Arby's review: Clemson SC Hwy 93

I was at Clemson SC Arby’s on Hwy 93 Today ordered my food boneless wings meal and 2 Roast Beef Sandwiches they told It would take about 15 for Roast Beef To be done I said was fine so lady at window ask me to pull around and park so waited after about 15 minutes Guy came out and said it would be another 15 minutes wait …. Told him at that time the person at window said it would only be 15 minutes

Said he would speak to his manager and see what was going on ask him what going so after 30 minutes same Guy came out said here was my food look in bag

No Arby’s sauce so horsey sauce. So I first went to drive thru and long line so pulled back around went in side guy was ordering

His food after he finished same guy thst brought my food out told him I needed some sauces and fries were Cold but just sauce please I told him could I speak to manager then he said he was the manager but earlier when after the first 15 minute wait that he would tell the manager Told him well things need to be more efficient them over at table some girl speaks up very loudly and says he the best manager that Arby’s has got my sauces and started the mouthy girl setting at the table smarts off at me with few not nice words I replied to her they need new management then she starts cussing and flags me off with words and hand gestures so I turn at door and say if you are in management here that this shouldn’t be going on, she said with a few words that she didn’t work here that was her boyfriend the manager the one that said that he wasn’t a manager and now he is a manager. This is ridiculous I came there to get my food. Said 15 minutes. I said OK that’s fine. Turned into 30 minutes and still poor service and then a girlfriend that shouldn’t even be in there with her boyfriend working as a manager there saying stuff to customers I think you need to find out what’s going on at the Clemson Arby’s on 93 I have been in food service for mini mini mini years and this was ridiculous so when I get home, the boneless chicken wings were cold with the fries also. Sure that part of order was fixed when I first place order there’s no reason should have happened 9/7/23

There is no excuse for this type of behavior in your restaurant that is very poor for business and the girlfriend hanging out in the restaurant and speaks to a customer you need to find out what’s going on with your business before it gets run into the ground with people like that working for you
