Arizona Window and Door Store The Arizona Window and Door Store just finished a great job on our house

The Arizona Window and Door Store just finished a great job on our house. If you decide to hire them, you'll see that every employee who talks to you about your project understands how much it can mess up your life. They all naturally do everything they can to make it feel like a normal cleaning instead of a "Root Canal."

Arizona Window and Door Store This company is amazin'

This company is amazin'. From our first contact, their salesman Daman got us an estimate quickly and invited us to their showroom to see in person the quality and style we liked. After our order, in 'bout 6 weeks they were ready to install. Their installation manager Miquel, and big crew arrived on time and within 3 days installed 5 slidin' doors and 15 windows. All work perfectly and the stucco and dry wall repair was perfect. Everyone associated with company are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

Arizona Window and Door Store We just replaced 24 windows in our house

We just replaced 24 windows in our house. After getting 4 quotes, there was no question that Arizona Window and Door Store would be our choice. Our salesperson, Dameon, was very patient as we tackled this huge project. His low key sales approach was a selling point. Our installation crew of Miguel, Luis, and Omar was top notch! We really appreciated that AZWDS has their own stucco crew. The stucco repair and small interior drywall areas that needed touched up were done beautifully by Sergio, Nelson, and Omar. Our Anlin windows are beautiful and our view is even better than before! I have to be honest and report that while overall, it was a five star experience, there were some bumps along the way. The project took longer than we expected and there were some issues with one window due to problems with the manufacturer. I do not hesitate recommending this company if you are in the market for window replacement!

Arizona Window and Door Store I'm pretty happy with my door, but the customer service has been terrible

I'm pretty happy with my door, but the customer service has been terrible. It's been over 3 months since they installed it and the interior trim still isn't finished. They put in my door on April 13. The trim they used was the wrong size, so the installer said they had to order new trim. The next day, they called me because they thought I still owed them money, but I had already paid in full. I asked about the trim and they said they were working on it. They said they'd let me know when it came in. I waited patiently for a whole month. No one contacted me, so I called them. Left a message. They didn't call back. The next day, I finally talked to a real person, but they just sent me to someone's voicemail. Still no call back. I called again and insisted on talking to someone. It was clear that they hadn't ordered anything. They made a lot of excuses and seemed unsure. They gave me a new timeframe. Finally, they told me it was in and sent an installer. He started working and realized they still didn't have the right trim to finish the job. The next day, customer service apologized and said they would order the correct trim, but it would probably take a couple weeks. That was on June 7. Since then, I haven't heard anything. No calls, no updates, nothing. On July 5, I called to check the status. The customer representative didn't know, but promised to call me back that day or the next at the latest. No call. I'm so frustrated with this company. I've never written a negative review before. Once they got my $12,000, they didn't seem to care at all about finishing the job. I've attached some photos to show how they left my trim for 3 months. It's sticking out from the wall with a big gap all around. I paid $12,000 expecting a complete and professional product.

Arizona Window and Door Store On December 1-2, 2022, we had 16 windows put in by Arizona Window and Door Store

On December 1-2, 2022, we had 16 windows put in by Arizona Window and Door Store. The first problem happened on the first day. The boss of the crew told us in the morning that the install we agreed on with the company couldn't happen as planned. According to the boss, the person assigned to measure the windows from the company was supposed to come again to make sure the install would be right. But AZ Window and Door Store never sent them. They also didn't tell us anything about it, so we had no idea there could be a problem. So now, we were promised an install for months that the company couldn't do right (or at least the crew said it "could" be done, but with changes that would affect the windows' look and function, which is NOT what we agreed or paid for). They told us the next best option would be to cut the outside stucco to put in the windows. We specifically didn't choose this when we bought the windows because we would have to pay to repaint our house (which the company does tell customers when talking about install methods). The install method we originally planned with the salesperson and boss over the months was to have a *** "step" put in. Nobody ever told us there would be a problem until the day it happened (after ordering the windows in July). The customer service and the lack of preparation for the windows we paid for was not good. After the install, I called the company to complain that I thought there was leaking from the new windows since the stucco was still damaged. The boss responded saying the "windows were installed properly." They assured me everything would be fixed once the stucco was repaired. After the stucco was damaged, the stucco boss was supposed to come the next day to check the house, but didn't show or talk to us. I had to call and complain to Arizona Window and Doors, but they told me there was "nothing they could do on the weekend." The stucco crew came the next week and finished the job on the week of December 5th, after two days. The subcontracted stucco crew from Arizona Window and Door store left dangerous stuff, like styrofoam, installation, nails, and sharp metal stucco framework, all over our property (see pictures). When I looked closer, I found 4-5 inch pieces of stucco (with the same styrofoam attached to show that the window styrofoam all over the property is from the crew), along with the stucco wire with sharp edges, nails sticking out of big pieces of stucco. Some mess from a messy job can happen, but the crew left way too much, along with other trash (cigarette butts). They also splattered stucco on a wall that didn't have a window, so now we have to pay to have it repainted. Even though the stucco crew was subcontracted, they were hired and paid through Arizona Window and Door Store. We think they are ultimately responsible for the damage and cleanup. This complaint is based on the fact that we paid for the windows, didn't get the install we were promised months ago, didn't get any communication about a possible install problem, and then the stucco repair by the company left more stucco mess and damage on our property. This has caused us time and money to clean up.
