When I signed up for the Aptive service, I agreed to a service once every 3 months. For the second time, I am noticing that services are being scheduled every 2 months. 1) This is a breach of contract, 2) I will not pay for more than once every 3 months. If the company cannot manage their automated scheduling program to accommodate once every 3 months, then I can only assume that the company is intentionally trying to bilk their customers for additional revenue hoping they won't catch onto the scheduling frequency. If this cannot be resolved to my satisfaction. I will simply end my contract and seek another more accommodating and customer focused company.
Your website does not allow for rescheduling beyond a few weeks. Thus, I cannot resolve the issue online. Your AI assistant is of no use at all and could not do anything without pre-programmed responses. Finally, when I asked to speak with an agent, none ever contacted me.
This is about scheduling and not the actual service or workers.
Desired outcome: I would like guaranteed assurance that service will be scheduled only once every 3 months.
