DO NOT USE RED COACH! I traveled from San Antonio to Dallas. It was the worst trip I have ever experienced. The bus that arrived in San Antonio had a faulty air conditioner. That is unacceptable in September in Texas. They falsely advertise for pickup/drop off at Dallas/Fort Worth airport. The drop-off is not at the airport but at a DART station with no address. I did not feel safe. If it had not been for the kindness of strangers, I'm not sure how I would have arrived at my final destination in the Dallas area. The bus in Dallas was scheduled to leave for San Antonio at 9 a.m. but did not arrive until 9:50 a.m. I called at 9:10 a.m. to inquire about the delay, I was told they were changing a tire and would arrive at 9:30 a.m. All of this was not true. They falsely advertise the experience as a luxury bus ride, but the buses are old, overcrowded, and untimely. They sent a discounted voucher to accommodate for the one-hour delay. When I called to request a refund instead, they said it was too late. Customer service is nonexistent. The person I spoke to was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. He interrupted me as I was speaking, and when I called him out on it, he hung up the phone! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON RED COACH!

I booked a trip from Miami to Gainesville, and boy was it expensive! It cost me a whopping $88 for both the departure and arrival. But then, I had to change my plans and reschedule for the next weekend. I did it in plenty of time, about 4 weeks ahead, but guess what? I still haven't been able to sort it out. It's been a nightmare, thanks to the company's policies and the customer service folks who don't seem to know what they're doing.
Let's start with the company's policy blunder. So, I had this student discount on my original ticket, right? Well, turns out that discount doesn't apply to the rescheduled ticket. Can you believe it? When I found out, I asked the customer service rep if she could give me a refund. But guess what? I was hit with a huge fine instead. No solutions, no compromises, just a rude response from the rep who told me I should've read the fine print. She even yelled at me while saying it! Can you imagine?
All in all, I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company. Their prices are sky-high, their service is terrible, and their policies are basically a scam. Stay away, folks!

I booked a bus ticket from ***, *** to the *** Airport (Ticket Confirmation Number: ***). The scheduled arrival time in *** was 1:30 on February 20, 2023. Additionally, I had another bus ticket from the *** Airport to ***, *** (Ticket Confirmation Number: ***), which was supposed to depart at 2:00 on the same day. I paid $25 for the first ticket and $30 for the second ticket for my sister, ***, who was the passenger.
Unfortunately, the first bus arrived at the *** Airport about an hour late, causing us to miss the second bus, which had already left. I have tried to resolve this issue by sending three emails to *** on 2/20/23, 3/4/23, and 3/15/23. Additionally, I had two phone conversations with them, but I have not received any assistance or resolution.
I kindly request a refund of $30 for the second bus that was missed due to the significant delay of the first bus.

I picked that seat because I tend to get car sick and wanted to be near the driver. The bus arrived almost 2 hours late due to traffic, which was expected. However, my problem was that all the seats were already taken and the driver didn't care about my assigned seat request. He simply said, "All seats are the same." I had to sit all the way at the back, just one row before the toilet and the end of the bus. I felt sick throughout the entire trip. When I called the company to complain, they said there was nothing they could do for me. Essentially, they forced me to buy a more expensive ticket (usually costing around $40) and promised assigned seats, but when it came time to honor what they sold, they didn't care and it didn't matter how much people paid.

I bought two tickets for the RedCoach bus from *** to ***. They say you gotta cancel at least three hours before the bus leaves. At that time, there didn't seem to be any delays, or at least they didn't tell us about any. Two hours before we were supposed to leave (after the deadline to change or cancel), they tell us the bus is gonna be late by 2 hours and 40 minutes (but it ended up being 3 hours late). This big delay (3 hours for a trip that's less than 4 hours) made me find another way to get there. The website says if the delay is over 1 hour, you can ask for compensation. I sent three emails to the company, two of them on the same day as the trip, and I tried calling three times too. Every time I called, they put me on hold and then a recording said the "phone system is down". Since the company doesn't wanna talk to me at all, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I also decided to complain here, like I said in my last email.

I asked RedCoach for a refund for my bus trip on 06/22 from *** to ***. The bus came an hour late and got stuck outside of *** for hours in the middle of the night. Even though our drivers asked for help, no support or new buses were sent. Eventually, they sent 2 Ubers, but they weren't enough for all the passengers. So, we made sure the more vulnerable passengers got rides first. I ended up sharing an Uber with another passenger ($150/2) and didn't arrive in *** until 1am. Because of this, I asked for a refund of $30 for the RedCoach ticket and $75 for my share of the Uber ($150). RedCoach didn't answer my calls, but they replied to my email a month later. They said they would refund the $30 bus fare in 2-3 more business days, but they wouldn't reimburse my transportation costs to get to my destination (***, ). Besides the lack of integrity from this company, they showed a complete disregard for safety. There were kids, old people, and sick passengers standing by the highway in the dark and *** summer heat for hours without any shelter, food, or water.

On Tuesday, February 22, I took the 6:25pm RedCoach bus from *** to ***. It had 1 stop in between in ***, *** where I did not get off, but a few other people did. I boarded the bus with 2 suitcases: 1 large (29”, 52 lbs), and 1 small. Upon exiting the bus in *** my large suitcase was missing. There were no suitcases left over when everyone got off the bus in ***—leading me to believe my suitcase was stolen, not mistaken for someone else’s. My suitcase had more than $3000 worth of personal items. I called customer service at 8:54pm that same night to report the stolen suitcase. The customer service agent said no one had reported the suitcase and would call if anyone reports the suitcase. They have not communicated with me since. I’m addition, outside the *** airport, the bus driver assaulted me by trying to forcefully remove me from the door of the bus. After realizing that my suitcase was missing, and waiting for the bus driver to give me some direction as what I could do, I stood on the road, at the door of the bus—out of the way of the driver closing the doors to the under-bus storage—with my smaller suitcase on the bottom step of the bus. I pulled out my phone to call a relative and ask for advice as to what I should do about my missing suitcase. I had my hand on the handle of my small suitcase when, all of a sudden, the bus driver begins ripping at the handle of my smaller suitcase trying to take it out of my hands while pushing me forcefully in front of the door to the bus. I eventually got him to back off, but the whole experience was both shocking and alarming. I was told by customer service that the bus has a camera. The airports in *** and *** should also have cameras to corroborate my story. There were also witnesses, but I did not take names or numbers.
