I recently switched to Anytime Mailbox from another provider. Should have done this a long time ago! The app is so much better. I really like the tools they have built. Sign up was a breeze and everything is automated. I was even able to chat with a rep on Saturday about my online notarization. Overall a really nice experience.

I have been using Anytime Mailbox for almost 5 years now. I own a small side hustle business and ship my orders out from my online store. I didn't want to use my home address so this is perfect! I only get a small amount of mail sent to my box, but when I do, I get notified right away. Scheduling a pick up takes just a few seconds and I love how the app remembers all the pieces of mail that comes in so if I lost anything I can find it in my archived history. I highly recommend this product!
It was very easy to sign up for a mailbox. Once I get notified when a piece of mail comes in, I get a notification in the App and then schedule a pick up time to pick up my mail for free. I had great help from the support team, never any issues. I have sent a number of my colleagues to sign up with them as well. I highly recommend Anytime Mailbox.

I received a call from the call center. I asked a clarifying question to which she said "I don't know" I asked her to find out which she refused so she then cancelled my account. This is so unprofessional and rude. Don't waste your time nor money with this company.
I needed an time sensitive document to be mailed to my home address and opted on overnight shipping thinking the price to post a letter won't be so bad right? They charged me $36.99 to ship a letter via fed ex supposedly overnight. It has been over 3 weeks, my letter never arrived to me. Their response to my request for a refund was to send me a tracking which showed Fed ex in transit from May 7 through May 12th, Brooklyn to Brooklyn.. not even my home address added on, yet they claim it has been delivered. It does not matter if it was Fed ex, Ups, or Santa and his elves.. if your company charged me for an overnight service and subcontracted it to get to your customers and it never arrives then YOU are responsible. Just give me my money back because as of now I believe this company is fraudulent.

I just hung up with Anytime Mailbox customer support. They were polite and solved my issue quickly. I've been a customer for a while and the service has been terrific overall. I am very surprised to see the negative reviews, as I've reached out in the past and always had a good experience. Who knows...regardless, I think it's a great service and a solid company.

I called them back and they said the postal office did open up an mailbox for me but 2 minutes later they canceled it. Thus, I did not get any mail then from the 2-minute mark after my mailbox was approved and issued. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable business.

This company has shocked me with their response in two things that have happened that has costed me time and money. The first is that out of nowhere, my mail box was deactivated. I never got a clear answer as to why and it was a fight to get the refund of 9.99 and to be able to even use the same email. I now am dealing with in having selected several times,for the period of what is now going on 3 months,to discard mail in my mailbox. It never happened. I was then charged an astronomical amount andI had disputed the charge and immediately they deactivated my mailbox.Because the recycling of my mail had never happened, the large accruement of daily charges going on since 12/21, has collected and because of this they have tried to blame the host of my mail box only for me to tell them that I had already spoken to the host of my now deactivated mail box as that the charges are by anytime.I also explained how it made no sense that if Anytime were not the ones charging,then why is it them billing me?I have called them several times to find a resolution and have not gotten any calls back.I have had to be the one to initiate it each time.I also cannot access my mailbox now and have been asking for recites since two months ago.I have had repeatedly to get them because as it is to be expected,considering all these terrible reviews,I never got them when I had asked the first time. Of course this was blamed on me, but I now have them.I have then asked for documents regarding when my mailbox was active and not active and I was told they could not send me these documents as there was nothing they could send. Been with the company for over 6 months now. Never had an issue contacting customer service - you can contact them via chat, phone or email. Agents have always been professional and courteous and have always addressed my concerns. When I have had billing issues, those issues are resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. The location in Columbia, SC is the worst ever. Terrible service, terrible response, terrible terrible terrible. Rarely would let me know I received mail unless I bugged her over and over. Then would never be available for me to pick up my mail and would always be late when I did finally get her to set up an appointment. Then when I cancelled they charged me storage fees for mail I had picked up months ago. Then they never forwarded my mail to my new address and I missed paying a bill. Never do business with them! I am only selecting one star because I can't put zero stars.

I have called many many times as everything is on hold and customer requests are not being processed or updated and will not be until they provide an explanation for their wrongdoing. It appears that the manager has personal feelings about the whole situation and is unwilling. No explanation provided and no response to actions taken by this business. On hold for a very long time with a message stating the i'm number 1 on cue and nothing. No answer and then I keep trying it. Finally someone answers saying that they have tons of incoming calls and/ or that the manager is in a meeting. They are telling me to wait for a call - a call that never comes. When I complain about the fact that they never called, they say it takes 24 - 48 hours - the last time I checked Friday to Tuesday is more than 48 hours. They have two levels of customers which includes the service providers about 1,000 of them including myself and the mailbox holders. This business is not taking care of business and makes decisions based on their personal emotional feelings. If a business makes a decision that greatly affects me financially, they better have an explanation for this - they did this without any warning whatsoever. Every business does business the way they wish, no one is disputing that. However, others who may fall victim to this business need to know how they do business and possibly have all possible outcomes displayed in front of them before they start using Anytime Mailbox services. With no response from them and their unwillingness to work things out or even provide an explanation, I have no choice but to start leaving reviews and complaints such as this one.

I signed up for a mailbox on June 2nd at the price point of $9.99 per month, on July 5th I get what's basically a shakedown e-mail saying my account is not in compliance and I will need to upgrade my account or face closure in "a few days" even though my account was completely in compliance. When investigating what was going on I checked the invoice received on July 1st and to my surprise I was charged ~$25 for the monthly fees for a total of $36 between June and July, not the agreed upon $9.99. Unknown to me at the time the company running the mailbox had sent an e-mail which ended up in my spam folder detailing changes to their billing starting July 1st, however the invoice had back charged me as though my plan was $17.99 starting on June 2nd, which was obviously a violation of the terms of our agreement you can't go back and charge a different amount for June because of a change that would occur in July. So I contacted support, and was hopeful they would resolve my issue, nope, they said that the shakedown e-mail I got was a "generic e-mail they sent out to everyone" (generic e-mails like that shouldn't include the phrase " In your case, if you do not change your subscription to Gold or Unlimited within the next few days, your account will be disabled with immediate effect."). I told the support person that I no longer want to do business with this provider and to cancel my account and provide a refund for the amount I was fraudulently charged as well as a refund for the prorated amount for the remainder of July. They said they would contact the store and see if they agreed to those terms. I, stupidly, waited for a reply even though what the store had done was indisputably fraudulent and it has now been 18 days since I've heard from support and 1 month since I was over charged.
Don't trust support from this company, the providers can outright scam you and attempt to shake you down and the support people will do nothing but waste your time, just go straight to your bank and do a charge back if this happens to you.

This company is a SCAM! For several months they took money from account and did not process any of my mail. From 5/4 I have had this service and they have not processed any mail sent to me. I have ask for a refund and have also alerted my bank to stop all charges as this company is a scam - some of their locations may work but the *** one (*** Mailbox)does not. The phone number on my account page is a bogus *** number and on the main site the Captcha that must be completed before submitting a ticket is on an endless loop of verification. Whatever you do - stay away from this company as it is a SCAM!

We ordered an Anytime Mailbox account in preparation for a 1-year overseas contract that will begin in April. I began paying the $14.99/month fee in November . After paying automatically via credit card for 3 months, the account was suddenly closed without reason or notice. Now I see they charged an extra $1.50 in January for no stated reason. We haven't even used the account yet, but they kept our money and will not tell us why they closed the account. We have not violated any of their published terms of service. On or about December 1, my mail Box was changed without my permission and without any priori notice. This action was not corrected until about the beginning of February 2022 when we were informed that important post was not arriving at our address. When we contacted Anytime Mailbox they indicated they would get back to us with an explanation, tell us how long exactly the address had been wrong, and correct the error. They did not get back to us, although the error was eventually corrected.

I signed up, online, with 'Anytime Mailbox' for mailbox rental for one year and paid the full amount of $84.99 in advance on Feb. 19, 2021. On Oct. 22, 2021, I was verbally informed by the manager of the mailbox service location about dissatisfaction with the business from their online affiliate 'Anytime Mailbox' and the addition of new service limitations and fees, effective immediately, that were not originally listed in the reviewed online agreement (revised on Jan. 27, 2021) or purchased service plan and not practiced during any trial or actual use period. The changes seem to be retaliatory against customers forwarded by 'Anytime Mailbox' and impose additional storage fees for packages (still unknown fees with a minimum of $5 per package) for packages not picked up within 2 days. The original agreement and plan, agreed with 'Anytime Mailbox' at the time of payment, allow for a standard 30 days of storage time and no specific package size. These changes will render the purpose of the rental service useless, as it is intended to hold packages that do not fit into my residential mailbox during my travel times. As these changes were made unilaterally and dishonored the current terms, I protested the new fees and limitations verbally on Oct. 22 and again by email on Oct. 24, requesting a refund to cover the unused period. On Oct. 24, I was provided with an estimated pro-rated refund of $7 per month (chat screenshots available, upon request). However, on Oct. 25 'Anytime Mailbox' refused to issue any refund or compensation. Anytime Mailbox and CEO and Co-Founders Matt G and Marcel B need to honor the agreement as a legitimate business and issue a refund of the prepaid service.

This company advertises they accept people's mail via virtual mailboxes. They are actually contracting out to *** (another corporation) who then contracts with individuals. My virtual mailbox became unresponsive and Anytime Mailbox was unable to retrieve or forward my mail. They outright refused to forward my mail. It seems like there is no oversight to ensure these contractors are able to securely process, store and handle anyone's mail. When I complained, they told me they are a "software company" and failed to be responsible for the gravity of making advertisements that they can accept and process mail, which they completely failed to do for me.

This company is abusing how they charge me. Due to a major customer service problem, we agreed they would reimburse me $5 for the mailbox rental starting 3/18. At no point did anyone ask me or inform me otherwise. I was in fact told by Lola that $5 was credited to my $9.99 charge. The company denied my refund after offering to give me one initially. I used their notary service to approve my mailbox. The company took weeks to reach back out and tell me that they refuse to approve my mailbox due to a white spot on the paper that came from the notary person. ONLY AFTER I cancelled my account and demanded a refund did they reach me out to me and approve my mailbox. These people are scams and they harassed me for weeks and I have emails to prove this.
I paid $109.99 for one year of mailbox service. I paid $25 for a notary fee. They guarantee 24-48 hours turnaround time to scan mail or send a package. I requested one scan on 7/6. I requested one package on 7/8. It is now 8/4 and I still have not received my scan or my package.

On March 6th, I leased a mailbox through a service called Anytime Mailbox. The delays in mail forwarding are lengthy and not acceptable, and so I cancelled it today (April 5th). Moreover, despite repeated requests by email to them to have mail forwarded by "First Class" only, it was sent by Fed-Ex Ground at a cost to me by Anytime of $21.99. The operator of the servicing of my box for Anytime is a nice person who says she is frustrated herself and may not work for Anytime any longer. Nonetheless, the charges to me totaling $43.73 are unacceptable. I'm willing to eat half of it because I feel badly for her own problems with Anytime, despite her errors. But I absolutely refuse to eat the other half.

I have a mailbox at a local facility, my mailbox number is undisclosed. I've had a few mail pieces waiting for me to forward. The worker or owner Ken sent me several emails telling me they were going to return my mail back to the sender after it's only been there for a week. On their website, it says the service comes with 30 days free storage on the mail items received at this location. When I called, the guy argued with me that they only do 1 week only, which was not true. If they only provide 1 week free storage then they should have it listed on the website as 7 days only instead of 30. I consider this as false advertising and request to have this mailbox closed and the lost compensated In the amount of $50.

Signed up for mail box. in FEB 2020. In May I got a bill for extra 77 in charges It was waived - After that I called and said thanks and NO MORE CHARGES Then I was charged 114 for storage. If I knew it as I said I would of just canceled in MAY but said I would keep it open for another month. Then they tell me its a fee 1,00 a day for storage. It is really a scam if they say no charges then honor it. I did scan some items and .50 a page i guess that's fair for service. BUT AFTER getting charged 1.00 a day for storage For items is crazy. . I should not even get mail their since i never gave out address. I called and was told did not speak to anyone in MAY but I sure did. then on June 22nd called again and emptied the mail box after I had put down to shred any mail did not want any. It is not a huge amount of money but to just get over charged for a service i signed up for 10.99 a month is crazy.

I called because in December I received an email about accumulated charges since July that I was unaware of totaling to $139.00. I received an email that my account would automatically close if no payment isn't made in 30 days in May. Since then I haven't received any emails since December . I request to pay half on 1/5 and pay the rest by the end of January and the rep said no. Joann Z closed my account without my consent and I informed her I never requested to close my account and she lied stating I said I wanted to close my account 2 months ago. She was also very rude stating I have been receiving emails every month since July which isn't true. I wanted to pay the full amount today but because of the lies and inconvenience from this rep I refuse to do business with this company.

Anytime mailbox overcharged me for services not rendered. I have made several attempts to resolve the issue. More than 3 attempts to both the local mail service provider and the corporate customer service team. I would to receive a reimbursement for my Notary services as well as all payments made since I opened my mailbox about 2 weeks ago. According to Anytime refund policy: "You may receive a full refund for the digital mailbox rental within the first 30 days if you did not use your account to receive mail or for any other purpose. If you meet these qualifications please contact our customer *** team at *** or email us at ***@anytimemailbox.com to request a refund." However, the local office also charged my card and did not provide any mail services. I have to report all my mail stolen at this time. I also feel that anytime should reimburse me for external notary services that I had to pay for.

I received a message stating the verification process would take '2 - 3 business days'. On 7/23, my account was still pending verification. I followed up via chat, and was told that I needed to send in a selfie, along with my ID. This requirement was not listed anywhere on the website. The agent told me they were in the process of updating their website with 'correct information'. I called customer service and the agent I spoke with did a better job of explaining why the selfie was needed and I decided to proceed with the service. On 7/23, I submitted a selfie holding the two forms of ID I originally uploaded, along with my renter ID number. I was told 'someone would reach out in 24 - 48 hours'. As of 7/26, I still have no access to the service even though I was charged for a full month's service.

On May 5th, my credit card was charged $27.66. $9.99 for my monthly subscription, $5 for the mail forwarding request, and the $12.67 (again) that they never credited to my account. In the week that followed, I have called at least 4 times. I have submitted countless screenshots and explanations via email. I have chatted with 3 different people. all of the INSIST it was a "pre-authorization hold" on my credit card on 4.15 that never processed, despite the fact that i have sent numerous screenshots of my credit card bill, explained that a "hold" would drop off in 3-4 days, not 4+ weeks, and even sent a reference number of the completed transaction from my credit card company. They refuse to admit that they charged me $12.67 for this transaction on 4.16, and then charged it to me again on 5.5.

The owner suggested I discuss the fees with the mailbox service, believing they should be responsible. Despite two weeks of discussions, the mailbox service refuses to waive the fees. I never agreed to such fees, which were also not listed in the service's terms online. I've used this mailbox service for two years without such charges. The shipping service owner stated that my non-payment negatively affects his income and family. I intend to close my account with the mailbox service due to this dispute and their lack of transparency regarding fees.

I rented a mailbox about 6 months ago. I've had multiple problems that get partially address if I leave nasty reviews. My mailbox is a virtual mailbox, so I request to scan/shred/deliver my mail to a local box for pick up. If I want to pick mail up, I submit a pick up instruction through the web or app. I'm supposed to get a confirmation that the mail is available for pick up, then use an access code to get my mail. The problem is that I have to submit multiple pick up requests, multiple times. This wouldn't be that big of a deal, except they charge storage fees because THEY don't do what they're supposed to. In the 6 months I've been with them, I've submitted 20 or so pick up requests. I've only been able to reach someone TWO TIMES. My service is supposed to cost $9.95 per month if it works the way it's advertised. Because the company is so slack in doing what they advertise they do, I never pay less than $20 per month. When I called last month to complain about it, the representative told me "well, your storage fees aren't that much". Maybe not and I wouldn't mind paying if I was racking up storage fees because I messed up. This past month, my bill was $30. A little over a week ago, I picked up ALL of the mail that had been racking up storage fees since November . I went back two days later and picked up everything new that had come in. WHY IS MY ACCOUNT STILL RACKING UP STORAGE FEES FOR MAIL THAT I PICKED UP 10 DAYS AGO!? Not only that, there's no way for me to take any kind of action on those pieces of mail. I've tried contacting the company directly on three separate occasions. All that they tell me is they are "waiting to hear from the operator". Initially, I wanted one month of service refunded so that I could ditch anytime and go somewhere else. After spending so much time and stress trying to get help, I want every penny I've paid in storage fees refunded dating back to my original sign up. I'm not interested in second chances, trying to work things out; they've already had far too many chances to do the right thing. There are at least 19 pieces of mail each incurring storage fees DAILY.

I have multiple virtual mailboxes across the USA with Anytime Mailbox. I really appreciate how easy they were to set up and to get the necessary USPS forms notarized online. I have also had great experiences with their customer service team. They actually answer the phone (!) and are quick to answer my question or resolved my issue. And for further context, I have used other virtual mailbox providers in the past and have moved all of those to Anytime Mailbox because they are so easy to work with.
