I bought Iphone 15 pro max 1TB at Sep 23th, 2023 in Richmond Center Apple Store. From the next day, I loss signal more than 10 times a day. I back to Apple store at the end of September, and find a sales to report the issue. the staff said it may happened because my sim card too old. I went to Fido to ask a new sim card. the problem still happened. I went to Apple store at beginning of October, they helped me to book an appointment at genius bar at Oct 11th, 2023. they cannot find any problem after checking, so they recommend me to change carrier. I went to Koodo to get a new plan with 10 dollar more per month, it not been solved. I keep to went to Apple store at Oct 14th, Oct 16th, and 18th with no problem found. until Oct 21th, one of genius bar staff helped me to reset network and leave notes for next staff review if the problem still there.
From Oct 25th, I went to China for vacation, and I was back on Nov 14th, I booked another appointment on Nov 17 for signal loss not been solved. this time the staff finds the issue cause from and ask me to wait another week for order parts to repair. one week later I did not received any message for repairing. I am angry to keep waiting. during the two months, I keep apology to everyone who called me, cause I was keeping hang up the phone during conversation with signal lost. When I call my bank service, my home internet service and other business phone call service, I have to repeat my questions more than two times, cause when the call was hanged up by no signal, I cannot find the same servicer when I call it again. I asked to replace it instead of repairing, and I wish I can get some benefits for compensate.
Apple agree to replace the phone to me, but reject the compensate. I want to return the product because I don't trust Apple's quality anymore.
Claimed loss: new Screen Protector for replacement (I have screen protector on my old phone).200 gift card or the same value of apple products for changed expensive phone plan, and the lost during the signal loss.
Desired outcome: either accept my claims loss or agree me to return the product
