denied. I still have not heard from them, aside from an email that has an attachment showing documentation, that I can not access, because yes you guessed it I'm not authorized to log on to their system. This is not people that care enough about their customers to be upfront about the process or personable when they can not help, they just collect the $500.00 and move on to the next victim, false hope. I'm out of $500.00 and a lot of my time.
Forced to pay $500.
The rep from Amerisave told me I needed to enter my information and continue with the application but that I would not be charged $500 for the appraisal until I was ready to do so. That was not the case, the second I clicked next, it charged me and I was stuck with them. In the end, they lied that I was eligible to refinance and I did not get my money back.
Desired outcome: I want my $500 back since there was no way I could ever close and they continue to ask for documents that did not exist.
Home loan/refinance
AmeriSave mortgage corporation in my opinion got me into my second reliance with them by smudging the numbers in my escrow account, (please continue reading this gets very interesting.) My first mortgage was done by them and everything went off with out a hitch. was in the mortgage for 18 months when we decided to put a pool in because rates continued to drop. so i called back Aversive and the same loan officer who did the first loan. He said absolutely it wouldn't be a problem, so i moved forward with the process and he winds up getting me 50K cash out refinance for the pool with a lower rate than i was in and my payment would virtually stay the same. It all made sense for me to move forward and i trusted that they had my best regards in mind so i close on the loan and started making my payments of 2364.00 a month (the amount i was quoted all along) for 11 months and i go to make the 12 month payment and my PAYMENT GOES UP TO 3100.00 A MONTH. fast forward to finding out how this happened. Amerisave had my taxes as 3100 for the year when they were 7400 ish and what that did was create an escrow deficiency on my account for roughly 5000.00 and moving forward after the deficiency is met the payment will be 2800 ish (not the original 2300 ish that i was estimated) I would love some feed back on this issue from anyone and everyone and would also like to see if there is any other similar complaints against any mortgage company out there.
Desired outcome: not resolved working with legal team on possible truth and lending act claim
Amerisave Mortgage - reporting late pay for account that should have been on autopay
Prior to leaving the country for several weeks, I contacted Amerisave to get my account set up on autopay. I thought it went through and went on my trip. When I returned, there was a pink delinquency note in the mail. I did not receive any phone calls from them during my trip, so only the letter was sent, which I didn't see until my return when the payment was then listed as late. I believe they have turned this late pay into the credit bureau and I am disputing it, but not sure how far I will get.
I am confused and upset about why the autopay did not go through and I am worried about how I will trust it in the future. I think I would have noticed sooner, if I were not on vacation out of the country. I didn't have good wifi where I was and it didn't occur to me to check to see if it drafted.
I am not sure what my recourse is with Amerisave, but step one I am submitting a credit dispute tomorrow. Not sure if I have any other options with this company.
Desired outcome: Removal of the late pay on my credit report.
Deceptive practices
Horrible. My loan officer MJ Wolfe did a lot of crazy things with my loan application like omitting credit, over estimating my home value, and never returning my calls. She had me believing the loan was all set to be approved, but it was not. One day, I get a call from a person who said he was my new loan officer. MJ just mysterious disappeared with all the documents I gave her which the new loan officer knew nothing about. After a few months, I shared my concerns to no avail. My new loan officer calls me after a week saying the loan was denied. I paid off bills using my retirement funds because MJ basically said the loan was a go. This company is suspicious. I would not recommend them.
Desired outcome: None I want others to be informed
Charged my husband & I over $500
I have called several time and been told that a supervisor will contact me and that has yet to happen. They charged us over $500 in order to be locked into a certain interest rate. Then after spending over a month submitting documents, and the same documents multiple times, a long with pushing the closing date back multiple times, they told us our loan wasn't going to go through. Now when I have tried to call about getting money they charged us refunded, no one will speak to me. They also made us pay for flood insurance up front, and that was supposed to be included in the closing, but they insisted for the loan to go through it needed to be paid. They also only had my husband on the original loan, and after a month decided in order to make the loan go through they would add me to it. No one spoke to me about this, until after they already added me and ran my credit. They had multiple underwrites contacting my insurance agent and each one asked her for the same documents she had already sent to the other underwriters that contacted her. They are very unprofessional. This all started at the beginning of May 2022 and ended on June 23rd 2022. I have called multiple times but always get told a supervisor will call me. They take down my phone number and yet still no call.
Cash out refinance home mortgage
My fiancé and I are constructing a home approximately worth $800,000. We paid cash but needed a $200,000 loan to finish and furnish the home. We applied with AmeriSave for a $200,000 Cash Out Refi on April 27, 2022. The initial call was cumbersome and then they checked our credit which is excellent, but i noticed it dropped my score by 30 pts immediately. After the tedious process we were told we could move forward if we paid $500 up front! I argued and said why should we pay now, you guys can find any reason not to close and keep my money? I explained also at the beginning that my home was being bricked at the moment and it will be a while before we could get home owners insurance and we knew we would need a certificate of occupancy (COO) to get the insurance. Soon after applying we would get URGENT REQUESTs for home owners ins, 2 hours after applying. We submitted tax returns, efiles etc but were waiting on home construction progress to get COO. Then we received the same URGENT REQUEST email every other day! After a week or so, ALWAYS someone different would contact me to see if we were still seeking a loan. I assured them EVERY TIME that we were aggressively seeking the loan, we were just waiting on construction progress at the new home. Each time the different person would say oh ok we did not understand your situation. I said PLEASE put this in the files, so there is no confusion we are actively pursuing this loan. I was locked in a rate at 4.99% and did not want to lose this rate they explained that they could only lock in the rate for 60 days which I understood. On June 14 I received the Home Owners Ins policy which was sent directly to me and Amerisave. I also forwarded any additional info they requested because I knew we were getting closer to the 60 day mark for rate lock (49 days after applying). I asked the loan originator to let me know if he needed anything else.
This is all I received. "they have cancelled the file for incompleteness. The lock and everything has expired on it."
Obviously, I was infuriated! After a heated back and forth in emails I said what did I sign that agreed you could cancel this application? He goes back through the emails from the original loan originator who has since left the company and finds an email from 5-11-22 sent at 11:25 PM practically midnight. At the bottom under the typical disclaimer there was an attachment that had a 6-1-22 deadline to get in docs. That was the ONLY email regarding a time deadline. I responded via email from my Iphone on 5-12 and said I COULD NOT OPEN THE Attachment because it required passwords etc.. I also explained that we are still waiting on exterior construction to be completed so we could get the home owners policy. After that I received numerous emails with the same URGENT RESPONSE regarding insurance, NEVER DID THEY MENTION THE DEADLINE AGAIN. ONLY MENTIONED IN ONE EMAIL SENT AT 11:25 PM MAY 11, WHICH I COULD NOT OPEN AND I TOLD THEM SO ON MAY 12.
Please understand that this was meticulously thought out and fraudulent to send at 11:25 PM and never again! Why did'nt they attach this DEADLINE DOC to the next 5-6 emails later in June up to June 12 requesting insurance? Also, if my file was truly canceled on June 1, why were they still requesting home owner insurance info on June 12?
On 5-12-22 i received this 11:25 PM "In the event all of the documents listed below are not received within 20 days from the date of this notice, AmeriSave will not be able to give any further consideration to your loan request and your application will be closed for incompleteness.
Please send the following documents by Wed, 06/01/2022 to continue with your mortgage application:" This was the attachment that i could not open!
So, they gave me 34 days to do this loan, took my $500, damaged OUR credit, when I emphatically informed them that i will need time due to my home being under construction! FRAUD! All they wanted was my $500. I WOULD HAVE NEVER DONE THIS DEAL WITH THIS TIME RESTRAINT. I WAS TOLD I HAD 60 DAYS WHEN THEY ASKED FOR MY $500 APP FEE!
This is just the BEGINNING! Going to RESPA and every other regulating body with this!
Desired outcome: Reinstate loan and locked in RATE!
Conventional refinance/cash out
AmeriSave charged my CC $545 for an appraisal that took over 2 weeks to receive. After Closing Discloser was sent and e-signed they changed the appraisal fee to $900 and did not credit my prepayment of $545 (which would make my total charge for the Appraisal $1445). I never agreed to additional charges for the Appraisal and said I would not sign thi...
Read full review of Amerisave MortgageMalicious harassing telemarketing calls
Somehow amerisave or crooks using their caller id got my phone number from realtor.com and possibly homelight and started calling me or I should say bombarding my phone with calls up to ten times a day since the afternoon of 3/29/22. Someone claimed that I filed "an on line app for something to do with a mortgage." I did not. And I have never answered or responded back to any of their phone calls which now exceed well over 40 phone calls between 3/29/22 and today 4/02/22. All calls have been blocked and labeled mortgage fraud. My phone service provider is now monitoring my call log and their security team is involved. A police report has been filed as well as complaints with the california attorney general and department of consumer affairs for mortgage fraud and identity theft against all parties involved. On monday morning, my attorney will be filing a harassment complaint in court and I will be seeking damages.
Desired outcome: I am Going to Let The Authorities Handle This Because This Has Been Intentional Blatant and Malicious Harassment And Charges Need To Be Filed Against Everyone Involved.
Mortgage loan approved, but denied before closing
When I applied for a home loan through AmericaSave, everything was going smoothly. The loan officer Joseph Zhou said that we qualify for X amount of loan and that FHA only looks at 1 year of income. We send our two years of tax returns and every document they asked us (e.g., three months of bank statement, profit and loss, transaction history, etc.). He stated that the "underwriters" have examined our case and approved your loan. So, he send us the preapproval and told us to shop for a house.
After multiple attempts, we got lucky, found a house, and made a bid with a large amount of appraisal waiver and X amount of nonrefundable earnest money. The seller accepted our offer (although he had other offers with conventional loans). We went under contract and started signing several documents. We paid the earnest money right away, scheduled an inspection (out of pocket) and FHA appraisal. We informed our landlord and paid a fee to cancel the lease agreement and the landlord started to look for other tenants. We told everyone the good news and started packing. Not to forget to mention that the FHA appraisal report required the deck to be repaired by the seller, and the seller magnanimously agreed to repair it immediately since he was also planning to move in less than two weeks.
Then came THE PHONE CALL from our loan officer two weeks before the closing date. He mentioned that the "underwriters" are saying that 2020 income is low and in need of a co-signer. I was not sure how to respond. He specifically mentioned through a text message that we are only looking at 2021 income and that is why you are qualified for X amount of loan. Now, he is saying that FHA guidelines are to look for two years of income.
My wife was devastated. I was not sure who to blame but decided to blame myself for trusting the loan officer (Joseph Zhou) and the underwriters' lack of professionalism. We felt that our time, energy, and joy had been robbed by AmericaSave.

Mortgage
As a real estate agent, I work with a lot of lenders. Amerisave is by far the absolute worst! The worst! I can't even begin to say enough horrible things about my personal experience. Unbelievably slow, unresponsive and incompetent. We finally closed after 3+ months (for a refinance!) of torture and go figure, the likely intentionally messed up up our escrow and our payment has gone up almost $200 / month and we closed 4 months ago. It's soooo bad! Sooooo badddd! Run as far and as fast as you can!
Mortgage loan
On 02/5/2022 I was shopping for a mortgage loan and came across Amerisave, whilst on the site Andrew Toress contacted me and requested me ro pay $500 to proceed with the loan, i specifically asked him if Iam not approved will i get my money back and he confirmed YES. Well guess what iam not approved for a conventional loan and now he wants me to take a fha approved loan which I dont want. He is now refused to refund my $500, i phone him today and asked to speak to his manager and he is refusing. This company is a scam DO NOT use or trt them
Desired outcome: Refund me my money
Refinancing my personal home.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have given them everything they've asked for and more. They were quick to take my $500 application fee take all my paperwork and then disappear. The first guy I worked with Tarek Fakhouri was a joke I had to keep giving him the same stuff because he didn't know what he was doing with it. Finally he got his supposed supervisor involved his name was Sean Redmond. This guy jerked me around forever finally I called the complaint department and who do they give me to Sean Redman he's in the complaint department makes sense because everybody's complaining about him. Supposedly the head director talk to him and told him to work with me to get me done. He said he needed some more paperwork I gave it to him it's been 14 days since he acknowledged getting the paperwork I can't get a hold of him and I can't get a response. In my opinion this company is a scam and I can't imagine what they're doing with all my information I've sent them. Both men I worked with lied right through their teeth you can't believe anything that they say. My credit score is about $800 I have zero debt no credit card no vehicle debt. The mortgage I'm trying to get is 59% the value of my house. Stay away from this company they are trouble.
Desired outcome: To get my refinancing done. Since they've been jerking me around interest rates are going up.
