AC inverter
I purchased 7.5 AC inverter approximately 18 months, after installing system I complain AC cooling not good but after checking technician say cooling coil leakages but this time has top up,
After few days AC gas leakage but technician gas top up 3,4 time and he say no leakage found ,before one year warranty expired I call customer care and complain regarding AC issue, but he say again cooling coil need change but yours warranty expired.

My parents live in Bahria town Lahore. We have always bought Dawlance to support our own national brand but we have suffered whenever we have to get them fixed. Last year I called your service Center in Lahore, somebody showed up after few days and charged us some money for his visit and ordered some replacements parts and never showed his face again and nobody even bothered to call. Anyhow I want the manager to get involved and fix the refrigerator otherwise I will be sending an email to CEO Umar Ahsan Khan. My parents home address is as follows

Being as specific as possible.. Your idiots!. The policy regarding the blockage of service to any customer who ever gets their products repaired outside of your own service station. That is not a policy I see helping those folks who have the entitlement of having acquired your authorised service now must present the most unIslamic and unethical policies and shove those down our throats.. what is the sin that we have committed?. according to you, if anyone else has repaired your brand of AC then no service is ever to be provided to any customer who wishes to ask you to fix your AC for them on cash (no warranty claim) just come and earn your keep... but no.. you are bunch of idiots who like toblackmail people and after they have invested in purchasing an expensive unit will blacklist them from ever using your after sales services... Hard fruit juicer
What a pathetic customer service you have. I used to consider Dawlance a nice and responsible brand but my assumption was wrong.
I purchased hard fruit juicer which has multiple issues. On my complaint only one issue was fixed, for other issues instead of fixing your support is telling its normal. Your service center thinks we are out of this world or probably haven't seen juices before so tell us issues are actually features. When I insisted they asked me to use it, in case of issues contact us we will visit you and test at your place as proper testing is not possible at center. In more than 2 months I could try it only twice due to vibration, loud and weird sounds. Now for last two wees I am contacting and telling them whole story again and again and requesting them to visit me and check it, in two weeks they are just making promise that you will be visited soon and doing NOTHING.
I am very very much disappointed by this unprofessional behavior and definitely not going to recommend Dawlance to anyone.

It is regretted to inform that, I hv purchased above mentioned product 0n 28 June 2022 and on 20 sep 2022 I hv found a fault that water is coming from indoor unit in my room, complaint was made and Dw tech found leakage in coil band.
He told me that company policy is to repair the band with new band first time but will not replace full new coil , this type of policy was not written on any documents either not on warranty card.
My request is to replace my full new coil if only coil band was repaired it has chance to develop leakage again at the welding or suturing sites.
Here I hv to mentioned that in same case other companies doing full new coil replacement not repair.
Dawlance is a big and well reputed company and I hope to consider my request.

The techancian came to fix my fridgehe done a unprofessional job and now when I m trying to call helping for complain no one is helping me that how the dawlance work and give couustomer service. The guy came to fix a Door becoz it was not closing properly and still doing a same after fix it I have to tight up with a rope other wise the gas will be discharged

Sir, I'm using 9170model since last year & facing cooling issue from day one. In last year I registered complaint representative visit our site but he replied us there is no issue found in refrigerator.
We are facing issue detail is,
Cooling issue & if lite in off condition then fridge behavior is in just few mint cooling have gone.
Representative replied us some possibilities from our site like,
Electricity voltage issue
Proper ventilation problem
But swearly no electricity issue proper ventilation there.
Pls do needful & also pls note that we have lost purchasing card how's possible company has no data against this machine we live in electronic & IT world hard copy has no matter pls CHK it & solve the issue at immediate basis.

I bought this ac, it’s 1 month since the day I installed it there is no cooling after contacting dawlance, first of all there response time is so pathetic and very slow, first time when they came they said the circuit is faulty they took circuit and I waited for more then week then they replaced it, and installed and said to run ac for 2 hours it will start cooling but it’s 4 hours there is no cooling, I didn’t saw that type of slow and pathetic service any where. Very disappointed and now I think my money got waste….

I bought a water dispenser like may be 10 months ago and from the day one I am having issues with it. I am calling to your helpline number and after a long time taking process, they sent me the technician Waqar in bahria phase 2 Rawalpindi. I also told them not to sent him, please send some one else. But no? Well I asked them to give me any contact details of your branch manager pr anyone who can resolve my issue but there answer was no again. As give u another example of like 4 years ago I bought a refrigerator and it had the issue of door closing from the day one and same conversation was happening between me and your company representatives. So, at last U can tell me what to do now. I am totally fed up now and I have no idea what to do. Also, if u want you can check the history and the recordings as well.

Regretfully inform you that all push us to give score 1 message which i received.
i bought 1.5 ton inverter Enercon on 23rd march 2021 and from 1st day to till to date issue still persists;
I made 2 times complaining 1842555, 1848645 visits done twice, 1st time there was some gas leakage issue found and next time all is good to go as per technician but my room temperature never got down after using 26 temperature as well and tried 3 times and kept ac on 4 hours.

Regarding washing machine DWF 1600A we have registered complaint # 1914833 which is unresolved.
Regarding this complaint the team from dawlance has send one technician to us. But according to technician the company is unae to provide the damaged part n service. The purchase is almost 4 years old and inspire of assuring after sales services the company seems helpless in providing the help n service. According to team and feedback we can now throw the machine in dustbin which is quite strange. Kindly resolve this matter on urgent basis as for any family it is totally impossible to change the home electronics after every 4 or 5 years. This seems quite funny

The first complaint with service center in first week of september. As per there comments, it's ok and changed about 8700.0 for part replacement and labor charges. After 3-4 days, it was out of order. Again complaint lodged. After 3 days, o e technician came and taken the control panel, as assumed, the part is faulty. On Second. Day, another technician came and said motor is not working. The machine were sent to service center and then returned after 4 days with ok comment. The machine was run at home and found water is leaking from drum and for the third time In a month complained to service center. Technician came after couple of days and said drum Iis leaking. They took the machine in work shop on last Saturday and I am still waiting the machine to be repaired. Every time I inquired they are say, tommrow and tommrow never came.
