I work at Apartments Here, an apartment locator in Austin. Our office is located at 11011 Research Blvd #200, Austin, TX 78759. Let me tell you, something just didn't sit right with me about our manager, Rich Chilleri (Charles Richard Chilleri). He made a comment to a coworker that seemed a bit off. So, I decided to do some digging and talk to other real estate agents and members of the Austin Board of Realtors (ABoR). And guess what? They confirmed my suspicions - Rich Chilleri is a convicted woman beater.

Apparently, he was found guilty in court for choking his ex-partner and causing harm to a family member. It's a serious case of domestic abuse, and the evidence was presented in court. But that's not all, folks. Rich Chilleri has also been convicted of illegal drug possession. Can you believe it?

Now, I don't know about you, but I don't feel comfortable working with someone like that. I mean, all Michael Reeh, the owner and broker here at Apartments Here, has to do is run a simple criminal background check on Rich Chilleri. It's as easy as that. This guy is bad news, and I'm worried he might even steal from the company. Plus, having someone like him on our team reflects poorly on the rest of us who work here at Apartments Here Locators.

You know, it's a shame that many of us feel trapped and don't want to speak up. I've already shared my concerns with some of my colleagues, but they're hesitant to say anything. They'd rather play dumb to avoid any office drama, you know? But trust me, they're aware of the situation. That's why I'm writing this review, in the hopes that the owner will come to their senses and at least run a background check on this guy. It's only fair, considering how uncomfortable he makes people feel.

People like Rich Chilleri give the real estate industry a bad name. It's unfortunate, but it's true. We need to hold ourselves to a higher standard and ensure that our team consists of trustworthy individuals. So, Apartments Here, please take this review seriously and take the necessary steps to address this issue. It's for the good of the company and the reputation of the real estate industry as a whole.

And guess what? It turns out that Richard "Rich" Chilleri is a convicted woman beater. Yeah, you heard that right. This is no rumor, it's a fact.

Apparently, he choked his ex-partner and there was enough evidence presented in court to prove his guilt. Rich Chilleri was found guilty of domestic abuse, impeding the breathing and circulation of a family member, and causing bodily injury to a family member. On top of that, he has also been convicted of illegal drug possession. I mean, seriously?

Honestly, I don't feel comfortable working with someone like that. All Michael Reeh, the owner/broker here at Apartments Here, needs to do is run a simple criminal background check on Rich Chilleri to verify everything I'm saying. This guy is bad news, and not only will he steal from the company, but he also tarnishes the reputation of the rest of us who work at Apartments Here Locators. It's frustrating because many of us are afraid to speak up, even though I've already informed some people in the office. So, I'm putting it out here in the open, hoping that the owner will come to his senses and at least run a check on this guy. People like Rich make the real estate industry seem shady, and that's not fair to the honest folks out there.

Please, don't trust this company until Michael Reeh takes a good look at Rich. The thing is, Rich has managed to suck up enough to Michael that he overlooks his criminal convictions. It's just not right.
