I have had auto delivery from Apria for my cpap supplies for years. I have had order after order arrive with the wrong stuff. I had 3 of my last 4 orders show up wrong. I am supposed to receive a small frame and a med cushion. 3 of the last 4 orders showed up with small cushions. I had to go purchase separate med cushions. I have called in so many times it is ridiculous at best. The last few times I called they refused to get a supervisor for me and they are rude. I told them I need to return the wrong items as I can't afford to pay for items I can't use. They refused. I am disabled and on fixed income so money is tight. At this point I am ready to try to find a new supplier. I have heart issues and can't sleep without my machine period not even a nap. I need credit for the wrong items sent. I also need the correct items sent. I was forced to go and buy separate cushions at full price because my cushion was worn out and leaking aggravating my afib. Please do something to fix this.
