Part needed that parts places don't carry
We bought a gas washing machine but we use propane gas, so we needed a converter. We looked at all the large box stores and the appliance repair shops locally with no luck. A friend told us about you so we ordered the part. Ordering the part was so easy as we had help with every step. Even the instructions were easy to follow, as we are not appliance repair people at heart. The chat was instant with somebody to help. I can't rate the 800 number as we never had to use it because the chat was so easy and quick. My husband said replacing the part was easy enough he thinks he is now to be called an appliance repair man...

I found the web site by chance, when a friend's fridge went kaput. It said 24 HOUR TECH SUPPORT AND ORDER LINE. That was what was absolutely necessary, considering it was July and there was a full fridge and freezer. Extremely competent and helped me diagnose the issue OVER THE PHONE, then said if the part didn't fix the issue THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY! Word traveled fast and I have used them at least ten times. They will email schematics, help diagnose the problem and BEAT THE LOCAL APPLIANCE STORE PRICES by up to 50% on some items! And I get parts in max 2days from Fresno to So. Cal. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. Merry Christmas!
Loved my DIY project
I received my part pronto. I wasn't sure if this would work on MY blender because the model wasn't listed, so I contacted support. They responded extremely fast and said that it would work. I received my product pretty fast as well.
The only complaint is that the instructions for removing the old part were kind of difficult for me, but I have never fixed anything before in my life and I have ZERO patience, so keep that in mind. I did YouTube it and found a better way to remove the old part. I got it off very quickly after that, replaced the new part, and, voila, my blender is now fully functioning. I was going to throw it away because I thought that, A, I wouldn't be able to find the part and, B, that I wouldn't be able to fix it on my own. I was so proud of myself. I will definitely look into doing more projects on my own, and if I need any appliance parts, AppliancePartsPros will be my go-to source!
Above and Beyond
I put the wrong city on my order and when it failed to show up, I called for an update. It was then I discovered that it was my mistake and the part would probably be returned to them. Meanwhile, I told them I would pay for another one since I didn'; t have time to wait on the first order. A very nice lady with a sense of humor suggested that we double check to see that the part was correct for my refrigerator. After I finally found the serial number and info she needed, she told me that indeed the original order was wrong and she was sure the new one was correct. I thanked her for being so helpful and assuring me that this time the part would be correct, she jokingly said, "Well, I thought if you don't know what town you live in, it was a safe bet that I didn't know which part to order" Shortly thereafter the new, correct part arrived and about a month later the part I order first was returned to them and they gave me credit for the return.
Superfast shipping!
My refrigerator was getting a little warm and on inspection of my gasket, I realized the gasket was broken on the bottom. I looked online at different appliance parts vendors and the prices ranged from $38-$89, but, as I looked into each company's reputation for customer service only one stood out from the others. appliancepartspros.com had an A+ rating with the better business bureau and had the most consistent ratings for service. I also looked up their physical address and was pleased to see that their closest warehouse was located right next to Whirlpool. (Not sure if they are affiliated with each other). The part was around $60 with shipping and it arrived via Fedex within two days from the day they shipped it. I ordered it over the New Years holiday so they didn't ship it out for a couple of days. The part arrived well packaged and they did not bend it over to ship it, which would have required me waiting 24 hours for the gasket to return to normal shape before applying. The gasket installed in less than 5 minutes and works great. I would definitely buy from them again.
Customer Service Excellence
I had purchased an ice maker from AppliancePartsPros. I received the icemaker in its original packaging and installed it the very next day. Within 24 hours I had ice cubes falling out of the tray and it would not stop. It seems the shut off bar was malfunctioning. Although the thought of endless ice was tempting, I couldn't see how this would be a winning combination: endless ice but cleaning the cubes that would fall all over the floor when I opened the freezer.
Needless to say, I called the help line for AppliancePartsPros and spoke to a young lady. She asked several pointed questions about the issue. I explained my dilemma and she put me on a brief hold while she discussed the issue with her supervisor. She came back on the line and stated that they would be sending out a replacement unit. This new unit arrived in a couple of days and has been working like a champ ever since.
I am completely satisfied and pleasantly thrilled about the level of customer service that AppliancePartsPros provided throughout this situation. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone that needs replacement parts for appliances.

I have a bad habit of not taking time to write reviews when satisfied, but immediately writing a bad review when stiffed. I have decided that is unfair to the business and consumer so I will definitely be writing a review either way from now on. First good review ever written is for appliancepartspros.com. Read a lot of negative reviews on another site and mostly good ones on here. All I can say is ordering was a breeze and two day shipping was exactly that. Decided to give them a try after local parts supplier quoted me 98.00 on timer and 7-10 day delivery. Got it in two days from them for 68.00 Looks a little different from original, but same part number in GE packaging. Perfect fit works fine. Totally satisfied. Did not rate quality yet because even GE makes junk and only been installed two days. Will definitely order from them again. I will also write another review every time I order from them or anyone else. Only way to protect each other from con artist. So please any and everybody, you order or do business with anyone please write a review either way good or bad. Sorry so long winded, but needs to be said.

I ordered a refrigerator gasket, that came with no instructions. So it gets installed, only to have tiny gaps that have caused condensation damaging my refrigerator/freezer! It froze up the freezer, my food, and the condensation ruined food in the refrigerator! I called and explained the situation, and was told that they don't usually come with instructions, and that I should take a hair dryer to it. So I pay your company for a product, that comes with no instructions, damages my appliance and food, and now you want me to do manual labor to make it fit/work?! And, you won't return it because it has been installed. I don't even know how you have stayed in business for over 20 years! These reviews are horrendous!

Can I show less than 1 star? The ad for AppliancePartsPros says "DA47-00244U - In Stock Now - Fast Delivery" Coulda, shoulda done it for 1/2 the price and only overnight with ***! I ordered 2 temperature sensors and a defroster unit for my Samsung refrigerator on 25 May and received 1 sensor and defroster the next Friday, the 27th. The temperature sensor for the defroster was never picked up by FEDEX. I emailed the customer service on Tuesday the 31st and was told that it had not been 6 days yet so it would get here. On Friday, 3 June I called the customer service number and spoke to Michael. He also told me that it would get here until I pointed out that FEDEX tracking showed that it STILL had not been picked up for shipment! Michael then told me that he would order another but it would be 6 - 9 days before it would be delivered. I explained that I had not had use of my refrigerator since the 25th and thought the replacement part should be shipped overnight at AppliancePartsPros expense. He told me that he would arrange that but it would be the next business day, which would be 6 June. Uh huh, you're right, it didn't make it then either. My suggestion to anyone considering ordering parts from this company is to consider how many days - or perhaps weeks - you are willing to do without the appliance you are trying to repair. If you do not need that appliance or can wait, then go ahead with your order. But I will also point out that 2 weeks without your refrigerator is not convenient or pleasant. It certainly was not "fast delivery".

We ordered a part for our whirlpool dishwasher last year from APP, had no issues, and fixed our problem. Just over a year later, our dishwasher is broke again. We called APP for the new (different) part. Their customer service was so helpful! I called in a half-dozen times trying to find the right part, trouble-shoot, etc. I told them our error code and they helped figure out which parts were associated, how to test the parts, how to deduce what part was causing the fault. My husband found some information on the internet regarding similar fault issues, but a different solution from what APP said. I then called APP and talked to them about the alternative fix. They were patient and humble, never had a bad attitude with me or had a "you don't know what you are talking about" attitude. Their tech support was so awesome, I can't say enough about how pleased I am. The final customer service rep I spoke to even emailed me instructions on how to test the electronic parts for continuity so we could verify which part we needed for the fix. (We didn't want to order the wrong one!) She also found the motor we needed sold on its own (not in an assembly), and confirmed with a tech that it is compatible with our dishwasher, even though it isn't listed as compatible on their website. (She is taking steps to correct that on their website.) Originally, they tried to sell me an assembly which included the parts we bought last year and said the motor I needed this time was not sold separately. So I started shopping other parts dealer sites to find just the motor and save money. We DID find other parts dealers had our part CHEAPER, but because of their fantastic customer service, we decided to go ahead and order from APP.
Received the wrong part, called customer service, they told me that I ordered the wrong part. I explained that it was impossible to order the wrong part since I placed the item in the cart then proceeded to finish the order. I returned the part. They billed me $57,97 for the wrong part delivered and credited me $46.31. Very poor customer service, I would highly recommend staying away from this company.
I have a Whirlpool refrigerator that was getting too warm and also getting too cold and freezing. The freezer compartment was working perfectly. The problem was I was not getting any airflow at times into the refrigerator and at other times too much airflow. The lady on the phone at Parts pros asked me what the evaporator looked like. I said it was not frozen, it was clean, and there were no issues with the fan blowing on it, and it was keeping the freezer cold. She told me that that was my problem, that the evaporator should be dirty and have a pattern on it and that that's why my refrigerator was getting too cold and too warm. Are you serious? This lady doesn't know what she's talking about. And she's giving advice to customers? I've never heard such a ridiculous answer in my life. I'm an expert on automotive air conditioning and how it works. I do not know exactly where the parts are and how they work in a refrigerator; that's why I called. That kind of answer is the most nonsensical one I've ever heard from anyone.
Very unhappy with this company and the customer service. I bought a heating element for my dryer in January '21. This part lasted about 7 months until July '21 when it overheated and broke. Under their 1 year warranty they replaced the part with no charge. Fast forward about another 7 months to March '22 and the part breaks again. I reach out to customer service again and they say that the 1 year warranty is only good for the original purchase. This is totally unacceptable and terrible customer service. It shows they do not stand by their products and if saves them money the can and will ship out another defective part knowing they can hide behind a terrible return policy and leave you with nothing but 2 broken heating elements. I even tested my thermostat and thermal fuse and both were in working order so it's clear it's the elements they sent me that were the problem. Go with *** instead.

MISLEADING RETURN POLICY: The vendor emailed me to notify me that the product failed to meet the compliance required to receive a refund. I did not protest their assessment but did ask the vendor what happens with the part if there was no refund. They informed me that they "throw away" the part, and further explained that it is stated in their "Return Policy "on the website. I reviewed the policy posted on the website and found it vague and could be interpreted differently then what they believe it states. Beside the policy written unclearly, my complaint is that the company did not 1) Provide a disclaimer that the part will be disposed of when not returned, and 2) Allow the customer to receive the item back at customers expense. I spent $144 for a part they deemed not returnable, which is fine, and it happens, but an option of me having it back at my expense (cost of shipping and handling) is a reasonable reply...not throwing my part/money away. How do I know they threw it away and not placing it back in stock? The return policy posted on their website says: "Once your return is received, inspected and approved by our staff, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few days. A full refund means price paid plus any applicable tax excluding the original shipping charge. If your return is not approved due to signs of installation, AppliancePartsPros.com is not responsible for returning the item to the customer." The wording "not responsible for returning the item" is not specific enough and certainly does not convey to the customer that the item will be tossed; a statement of "we will not" would be more specific. I have purchased from them in the past and will most likely purchase from them again because I think they have quality parts and prices, but I believe their return policy is wrong and needs to be modified.
I paid a significant premium for "next day" shipping (25% of the cost of the part) because of the urgency of the repair. I ordered the part on Friday and didn't receive it until Tuesday, midday. Customer service says it was only a day late because you exclude the weekend. They also claimed that it is stated right on their website. I'm not sure how they get away with calling it "Next Day Delivery". They couldn't even offer a partial refund of the shipping charge. My advice is don't bother with them. I could have ordered the same part at a lower cost on *** with free shipping AND had the part sooner.

Used their website to order parts used my model and serial number to search for the part the part was a higher price than their competitors but I believed they used higher quality products so I ordered the $22 part and was charged 17 dollars for delivery it was delivered past the delivery date and the part was incorrect so I called the customer service number and I was informed they would not cover the shipping cost to ship the part back to them wouldn't comp me the shipping cost to get it delivered the first time and wouldn't even give me a break on the shipping for the even more expensive part they they think might work this time.

I am a resourceful mother who is skilled at making repairs to save money. Over the years, I have relied on APP for various appliance failures, purchasing both parts and utilizing their fix-it guides. I have never encountered any issues with the speed or quality of part delivery. Recently, I came across complaints from individuals who expressed dissatisfaction with the delayed delivery of their packages during the Covid shutdowns. It is important to note that the shipping companies were not in control of the delivery services during this time. Many of my own deliveries from various sources were also delayed, but I do not hold the companies responsible for this. Even well-known companies were experiencing delays of a few days or even weeks. APP is an excellent company, and whenever I require their services every year or two, I am always pleased to find them at the top of my web searches. I returned the unused part in their own packaging and they refused to provide a refund! I ordered a part on Saturday for my dishwasher. Within an hour of ordering it, I was able to fix the one I had. I called customer service, but, despite being during the hours on the website, the office was closed. I then sent an email through their "contact us" portal asking that the order be cancelled, again, within an hour of ordering.
I received a notice that the a shipping label was created for the item today. Understanding how shipping works, and being fairly certain that the item had not actually shipped, I called customer service to cancel the order. Customer service told me that the item had already shipped, despite my calling within 5 minutes of the label being generated. They also denied locating my email sent on Saturday.
When I asked if I could just return the part, I was told that I would have to provide the model number and serial number of my dishwasher. I fail to understand how a serial number of my particular dishwasher could be necessary for returning a part with a part number. I am not even sure it would matter whether or not I actually had a dishwasher. The part number is the part number.
Well, they successfully collected $17 to have an unhappy customer. Strange business model.

I purchased a new upper grille for my whirlpool microwave but it was the wrong color. Called them back to return it, no problem except! They would not pay the return fee, Okay! ISo I thought I would pay the return fee, wrong! The part had cost me $48 the return fee was $38. So, they must get a better deal on shipping than me. I put the wrong color grille on, looks bad but oh well. So, the point of me taking the time to write this review is, if you need to buy a part online use Amazon, Google Express or check with the seller to guarantee they have a decent return policy.
