complaint against the missing parcel vide doc no.
Respected sir/madam,
we have dispatched a parcel through apsrtc logistic service from S R nagar point to guntur vide document no.s 1947597 and 2374567 dated 16.06.2017 and 10.8.17 respectively. we have made several attempts to collect the parcel but the responses were pathetic . Sir the response in the case of first document the parcel not received at destination port. In the second issue driver has lost the parcel. Sir we have given a written request at guntur but the response was very poor and they are not at all showing any interest
to trace out the document and every time they are making us to wait for long time and asking us to come again.
Request you to kindly advise us whom to approach in this regard for effective solution and time saving.

I was travelled at the date of 13/8/2017 from rayachoty to Bangalore, sarvice no is 50108,
My boarding point is rayachoty at 10.45 pm
But the bus reached to the pickup point at 1.15 am
I spend 2.30 hr in bus stand, Francly saying It's a terrible waiting at the mid night.
After this incident... after my own experience Relly I got now this apsrtc having tha careless and rude management and how careless and with passengers even customaer care and services people not living the customer calls really they don't care about the passengers and their struggles

I had visited jammalamadugu bus stand recently. Here i observed APSRTC provided good sitting facilities to the passengers. But all screws and bolts of the chairs has been removed by unknown persons. Therefore passengers are feeling discomfort about the chairs. As a passanger iam requesting to APSRTC to repair the sitting chairs for the passenger convinience.
super luxury bus
I have traveled from Machilipatnam to Hyderabad in one of APS RTC Super Luxury bus that night in Vijayawada it was raining very badly all the windows were closed but the water dripping down in the bus falling on us, passengers sitting next to the windows. More importantly the driver got drenched in the bus as there is leakage right top on is head. I have a feel on all the super Luxury Buses that when it rains the from the roof fall on the Passenger. Govt please look into this matter as you suggest people to travel with APS RTC. This kind of things make people to think of private travels please look into this issue, with hope that this request would be taken into consideration and solve the issues.

Yesterday I am having a horrible experience with APSRTC
I booked a ticket from Vijayawada to Hyderabad for special service no 95130(GDV to BHEL) & my boarding point is at benz Circle at 10:00 pm but the bus got at 11:15 pm & the bus is very old bus
In the middle of my journey bus got break down at morning 4:30 am & we waited for alternate bus up to 7:00 am
This is what we are not expecting from such an honour APSRTC service.
And your bad service is helpful to private travels.
So I request you to kindly provide better maintenance & quality service for the passengers so that RTC will stands up on private travels

I was in a assumption that people are not using super luxury busses because of limited buses...now I feel it's not correct..it's because of stopping bus at multiple points even there is no apsrtc counter. Literally they are calling people where lorry cleaners shout at centers for tickets. I boarded at 920. Where bus is delay in nearly 30 mins. Bus didn't crossed at LB NAGAR at 11.22. Also in busses... they are playing etv shows and serials. This is literally shame. We are in near to 2020 and still we are backword. One more to point out is they don't even care of passengers. I report twice to switch off lights but no use. From now. I strongly recommend my friends and educate people to no use apsrtc because of worst experience. I you don't believe ...call to any one who boarded I 5056 bus to nellore and enquiry.
high volume speakers in busses from nellore to gudur non stop busses

1) A lot of inconvenience is facing while attending to Mobile calls due to High volume Speakers in busses from nellore to Gudur NON STOP busses . So please stop all Audio in the services.
2) Tickets are issuing after entry in to the bus and lot of timeabout 15 minutes is being consumed. It is better to issue tickets before10 minutes time to the schedule of of NON STOP service bus at Nellore and Gudur Bus stations. Due to this Most of the passengers can buy tickets well in advance and waiting in bus will be reduced

Please provide super luxury buses from yemmiganur to hyderabad(till bhel) most of the yemmiganur families are staying at kukatpally, kphb and miyapur . There is no direct super luxury bus from these areas to yemmiganur. It's great inconvenience, so all the passengers who are travelling from kukatpally, kphb and miyapur they are opting private travels. So please consider my request and provide the super luxury buses . Thank you

bed bugs in apsrtc bus service no 48605
My daughter (K. ROJA seat No4) travelled in APSRTC SUPER LUXARY SERVICE NO 48605 on 30.3.2017. She unable to sit in the seat due to bite bed bugs. The matter was brought to the Driver concerned but no use. Now, developed rashes on her hands, legs & suffering a lot. We paid high price & travelled in satisfactory due to lack of proper supervision and monitoring by the concerned authorities on issues raised by passengers & its sort out or ectification. Take necessary steps on it.

I am s venkatesh traveled from srikakulam to visakhapatnam and boarding at srikakulam rtc complex platform. The following bus charged extra money 129 rupees instead of 106 rupees. It's not a nonstop bus (124 fare) and 9 stops during my journey and everyone suffered and ask one question from us why are charged different amounts even though it's rtc service?. We are very scared on this situation and no one can interested to travel on rtc. I requested you please take an necessary action on following bus service.

deduction of additional amount for bus pass
We are renewing our bus passes through debit cards due to digitalization being encouraged all over the country. But when we are using debit cards, APSRTC staff are charging Rs.10/- extra when compared to payment of cash. This Rs.10/- is not being shown on renewal card also. When they are asked, they say that they have been instructed to charge extra Rs.10/- during the payment via debit cards. Banks are charging additional surcharge.
unethical behavior of bus crew and apsrtc
I purchased a bus ticket on 20-01-2017 bearing no:[protected] costed me Rs.640-00 for a travel from Vijayawada to Hyderabad on 21-01-2017 in Service No:4294. On 21-01-2017 at 17:51 Hrs (IST), I received a message from APSRTC stating that, the service in which I booked my ticket was cancelled and suggested me to cancel the ticket on or before 05-02-2017 for getting full refund. I could cancel the ticket on 23-01-2017 thinking that I will be getting full amount of purchase, since I am not at fault in cancelling either the ticket or the Service . But, when I cancelled the ticket, to my surprise, I noticed that I will be getting a refund of only Rs.629-00. When I have gone to the details, I could see that a service charge of Rs.10-00 and Levy of Rs.1-00 was deducted from my refund amount. How ever the amount is less to me, this is an unethical deduction by APSRTC. For the fault of APSRTC in cancelling the Service No:4294 on 21-01-2017, I was made to pay the penalty.
Yesterday i.e. on 22nd Jan 2017, I traveled in APSRTC INDRA Bus from Hyderabad(MGBS) to Vijayawada in Service No:3395 with ticket no:[protected]. Immediately after the journey was started, the Coach attendant came selling snacks in the running bus. I took one LAYS packet and the coach attendant charged me Rs.30/- (He is supposed to charge only Rs.20/- as I bought the same flavored and sized packet for Rs.20/- while travelling from Vijayawada to Hyderabad in APSRTC Amaravathi Bus. The coach attendant strictly demanded the additional Rs.10/- for the small packet of LAYS.
Apart from this, the Bus Crew halted the bus at 19:30 Hrs before Suryapet at a Restaurant (Photo attached)and forced the passengers to have their Dinner stating that the bus will not be stopped till it reaches Vijayawada. Also the Bus Crew ignored and rejected the requests of passengers to stop the bus for dinner at around 20:30 Hrs instead 19:30 Hrs. The prices of all items in the Restaurant are high and the shop keepers at the Restaurant are selling the eatables and consumables at a price of 10 to 15% more than the MRP (Maximum Retail Price). Even Tea in a very small cup which contains 50 to 60 ml was charged Rs.10/- (In cities, 100 ml tea would be costing Rs.5/- to 7/-). Surprisingly, there were no other Restaurants or shops in the vicinity, hence, the passengers are forced to buy their needs at very higher prices. On inquiry, it came to know that, the Restaurant owner will serve free food and other incentives to the Bus Crew. So, the passengers are being exploited by the Bus Crew for getting their free meal and other incentives from the owner of the Restaurant. APSRTC is legally exploiting the passengers and the Bus Crew are also doing the same in their own fashion. Where are the ethics ?

My self sruthi chandrika krovvidi who is working as a Hsbc employee in vishakpatnam siripuram .in general I used to travel daily from vizianagaram to vizag for work purposes after 10:30 to up to 12 sometimes even more than the time no buses are available to travel from vizag to vizianagaram I was travelling daily and I haven't seen single bus in that time span for display only there will be shown for every half an hour buses are there but in fact no buses are available in that span of time I'm vexed irritated with the behavior of enquiry staff also they are very rude in responding .as I have lost my patience waiting daily at complex for buses I'm complaining about this I want a response I'm seriously irritated with your services too many people are waiting on platform for bus . please take necessary action
money refund not received
I booked ticket from sr nagar to machilipatnam on friday, 16th december 2016, but i cancelled the ticket on the same day. I got the message your ticket is cancelled and money will be refund to your account within 7 working days. Today 27th december, but till now i didn't get the money. not stopping the bus
Sir I Sudhir would like to inform u that I was waiting for viziangaram bus at out side of Kottavalasa railway station at 10pm .. the last bus was coming from AnkAPally to towards viziangaram, , I put my hands Infront of the bus and signaling the driver to stop him but he couldn't stop the bus and ran away.. this was my last bus which I missed due to irresponsible of driver...now the time is 10:50 pm rest of my suffer u just imagine

My mother boarded on 6th november, 2016 in a garuda bus with service no:5062. She had to step down in ongole. While stepping bus in kphb, hyderbad, that bus worker asked to keep baggage in cloak room type within bus. We kept our baggage inside it. But by the morning, she stepped down, things inside baggage is stolen. She recognized it by reduction of weight and checked it there. She found that our valuable things inside baggage is stolen. There was no other person with baggage other than rtc staff. There is no other chance that some other person will steal it. I really regret to mention all this. Public trusts on apsrtc and is paying huge amount to garuda, indra buses. The rtc staff who have to serve for public safety and security themselves stealing and troubling people, , how can one trust apsrtc buses. Even police also supporting them, not even taking complaint from us . We are people who lost our valuable items and we are being blamed. Its responsibility of apsrtc to consider this complaint and take necessary action

I'm Rajesh. I have travelled from Bhimavaram to Razole today 5/11/2016 at 7:15 am. The ticket are was ₹42/-
Conductor asked me for 2 rupees but I had only one rupee. He didn't accept that and after I got down I asked for my 8 rupees change but he gave only 4 rupees. I asked him for the remaining change but the bus went away without any reply.
I need justice to be done with regard to this matter. Or else I'll take this matter to all levels.
Hope you people are understanding passengers' agony.
