Rude behavior of driver of service no:3424
Sir,
Sri S N Rao, Driver of Service No:3424 behaved very rudely to the passengers of seat Nos 11,12,13&14 on 22.07.2023 while boarding at PALAKOLLU Bus stand.
While placing the luggage in dicky, the driver says that placing of luggage in dicky is solely the duty of passenger and he is only a driver and he has no responsibility as he was not provided with a helper or a conductor eather.
Hence I request the DM of RTC BMV to either to provide a helper to the drivers of long distance running Buses or instruct drivers to behave properly. I further request concerned authority to take proper action against misbehavior of Driver in this regard.

Boarding point was Srikalahasti bypass at 9.30pm
We received no call till 9:50pm, the link apsrtc provides for live tracking never works(did not work this time either). The helpline number connected after trying for around 20 mins. Despite all this, the bus did not stop at the boarding point. I had to wave my hand behind the bus which the driver just happened to see luckily. What kind of negligence is this... We were two women waiting at that time at night and the bus did not even stop at the given boarding point after reservation. This is serious. We would have been scared if the driver did not see me waving and if we missed the bus.
Desired outcome: Receiving a call since tickets were reserved. The link should be functional. And I don't know how the conductor missed checking to stop at boaring point.

Bus not stopping at bus stop
Today ie., On 13th Feb 2023, between 8:25-8:40am two buses didn't stop at Poranki busstop ( Vijaya digital).
One is Vijayawada - Managalapuram and other is Vijayawada - Kaikaluru, both are pallevelugu buses. Kaikaluru bus has no passenger rush, but the driver doesn't care to stop the bus.
I wanted to raise the complaint against both the drives, as why they didn't stop the bus at bustop.
Morning is a rush hour and everyone wants to go to their office/college/school and other works...
This is sheer negligence from both the drivers side.
I hope APSRTC authorities take a strict action against them and let help the passengers to avail the bus services.

Hey, I am a citizen of andhra pradesh. For a journey I had to travel in bus with my family. So, I decided to buy tickets online in red bus app I travelled in apsrtc bus. On august 12-2022. Bus service number 3096. From srikakulam to amalapuram. Everything was alright until now as from no on problems started. They the apsrtc bus employees called us and informed that the which has to pick up us in the bus stop is damaged on the way to the bus stop due to an unexpected accident. After coming to know this everyone was surprised but the thing which caused issue is that. After knowing this we arranged another bus for us. But the conductor of another bus asked us to pay for the bus tickets. Even though we informed him that we are already payed for it online. As he demanded as to pay, and this led to a chaos and the conductor said that we would be refunded the money payed online. We to believed him but we realized that the money is not getting refunded although we called the apsrtc department several times but they ignored our complaint and we tried soo much, but they not even responded and cared. We should be refunded our money back. This is a huge mistake in andhra government and apsrtc faculty. Ticket number tr9861929158. Pnr number [protected]. Seat number 13,14,18. 1 hour 10 min late arrival to bus stand
I have a reservation of bus from Vijayawada to podili on 8-october-2022, 11:55PM. The bus arrived at 01:05AM on 9-october-2022. I tried calling to bus driver more than 10 times. He won’t lifted the call. After arrival I asked him “why are you late”. He is very rude on me and replied as “You have to wait, this is APSRTC we don’t want to reply you. Yes I am late, our tracking won’t work, we don’t lift your calls. Do what alecer you want”. These are his reply’s on me. Let me know the result of this complaint asap. Chirala Bus Driver AP39TF2258 negligence while taking U turn at Guntur bus stand signal
Hi Team,
This is regarding the negligence of Bus Driver and Conductor AP39TF2258 while taking U turn at Guntur bus stand. The incident happened on 3rd Oct 2022 around 9.00 AM. We are on our way to Guntur in Hyundai Aura Car of TS16FC1502 number plate which was at signal and we stopped the car due to red signal. The bus driver while taking U turn dashed our car on left side. This was noticed by the traffic police man and he indicated the driver by tapping the bus to stop. With that the driver applied sudden break so the bus has damaged our car on left head light and bannet as well. We have tried to report about this accident in near by police station but they are not ready to take the compliant as they say that the mistake is on our side. Please check the cctv footage so that you will find out who is responsible for this accident.
Could you please take necessary action on the bus driver and conductor for all the negligence in driving and dashing the car which was at signal. As this incident happened at signal which will be under surveillance. So we would request you to check the cctv footage to know the details of incident. I would like to bring these type of incidents to your notice so that we can get the footage in order to claim for insurance and get the car repaired. In the process of claiming car insurance the service provider needs the details of accident photos and videos. They also need the FIR filed against the person either APSRTC bus driver or our driver who were responsible for such massive damage occured to our car.
I will attach the bus number plate for your reference.
I have sent my car to Hyundai service centre for estimating the repair cost. Once I get the estimation for car repair I will also attach my car photos for your reference.
Please look into the issue as early as possible and punish the person after checking the cctv footage of Guntur bus stand signal.

Hi I am taking my daughter from school to my home to Madhurawada i am driving my 2 wheeler on the edge of the white line one APSRTC bus driver blowed a big horn as I am on the left I am going slowly he than over taken me and showing hands and uttering some words, my complaint is If I am driving my vehicle on the left side slowly if he comes in such a rash way If I got panic and slipped on the road who will be responsible. Sir I'm a Student from banagaanapalle mandal. I'm applied for buspass from nandavaram to Nandyal. There is route mistake in it printed Nandyal to nandavaram. conductor asked me to buy a ticket he said this pass is not transferable. I planned travelling from nellore to chittoor. The bus with service number 3758 haa service to chittoor but still the driver said that it wont go to chittor and teller at me like anything. Still I prefereed same bus as there are no orher services. He gave me ticket to tpt saying that there are reservations. When I asked him about vacancies in tpt. He shouted me infront of all passangers ilusing abusive language. Is this how apsrtc treat travellors. U say us to use your services and have safe rides and you abuse people just for asking information. Before recruiting drivers teach them how to behave with people. i booked ticket from Hyd-kakinada(Night Rider Bus) on 21-may-2022 at miyapur stop. I didn't get notification from apsrtc at that time so i was waiting at chandanager stop. Previously when i travelled in vennala bus (APSRTC vehicle) the driver called me before 3 stops they are very good and polite. As i was waiting at chandanagar the driver dont stop the vehicle, these days they are not sharing their numbers in ticket notifications they only share service numbers. Finally i was chased and reached miyapur stop i just ask why didnt call me even in last stop in a very slow voice, But he was shouting he didnt even give respect to me we have so many passengers at this stop why i need to call you..This is ur problem u booked for miyapur but why you are waiting at chandanagr he was dealing very rash and scolded with very bold voice.

I have booked a ticket from Rajahmundry(Kotipalli bus stand) to Hyderabad for 14th Feb 2022. The driver didn't pick us up at the designated location. We have called him multiple times he didn't pick up the call when the bus is in Rajahmundry. He only picked it up in kovvuru and said he called us but we didn't pick it up which is not correct and left us without any information. please refund the booking amount. I booked a bus from NAD-X road to Tuni having service number 3456 and bus number is AP31Z0305. its original time is 3:45pm at NAD-X road..but it comes to NAD at 6:00pm. When I call to customer service helpline number for 5times they gave a driver number and I call to driver and driver gave an false information about places.
