Apacheleads.com 0-3 day leads

I ordered 50 0-3 day leads and and recieve my first 35 and then I paused it. THe several week later Apache Leads sent out a promotion about a discount and state to order and put them on pause until you need them. I order another 50 and put them on pause.

I unpause the first batch of 50 I only had 20 left and after 5 days I did not recieve anything. So I sent a email to Apache lead the email was very nice and explan that they we have tracffic issue and they will let me know when it will be resolved that was at 2:44 pm CST. Then at 7:45 pm Apache leads contact Theary went to detial stating the concern about my dilvery option and stated that if I have it to delievery everyday I would have a better ability to get leads. The also gave anothe solution to trade in my fresh leads for real time leads. I would get less but at least I would be getting some. I thought it mdae since so at 7:46 pm (One minite later I replied "How can I trade and how many leads will I get ?"

Here is Don (Owner of Apache Leads) response at 7:51 pm

Apache Leads

to me

That offer has expired. You were so rude it took you this long to even respond. I monitor all my emails. I saw you read it within an hour of me sending it. You did even bother to use some common courtesy and reply to me

So now, no deal

Either use the leads you purchased or buy some more

But not from us. Go somewhere else

Don Reid "

I replied back to him showing him all of the emails and the time stamps thinking it was a mistake.

to me

Now you show you can’t even understand English

I’m blocking you. Don’t write again

So I responded

"Great Customer Service!

I have not done anything to you or your company.

I really read and reread ALL of your emails and I don't understand what I did wrong. You said I took an hour when all the emails show I took only a minute when you suggested the offer.

I believe it is more to this story than what you are letting on. I was VERY respectful to you. I Sent you the email chain thinking it was a mistake then you respond very aggressively, rude and sarcastically.

I never called you out of your name or suggest that you did anything wrong.

All I can say is I am a person that truly believes in treating everyone with respect even when they are nasty to me. Whatever you are dealing with today I Pray that you get through this and find peace because you know I did NOTHING WRONG!

We will pray for you and I hope you become a better person and treat people with a little bit of patience and understanding."

Two things:

What's it like to be named after a penis...very appropriate I would think

2nd Guess you don't like being treated as badly as you treated me you stupid little [censored]

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and a refund.

Apacheleads.com Bulk leads aged 60 days

I was a customer of Apache leads early 2022 until they told me that I could not buy anymore leads.

I purchased 3 month old data in June and was told that I couldn't buy anymore unless I purchased fresh data for $2000 which would have been data dated 6/2022.

I asked them again in August if they had leads I could buy and was told that they were standing behind their decision to only sell me fresh leads for $2000

I waited another month (Now 3 Months After Buying Aged Leads) which should have made aged leads available. Since they had refused to sell me them I created a new account to buy the aged leads that would have been dated later than the fresh leads they tried to sell me 3 months prior.

I placed my order and received leads dated 60 days prior to my purchase.

To my surprise the leads were the exact same leads they had sold me before.

That's when I realized why they cannot sell me aged leads. It's because they are using the same leads over and over again, putting newer dates on them and selling them for $800.

I have now been called a giant idiot and told to F-off by the owner of the company Don Reid.

Don is trying to blame me for the mixup and seems to be incapable of understanding that he has been caught in a scam to re-date his old data and sell it as newer data.

There is absolutely no way to explain away data that was supposedly generated 60 days ago when the exact same data was delivered 3 months ago as data aged 90 days.

Don Reid and his company Apache leads not only sells fake data, he is rude and ignorant when dealing with him to resolve the issue.

He will claim that I should have let him know before ordering and maybe I should have but the point remains, he is stealing from his customers.

Desired outcome: Full refund of my payment.

Apacheleads.com mobile leads ninja

I purchased Mobile Leads Ninja from Don Reid from ApacheLeads.com/thebiztoolbox.com
It was a terrible ebook, not recommended. It was just one long sales letter for a software called LeadRain...Not sure if Don owns it or not (I suspect he does), so I asked for a refund.

His reply:

On Thursday, November 7, 2019, 3:34:21 PM CST, The Biz Toolbox wrote:

The system tells you how to use the best messages and how to do the best testing.

You can use any system, not just leads rain.

Go and read the terms and conditions

Dont ever come back to my site scammer

I sent a second email telling him I will have to do a charge back with my credit card and this was his response:

You're a no good lying scammer. And I'm banning your stupid [censored]. Get lost
-------------------------------------
Not a good response. If he would have issued the refund, I may have remained a customer and purchased leads from him, but now I had to do a charge back with my credit card company, Don Reid lost a customer and now has made me his enemy...The name calling is uncalled for...Just for asking for a refund on a crappy product.
