I ordered from Aphrodite's on Jan 5, 2021. I got 9 pairs of shoes, but they only sent me 8 pairs. I emailed them 4 times about the missing pair, but they haven't replied. I really wanted these shoes for my birthday in May. I'm really mad right now.

So, I ordered something from Aphrodite's and guess what? They messed up my order big time! I reached out to them and they were like, "Hey, just keep what we sent you and we'll fix it by sending the right thing." They promised I'd have it before Christmas. That was like 10 days ago, man. Now it's December 22nd and I'm still empty-handed. And get this, when I try to call them, nobody picks up! The phone just keeps on ringing and ringing. I can't even leave a message. Seriously, what a bummer!

When I called to inquire, they accused me of fraud and said they couldn't do anything about the $195 I spent on the missing items. It was really unprofessional, and I won't be ordering from them again.

It's been three weeks and my order still hasn't been shipped! Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, they gave me a fake tracking number, just like other people have complained about. This tracking number doesn't even get scanned by ***! They tried to blame it on the shipping company, but come on, you gotta actually take it there and get it scanned first. It's so frustrating!

I ordered 2 necklaces on December 3, 2022. I was given a fake tracking number and customer service ain't doing anything to fix it. I complained to PayPal and they gave them a different tracking number. It's so dumb, I ain't ever gonna order from this fake company again. Hopefully PayPal gives me my money back. Right now, I'm out more than $50. Such a letdown.

I can't believe it! I was promised my order would arrive in one to two weeks, but it's been two weeks already and I still haven't gotten a tracking number. I had to bug them three times before they finally gave me a tracking number, but guess what? It's a fake one! I reached out to them to let them know, but they didn't bother replying. I've sent them ten emails since then, and they haven't responded to any of them! It seems like they're just a scammy company trying to rip people off. Seriously, I strongly recommend that you don't waste your hard-earned money on their products, no matter how nice they may look.

I bought two necklaces for my nieces for Christmas from Aphrodite's. I paid for both necklaces and also requested gift wrap for both. However, when my package arrived, there was only one necklace inside. I have sent four emails to the company, but I haven't received any response or solution yet. They keep asking me to send a picture of the item so their shipping department can investigate, but I have already emailed them the picture twice and still no response or solution. I'm really disappointed with their customer service and I feel like I've been cheated.

After researching them, I found out they used to call themselves Pandora's Box, but after so many bad reviews under that name, apparently they thought a change was needed. I called customer service three times and they assured me that everything was taken care of. They said my order would be shipped out and arrive by last Friday, the 17th. But guess what? I haven't received any email about my order and I still haven't gotten it. I called them three more times and they just kept giving me the same runaround. Today, on December 20th, I tried calling again and it just kept ringing for like 20 minutes. Nobody answered and then it just hung up on its own. I'm so frustrated now that I just want to cancel the order. I don't want SHOP.me to take any money from my account for this purchase that I no longer want. I need them at Shop.me to give me a cancellation number and I want one for myself too. I need help with this because I can't get Aphrodite to answer the phone. They took the money from my bank account, then 2 days before Christmas, they emailed me saying my account was flagged for fraud. They asked for a picture of my credit card and ID. What? They already took my money, so how could there be fraud? They waited until the last minute to tell me there was a problem, and now my daughter has no gifts. I'm devastated. I can't believe this is how they do business. Our holiday was ruined because of this. The worst part is that Etsy had the same items for the same price, but I didn't choose to order from them. I've never been asked to send a copy of my card and ID before. That's not acceptable. Something is fishy about this place. Save yourself the trouble and do not order from Aphrodite's! It's a ***!

I purchased a mask from The Digital Man
I purchased a mask from The Digital Man. The mask is much smaller than advertised and does not go over my chin. The mask measurements don't match the size chart on their site. I contacted The Digital man through email, Facebook, and phone call. They have not provided me with a way to return the mask. The only response I got through Facebook was an offer to purchase another mask at a discount. Now I am receiving no replies. When I call I can not get through to a person. On their website there is a 30 day return period. I would like a refund.

December 12 I ordered three bracelets and on Dec 13 I received notification that these items have been shipped. Ive been tracking this package and it has not moved once. I tried to contact Aphrodites and they said they will find out whats going on but I have not heard back from them at all.

The item was continually made available on their website as well as Facebook, and they continued to give me the run around while spamming me through fb messenger, and lying to me about the item being available and then out of stock again. I am trying to return two items. They have only sent me one return label despite me sending multiple emails to them. I placed two orders for Valentines day, #[protected] and #[protected] on 8th Feb 2021. Sadly neither order arrived before Valentines day. I have been contacting the company via e-mail since then, trying to arrange the return and a refund, however, so far they have only sent me one return label despite numerous e-mails from myself. I also had to chase them to get the return label, which took them 5 days to generate. I have sent back the first order, but as yet have had no confirmation from them that it was received not that they are processing the refund.

I immediately contacted company, advising I wanted to return 1 of the items for a refund. Would not provide this return info. Once again I contacted them at this stage I was upset as my daughter still hadn't had her Xmas present. They kindly said they would send me another one free of charge. I've been waiting for this to arrive and finally it came on Friday 12th February I was so excited I called my Daughter and she opened the package and I couldn't believe my eyes. The box was lovely and it had the correct Daughter insert piece of card BUT NO NECKLACE now I've gone from being upset to being very cross as you can imagine Please look into this ASAP

However, here we are, on 12/23, and the order has not even shipped. The ad claimed delivery by the holiday; however, the holiday is Sunday, and by the Friday before, it still has not shipped. I contacted them three times before I got a response asking if I wanted a free gift to ship with the order. Now I get ads in my email from the company, as well as ads from other companies I know nothing about that I did not opt into. It is impossible to get ahold of ANYONE at this company. They want to take their sweet time shipping what was paid for, but they sure as heck took my money and I also believe they sold my information to other companies. Their website has nothing but glowing reviews, which I think are either fake or doctored. I dont want my money back; I want the item I ordered and was charged for, to be shipped!

They said that was on 12-10-22 but no updated information was on that. They said they were going to escalate my concerns to the Shipping Team for further investigation, and would provide an update as soon as they could. Since then I have emailed them 3 times and no response. I tried to call them at *** phone does not ring or anything. This is ridiculous as these were Christmas gifts. I eventually got an email w a tracking number, which I discovered did not work. I emailed the company again, and was told there was an error in the tracking and it would be escalated to the management team and re ordered at no charge, w an email to be sent confirmation shipment and new tracking number This was Oct 25. I did not receive such an email, and emailed again and was again told it was being prepared. As of today , I have continued to receive advertising emails from said company, but still no indication item I ordered had been shipped. Today I called the 1888 number and spoke to a customer rep( I also sent a formal email complaint) . He indicated that the order was still being processed. I advised him that I was not satisfied w their service, I requested a refund as I no longer want to risk waiting for something that may never arrive. He agreed to reverse the charge. Can't get update I ordered a mask from this company in late February. It was great and I put a review saying how comfortable it was and hoped to get another. (Was marked down from 29.99 to 19.99 to 16, so not cheap.) With 4 uses of under 12 total hours the ear loop broke. I hand washed and treated with care. I contacted them by email, Facebook, messenger. Took days to hear any response. Was finally told they'd agree to take down my 5 star review and photo (would not publish a lower review describing that it did not last long), said they'd give a 10% discount for trouble and said they'd sent replacement. Didn't hear back and reached out again. They claimed this issue never happened before so they didn't know what to do but would send a mask when they have more in my size which should be March 31. Reached out to them for updates twice more including on March 31 and not getting any responses again. I feel this company is dishonest as they only publish 5 star reviews then advertise they have all 5 star reviews, would not communicate what the issue is so I don't know if this is a common flaw or a freak occurance, and will not get back to me on my replacement.

I order 2 necklaces on December 4th. Payment has been cleared. I received shipment instructions on December 9th with a tracking number. It shows that label was created but still hasnt shipped. I emailed them and their response was on December 13th.Their response: Hi ***,I found that your order was labeled and shipped out from our facility on December 10, 2022. Please note we continue to see carrier delays (from pickup to scan). As a result, you may see some delays in tracking updates even after the packages have been picked up.Moreover, the reason why tracking does not update might be because the *** happen after the shipments are picked up and brought back to the carrier facilities to be sorted and scanned. Usually tracking updates within *** hours however, due to a failure in scanning by the carrier, tracking hasn't been updated yet and there is a significant amount of delay. If there is a failure in scanning the package by the carrier, it doesn't show that the carrier has possession of the package in their system. That might be the reason tracking says that they didn't receive the package. In most cases, orders are recovered and delivered.
