Applebee's general manager named stevie on lane are. jacksonville florida

Me and a couple of friends went to this particular Applpebees to find out how the karaoke night was because I was looking for a place to take my friend for his birthday so when we first got there there was a employee outside with the GM she was sick so the fire department came out to check on her so we went in the hostess who greeted us said there was a 25 minute wait they closed all the tables down that the server who was ill had so we asked could we get a dollar margarita and sit outside to smoke and she said yes so as we stepped out the front door a security guard told us we couldn't bring our drinks outside so I said the hostess told us we could so I went back in to tell her what he said and I told them that their employees should know the rules and I don't like one person to tell me one thing and another one says something different that is my right to have my opinion so finally we got a table and our server came over and said the manager will have to talk to us before we order a drink and I'm like really for what so I told her to get the manager and he came and said he didn't feel comfortable serving us alcohol and I told him I wasn't drunk I didn't want a drink just my friend wanted a drink and my other friend ordered ice tea so he was assuming we were drunk and he was rude so when he said he wasn't going to serve us I called him a [censored] and he told us to leave so we got up to leave and I called him another [censored] so we get in the car the security guard lady tells me he is rude other people have problems with him she told me to come when he isn't there and I just told her I have never been treated like that I'm not a drunk I just speak my mind so I told her we wouldn't be coming back there and have a blessed night she was on our side he or she the General manager needs to be looked into on how he treats people I don't appreciate the way I was treated

Applebee's customer service

I took my elderly father during the day to Applebee's in Queensbury ny. This was during and all you eat ribs and chicken special. My father wanted a baked potato but he was told they don't serve them until after 5pm. Our food came and we were fine until we wanted more food. The waitress came and acted like it was a chore to wait on us. We told her we wanted more ribs and chicken. She put in order and then her friends came through front door. Greetings and hugs were given and headed over to bar to chat. It took some time to get our food as their conversation was more important. We did get our food but what a big difference from the first to second plates. They gave us a sparking amount on our second order of ribs and chicken. Soon we wanted drinks. We had to flag another waitress as ours was not insight. At one point we noticed one of the managers leaning against counter not doing anything. I looked at him and he quickly went somewhere else.
When it was time to leave I was having trouble helping my dad out the door. Not one of them would open door for us. Some polite customers helped us instead.
I don't normally complain and I am not looking to get a free meal out of this. I want you to know how your company is being represented in this area. I will never eat at this restaurant again due to the customer service. I will go somewhere else where I know I will be treated better.

Applebee's menu

I have been a customer for years. And there have always been a few vegetarian options. But now there is nothing but a frozen veggie burger. that isn't even listed in the small print anymore! Well at least in Maryland. Even your be seafood is lathered in some sort of meat!freaking Burger King has the same frozen veggie burger! Give me a reason to return please. The majority of chain restaurants, and mom and pop places cater to the new and healthy diet. Please work on this!

Applebee's food customer service

I went in to the apple bees in elmwood Louisiana the service was horrible the waitress meant well but didn't clearly understand anything I ordered to spinach dips which I got only one order delivered to the table then the other waitress came with my spinach dip once my order of food came out which was a 6oz house sirloin with shrimp and Parmesan medium well. The shrimp was cold cheese not melted and well done I alerted my waitress of the mistakes and she attempted to fix it also I asked to speak to the manager who in turn offered a free spinach dip which was fine and also said he would refund my meal which he took it off my bill and put it back on I asked my waitress who started I still have to pay whether it was a mistake or not 40 mins later I'm still waiting on my food to go. This is very unacceptable and I will be further complaining and also will never visit this location

Applebee's fries and very poor service

My daughter and I went to lunch at Apple bees located at the Jucntion of Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn NY. We ordered burgers and asked that the fries be hot, fresh and not be soft. When the orders came we had the total opposite. I asked the waitress that she brings some hot fries. She came back with some fries that were still not fresh nor hot which she literally just slap it on the table. I never saw her again to let her know that I would not accept them. I saw a gentleman behind the bar. I asked him if he was the manager, he said he was. I asked him if I could please have some hot and fresh fríes for my burger. He asked where I was seating and said ok. At least 10-15 had passed, he never left behind the bar nor did he ask someone to bring us fresh fries. Finally we had some fresh, but my daughter and I were done eating by then. I asked for the check, the waitress did everything she felt like she had to do before bringing the receipt for me to sign. She even went in the kitchen with the print out to pick up some other food before bringing out our check. I have taken pictures of what it for us to just get some hot fries. If this is way your employees are going to conduct themselves towards customers, I can't see myself going back to your restaurant just to be disrespected and loose my appetite.

Applebee's food

I asked my waiter about several items on the menu and they out of a lot of stuff. I order some spinach dip and a burger just to justify being there now. I asked for no ketchup because I can't eat it and it gets me sick.i received my spinach dip and burger about 30 min later WITH KETCHUP on it. I told my waiter and he took it back. I received the same burger which looked like they just wiped the ketchup off and change the bottom bun. I showed it to the waiter and he just say " I said I was sorry". Piss poor service. Don't think I will come back her again. Wow how does this?

Applebee's I complaining about the service being seated

We came in and had to wait for 10 minutes to be seated. The hostess was not friendly at all. She did not have a smile on her face the whole time we were waiting. She really act like she didn't want to be at work today. My overall experience was not good walking into your business. My comment is that you have more inviting people that wants to deal with people when they come in. It's early in the afternoon so it shouldn't be that bad.(2:30 exact) I like coming here, but if you guys still have people at your front hostess stand that is not in a greeting attitude you will lose business. That's just my thoughts.

Applebee's services

Hello I'm Marisa..Im writing yall to let yall know what goes on in Applebees because I'm a former employee there. So today Ms.Timika Watkins call herself firing me in front of the whole kitchen that was so unprofessional period she could 've pull me aside and talk to me in the office. It's a lot of favoritism that goes in Applebees they let most employees come in late and all..The managers are very rude be cursing at the co workers and be playing in the back with the cooks that's why people food be coming out late. They will have the host hold the door because the kitchen is running slow because they be in the back laughing and fooling around. Why have the guests wait half a hour at the door only for their food to come out cold or uncooked. When the DM Jim is there the whole kitchen be moving fast and working, but soon as he leave the go back to having the kitchen backed up..Ms. Timika and Chelsea are very rude managers and don't know how to run the restuarant..Sometimes the expo be eating on the line off the guests food. Then the silverware be dirty and they be half cleaning them..They be sitting around cooking food without gloves and all letting employees come to work drunk and all. Im just writing yall to let yall know what goes on in Applebees restuarant the professionalism is not good at all in that place..

Applebee's management & poor service

I'm a very frequent customer as well as my wife at Applebees which we spend a lot of money in your restaurants especially the one near Carolina place Mall, Charlotte NC. I found another location near my house which is in Rock Hill and as usual I went to finish some of my work there. I ordered that day 2 for $25 to dine for one and take the second one home and I totally forgot to take it home because unfortunately the server didn't bring it to me upon my departure. A today as my routine I went again to Applebees in Rock Hill and I mentioned this incident to the girl who was serving me and her face attitude was really impressive, Then I asked for the manager and he seemed to be very young and inexperienced of how to handle customer complains and when I told him about the incident he accused me saying because of too many people try to get on them to get free food he's not going to be able to help me unless I have a receipt! Who keeps a food receipt for a whole week? I normally throw away my receipt before even leave the restaurant! Very disrespectful and inexperienced! Finally when the girl came to check on me asking how's everything here! I answered and said Really not happy with the service here and all what she did she give me the face and walked away her name is Asma! Horrible horrible experience.. I'm in management and really my advise to you guys is to hire an experienced management team have the sense of telling the tear of the customers and not accusing everyone like this. I will never be back again!

Applebee's lunch services

My family and I came in today for lunch. My daughter ordered the triple bacon cheeseburger burger meal. It was delivered with no vegetables and the sauce squirted barely on the bun and mostly on the plate. I ordered the lunch combo, potato soup was fantastic but the Mac and cheese special was dried out and had a hair in it. The fish and chips meal was very good. The wait tome for the meal was lengthy and the server seemed reluctant to be there. Overall a very disappointing visit.

Applebee's customer service

On March 18 2018, my daughter and I visited Applebee's in flushing, Queens NY.

Upon arrival the restaurant was very crowded. Expected because it was a Sunday. When greeted by the hostess we were told wait time would be 15 minutes. My daughter and I sat down waiting to be called. 30 minutes passed and we were still not called. I didn't realize the time until my daughter noticed not one but two families that came after us being called to seat. Immediately I went to the hostess and asked how long it would be before being called. The hostess said she forgot to put my name on waiting list. I was very upset because we had to wait another 15 mins on top of the 30 mins. No apology.

Once seated we waited another 30 mins before someone came over and serviced us. Not only did we wait but my daughter and I watched the waitress in our section service guest that were seated after us. Totally unfair. Finally the waiter that served us was nice. However he got my order completely wrong and brought me the wrong food. My french onion soup was cold, daughter's sampler platter was cold and disgusting. We had such a disappointing horrible experience and expressed to my waiter how horrible my daughter and I were treated. He was very apologetic. As a business owner customer service is very important to me. I have issues when as a faithful customer of applebees I'm not being treated fairly. I noticed that multitasking was extremely difficult for some of the wait staff. Service was disappointing.

One more thing, unfortunately this incident made me so angry that when we left the restaurant I took my anger out on my daughter and started hitting her. I found out that someone reported me to CPS and they want to interview my daughter and myself on Wednesday. I did not mean to hurt her. I was still angry at Applebee at the time.

My family and I went to the west memphis arkansas location today 3/18/1980 for my birthday lunch there was 7 of us including 2 small children first of all the restaurant was filthy there was trash all over the floor by where you walk into the restaurant. They tried to put is all into a small booth where we were all cramped took 4 different waitresses to get one high chair for my 2 yr old the big booth was being used at the time but the people were in the process of leaving so we asked if we could move once the table was clean we were told yes but it still took 20 minutes for us to be able to move. before we were moved over we gave the waitress our drink orders my older son and myself wanted the lemonade quencher and was told 20 min or so later that they wouldnt be able to make it so we had to order something else also everyone else but my mom ordered tea and they waited forever to get it they kept saying they had to make it once we finally got moved over they finally brought us our drinks and apps. we had to wait for utensils and napkins we asked for plates but never got them were told that they had to wash some but at that time we were told our food was coming out shortly all the food except for mine was ice cold only reason i think was it took another 15 min for my food to come out not only that but my husbands and my daughters steak they ordered were completely wrong and had to be sent back after all of this my daughter said she was so frustrated that she couldnt even eat had to take it home but they finally got my husbands right. im not sure what happened this time around we have never had this problem or any problem before but this experience has made it to where i dont want to ever go back and on top of all that they took measly 7.00. i was so dissapointed but my main reason for being so was it was my birthday and we dont get to go out as a family much anymore.

Applebee's the amount of things wrong with our order

Me and my 3 children went to eat at Applebees and it was a mess the service was good but the food was very messed up burgers suppose had cheese with lettuce or anything he asked for. Bacon it was added but was made in the burger so i was charged more my other son suppose to had no cheese but it was cheese didnt want to wait forever again so he picked it off it was just messed up food service

Applebee's overall experience

I haven't been in an Applebee's for years due to several bad experiences. I thought it was time to try them again. Bad idea. I didn't know what the electronic display unit that was on every table was, so I asked. The waitress said that you can play games, order appetizers and desserts, and you can pay for your bill right at your table. We started playing a game, not knowing that $1.99 would be added to our bill. The waitress failed to tell us that bit of info.
We paid with the machine, even though we usually pay with cash, and I didn't like that it suggested how much tip we should add.
I asked for a printed receipt and I never received one.
I had the chicken tender basket and it was very greasy with too much breading and too little chicken.
The French fries were good, but that's not enough to keep me as a customer.

Applebee's michelle's customer service

Hi.

I came to your Jamaica District location for happy hour. Ordered the absolute and vodka. I received horrible customer service from Michelle. No eye contact. No smile. No introduction. She simply placed the menu on front of us and walked away.

When I ordered the drink, I was told, it obly costs $2 what do I expect?

Michelle's customer service is terrible. Her behavior should be rectified because you are losing patrons.

Applebee's very bad customer service and food prep

I had a "to go" order that took over 30 minuets to prepare. When the food FINALLY came the food was disgusting and cold. I spoke to the manager and he told me he could not help me and I was so upset. My kids are hungry and then he makes me wait an additional 26 mins (that I timed) for new food at separate times making the food cold once again. When I asked the manager why he was doing this poor service he stated "I am just filling in for the main manager and could care less". I left the store upset with cold food once again and would never do this again. I feel
Horrible as a customer spending my money there and eating cold food. My needs weren't met and I feel taken advantage of.

Applebee's overall experience

My experience at this location was horrible. It started off with me going to the rest room as we waited for a table. There were 3 stalls in the bathroom only 2 stalls had tissue an only 2 stalls doors worked. They had a tissue roll on the counter for customers to grab. That was strike one
Strike two was when I ordered a drink from the bar. My waiter was great he did the best he could and he mentioned that he was fresh out of training. Ok I ordered an apple martini and my husband ordered a bahama mama
The waiter brought my husband's drink first, it was great, however I was asked several questions before I declined my order. First I was asked did I want vodka or gin? I Said vodka, then the waiter came back and asked what kind of vodka I wanted? I Said I don't know whatever they use to make martinis; at that point I knew the bartender didn't know what she was doing. Michael (the waite) brought me my drink it was clear. I tasted it and it was all vodka. I sent it back and stated it wasn't even green. Michael offered to put an apple in it lol, I Said no thanks and ordered myself a bahama mama. Strike two an a half.
My husband ordered a long island when the food came out. When it arrived we tasted it an it was nothing but mixers, no alcohol. I'm no expert but Long islands has at least 5 different liquors in it and he didn't taste an oz.
At this point you would think a supervisor or manager would have come to the table.
Strike 3 was when the food came out. The Waiter brought my husbands food out and my sister in law; by the time I got my food they were just finishing up. My husband wanted to stop eating so we could eat together. The food was ok. I must say I loved apple bees but this night was horrible. Lastly when I tried to rate my services and make a comment, midway through the process the little kiosk randomly shut down. I was livid. I felt so bad for the waiter because he was very apologetic but the overall experience was bad and we decided not to give a tip. Our bill totalled up to $87 and I must say it was a waist of money.

Applebee's food

On Thursday March 1, 2018. I went to Applebee's in Gateway Mall in Brooklyn. My husband and I have dined there several times. Always good food and service...On this particular night. The restaurant was not very busy. We were seated in 25 minutes..Ridiculous...Another 20 minutes to get a waiter..We placed our order..My mango ice tea came 20 minutes later after The appetizer..it was warm water with mango syrup...Once again the manager had to step in...the silverwear had dried food on it..once again went to the manager...Waiter was no where to be found..Finally 1 hour later our burgers arrive...the meat on my burger was a grey color, and smelled and tasted bad...My husband is a Diabetic and needed to eat...The meal was so very bad, the waiter then appears with the check 36.00... Asks if we wanted the uneaten meal boxed up...i replied yes then please throw it out...The manager gave us 10% off our bill...a.still a lot of money for unedible food...I will not be patronizing Applebee's any longer, as their customer serice is unacceptable...I had to go to Burger King for my dinner...After spending all that money at Applebee's...it's sad that a fast food restaurant has better customer service than a big chain restaurant. Applebee's management and waitress

Joanne was the manager and Kate was the waitress not sure of the bartender
Kate the waitress brought me a drink from a patron in the restaurant that did not want the drink, I told the waitress that I did not want a drink, she in return gave the drink to the bartender and he handed it back to her and she brought the EXACT same drink back, they should have their liquor license pulled for this .

Applebee's service

First off we walk in at 9pm and get told that it will be bout 15 minutes before we could be seated apparently they got slammed( which a guy that has been there for awhile said they were not and wouldn't know busy if it hit them in the head) and they had to reboot their systems and letting the staff which I saw they had 6 waitresses catch up. After bout 20 minutes we got seated it took another 10 minutes to get a drink order in. It took bout 10 minutes for my tea to come out and true story 30 minutes for my husband to get a Margarita at this point we should of just walked out we only had one waitress check on us remind u their our 6 on the floor and the one waiting on us it's her first night and she is pregnant bless her heart while 2 other waitresses are sitting on their [censor] drinking while clearly the place is still falling apart. Finally she takes our order cause hahaha they had to reboot the system again what a bunch of BS, we got our food it was good then before we left a table of 7 came in( it's 10:30pm they close at 1am which it's suppose to be 2 but any who's) and the bar chick told them we don't have room for y'all wait what there is a whole restaurant open but the bar lady closed all booths and dinning tables and only left the bar open which filled up fast. After all said and done the food was good, service is in some dire need of attention need to retrain ur manager staff our get someone in there to crack a wipe it needs help bad.
