I ordered suntan oil from ArtNaturals on June 6th, and my neighbor did too. I've been buying from them for a while and have told lots of people about them. But guess what? My order never came, but my neighbor's did! They took the money from my account right away, but when I tried to contact them, the people I talked to were so rude. They just kept saying to wait 24-48 hours for a reply when I emailed them. Finally, after a lot of hassle, they agreed to reorder it for me because my first order was just sitting in their warehouse for no reason. So, I placed the second order on June 21st, and you won't believe it, but it's still sitting in their warehouse. The USPS tracking says nobody has picked it up. Don't waste your money on this company! I talked to a representative who promised to refund me, but that hasn't happened yet. I still don't have the product that I used to really like. I even tried to get the CEO Joseph ***'s contact information, but customer service said they couldn't give out his address, email, or phone number. It's so ridiculous, and I'm so frustrated!

Every time I get a delivery, there's stuff missing or they send me things that are like 3 years old and only have 2 weeks left before they go bad. This past Christmas, I treated myself and got over $300 worth of Clay/Mud Masks, Cellulite removers, and anti-aging serums. But guess what? The masks and the cellulite removers were about to expire too.
Then the next time I ordered, they sent me a box with Tea Tree Body Wash. I ordered 10 of those bad boys for $16.95 US each! But they just chucked them in a bag and half of them broke and spilled everywhere. So for their July 4th sale, I bought 10 more of the body washes. You know what I got? One (1) bottle. I paid for 10! I asked them to send me the other 9, but they just wanted to give me a refund and stopped talking to me.
This company is so bad, man. They don't know how to package stuff for delivery, they sell expired products, and they can't even get the right amount of stuff to you. They mess up everything. I'm done with them and I'm gonna tell everyone about it. No wonder Amazon.ca doesn't wanna sell their stuff anymore. They're just a bunch of scammers.

False advertising. Their hand sanitizer is not scent free. We purchased the "1 gallon Art Naturals hand sanitizer scent free)" and basically threw money down the drain. We couldn't use it as a hand sanitizer as the product had a strong medicine/petroleum smell.

BEWARE! I purchased a small plastic bottle of ArtNaturals hand sanitizer at Walmart for $4. It has an offensive odor that makes you nauseous. It is made in CHINA! DO NOT BUY! There is something wrong with it. I have been using hand sanitizer for years. I have never had this experience before. This horrible company needs to be shut down immediately. They are selling dangerous products during a pandemic.

I think this may be the most unpleasant and time-consuming transaction I have ever had with a company. Unable to buy hand sanitizer locally I ordered aloe vera gel from them (via Amazon) in order to make my own sanitizer using 91% alcohol (1:2) so that the mixture would be 70% alcohol and so be antimicrobial. When the product arrived it was obviously not a gel but appeared to be a colorless liquid, like water. Numerous attempts to reach them by phone and email were futile. I don't know how they stay in business.

I order two 64 packs of Hand Sanitizer and when I received the shipment, I only got 124 bottles, in two boxes. One box had a 10" gash along the bottom corner and the other box had a large plastic bag, tied in a knot. When I opened the bag, the bottles had been thrown in, and 18 bottles leaked out approximately a third of their contents into the bag. There are no seals on the bottles to prevent leakage. The bottles had three different types of caps on them (some broken), 71 bottles had a "watery" substance and 53 bottles had a "gel" like substance. The product was advertised as a "gel", but that's not what I received! You cannot call ArtNaturals to ask about anything, you just get a recording. When you email them, it takes days to receive a response. I do not recommend anyone buying products from this company!

My order was shipped to a PO Box completely out of my area. Who know who it went to? I paid by PayPal and will be contacting them for a refund of my payment. Every delivery is missing items or they ship you items that are 3 years old according to the manufacture date and only have two weeks of shelf life left before they expire. Tea tree oil is NOT listed on the ingredients. It smells disgusting. There is so much tea tree oil in it that when I put it on my skin, it burns my skin. I contacted Art Naturals through email - no reply, Facebook - automated reply but no reply from a human, and Instagram - reply from a human who told me that they were passing *** off to someone else and no one got back to me. I filed a claim on PayPal. They took the maximum amount of time to respond to my claim and then they had the audacity to offer a partial refund. I expect a FULL refund for this useless ***. I ordered unscented alcohol based hand sanitizer and I received a gallon of gross congealed gel like substance full of tea tree oil. This is not ok. Total scam artists. Do not give Art Naturals your money because you might not get what you ordered and you won't get your money back.

Product is great but company is terrible. Very disappointed. Order processing, shipping and customer service including management departments need to be re-trained. I fully understand the situation that is going on in this world right now. I order a lot of stuff online in the past 3 months and most of it has been delivered on time, with the exception of a few order being late by couple days or at the most a week. Yet they keep using this excuse for a month and a half for not being able to fulfill my order that was incomplete when I received it. Here is a TIMELINE for context of this review. I ordered my product on APRIL 26th. On MAY 10th i had half the order delivered and told you guys about it. On MAY 10th, i was told that a replacement has been ordered and will receive my shipping info shortly. I received nothing. On JUNE 7th i followed up to find out where the shipping details are and at first customer service tells me that my order was already delivered. I took couple emails to explain that i have an incomplete order delivered. On JUNE 8th i was told that a replacement has been processed and i will receive shipping info shortly. I got nothing. On JUNE 11th in the early morning, i had to email and follow up again to find out where my order and shipping info is. On JUNE 11th because i didn't receive an email response, later in the day, i called and spoke with Epson and Vania and was told that they processed my order with added priority and will receive my shipping info soon. i got nothing. On JUNE 15 i called again to follow up and spoke to Marie, who told me my order is being processed and i will have shipping info soon, to which, i got upset and asked to speak with a supervisor. She told me they cannot transfer and someone will call me same day to discuss what's going on. Today is JUNE 17, i don't have my incomplete order, i had to email again to follow up for shipping and NO ONE has called from MANAGEMENT. I gave up and requested a refund today and was told that I will be refunded for the missing items only. You have lost a customer after i gave multiple chances to correct the issue. I understand the situation in the world affects business but you are not the only business in the world. I ordered from at least 15-20 other businesses in the past 3 months and 90-95% were delivered on time and some couple days late.

My credit card was charged and I never received correspondence that my shipment was sent. When I called the company (***) I received an automated response stating that orders before 3/16 would leave the facility by 3/25 and orders after 3/16 would be pending 3/31 or later then directed me to reach out via email. This recording is still up when calling them almost 3 months later 05/26. Their website indicates that they have hand sanitizer in stock. I have not heard from the company and did not receive the product I ordered.

I received part of my order from Art Naturals on 07/28. The box had holes in it, was crushed, and the entire side had been ripped & re-taped before it was delivered. 4 items were missing from the box and 2 were damaged. I sent an email to Art Naturals immediately with photos to verify the issue. I was told this is something I have to take care of ... To contact ups on my own to file a complaint. The Ups website even states that it is preferred the shipper file a damage claim, not the recipient of a damaged package. Art Naturals charges an extra charge called "route package protection", in addition to regular shipping. So, I am assuming this is just a fraudulent fee that they are adding onto a customer's order. After many emails, they refuse to answer the question, "what is route package protection?" Also, I asked that the remaining backordered items in this order be canceled. They can't tell me when they will ship. No response and no refund on those items.

Ordered a set of essential oils on 3/24 from the company Virgin Scent Inc dba Art Naturals. Was promised 3-5 day shipping. My card was charged but my order still says 'processing' and has not been fulfilled. Attempted several times to contact Art Naturals by phone and email (their recommended email address/customer service line) asking when to expect the order to be fulfilled and shipped and requested a tracking number when it does. I have not received one single reply to any of my emails or voicemails left (over a week's time) - this company is happy to spam your email inbox and phone with text advertisements and "deals" but downright refuses to speak with customers. With alcohol and essential supplies being limited the government should be punishing companies that extort the public with premium prices for needed materials. I contacted via email again with no response. I contacted them on Facebook June 4, and was told they would send a new order. Shortly thereafter, I was told they would not replace the order, but a refund was coming, and to give it an additional 7-10 days. Today I received a refund of *** out of the *** that I paid.

Never recieved order
Never recieved order. Found out tracking provided was before the date I ordered the product. Was told 3 different scanarios. I want my product. I ordered ArtNaturals *** Alcohol on *** thru *** Order number #XXXXXXX-XXXXXX. The next day after placing the order I received a tracking number via OnTrac. DXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The Ontrac tracking number I was provided was created BEFORE the date I actually placed the order. I contacted OnTrac on Sept 8th, and they never picked up a package with that tracking number. I contacted Walmart later that evening, and they told me to contact Art Naturals. I sent an email on Sept 9th to Artnaturals. After no reply, I contacted them via Facebook. I was told via Facebook, that there was a delay in shipping with OnTrac. While chatting with ArtNaturals via Facebook, I also received a response from the email sent earlier. I was told my product did not ship, and they were out of stock. I mentioned this to ArtNaturals on Facebook, where I was told the product would arrive this weekend. So here I am, with different scenarios and still no product. I run a 3D printing business, and properly cleaning my machines and prints before curing is essential, and the resin is toxic until cured.

Product has a foul odor
Product has a foul odor. People I've given them to have been throwing them away. The few I kept also have a foul odor. I purchased *** worth of hand sanitizer from ArtNaturals at the beginning of the pandemic and gave most of them away to family, friends, co-workers and neighbors. Lately, as they used up the name-brands they had, they started using the ArtNaturals. One by one, they started letting me know that they smelled horrible and were throwing them away. One person said it smelled like raw sewage. I was embarrassed and angry that I had wasted all of that money. When I contacted ArtNaturals they said "It appears that your order is already too old to help you with this kind of issues." They went on to offer me a *** refund. Afterward I noticed on ComplaintsBoard.com that they had *** complaints and that I wasn't the only customer complaining of a rancid odor. I wrote again and asked for a full refund and have not heard from them since. I purchased HAND SANITIZER SCENT FREE. Two orders on March 14 for *** and *** and again on March 15th for *** I had a previous issue with them not sending a bottle of aloe I ordered. It took months to be resolved and they ended up sending me a horrible smelling bottle of hand sanitizer instead of the aloe. They kept offering to replace the aloe but never did and eventually I asked for and received a refund.

I was charged twice on my debit card for the amount of $25.44. *** claims to only see one charge to my debit card and refuses to refund me. On January 2, I was charged twice for the amount of $25.44. On 1/3 I emailed *** customer service about getting a refund for the additional charge. I was told they would open an investigation with their financial department to get my refund. On 1/4 I was told I would be refunded the full amount of 25.44 but it would take 24-48 business days. On 1/8 I emailed customer service again because it had been 4 business days since I was told it would take 24-48 hours to receive the refund and I still had not received it. I was told once more that my refund was being processed and I would receive it within 7-10 business days. On 1/22 I emailed them again because I still never got my refund and they said it would now take a maximum of 3 days to be refunded. Today is the third business day and I still have not gotten my refund. I finally called the customer service phone number and talked to one of their representatives. The representative told me the financial department investigated but only found 1 charge on their end so they would not be able to process a refund. I have proof that I was double charged on my debit card by their website. Yet they claim I have only been charged once. I contacted my bank and they confirmed I was charged twice by *** for $25.44. I have opened a dispute with my bank since *** is refusing to give me the money they owe me.

Refusing to give a refund for a product they sent me. I ordered from Art Naturals in April , received my order on April 22 with 5 of the caps broken off the bottles and sanitizer all over and the ingredients on the bottle were not the same listed on the website. I contacted the company on on April 22 and received an email back from them on May 7 stating that I would be refunded for the product that I received and within 7-10 days I would have the amount back on my account, here we are in September and still nothing has been received. I have sent them over 15 emails and each time they literally copy and paste the same answer from email to email. I filed a dispute with *** in May, after not receiving my refund, and Art Naturals denied my claim and so *** denied my dispute. I have given Art Naturals many times to refund my money back like they said they would and they keep replying back to me saying that there was an error in the processing of my refund and that I would be notify when they refund went through. They have also told me there is nothing else they can do and that I have to contact ***, I have contacted *** and they have said that Art Naturals can refund my account and there is nothing that *** has to do with it. I have even went on their Facebook page and left a review to get and several people that have ordered from this company said they are dealing with the exact same thing and that Art Naturals is sending everyone the same email with the exact same wording. This is a fraud company that is sending out product that is not legit and refusing to refund people. This has been going on for almost 4 months and I am over it.

Product Ordered does not match advertised product. Quantity per bottle 50% less than advertised amount. Difficult to contact supplier. Refund request. I placed an order XXXXXXXXXX on May 12th. The order was for 12 - 8oz hand sanitizer bottles (3 - 4packs), SKU SCFR-8-4. I paid *** via Visa/Paypal for the shipment. The shipment arrived today May 19th, so I was at first impressed that the shipment arrived within a week and I'm located on the East Coast. Upon opening the box, immediately I noticed a bottle was less than full. The bottle read 8oz, but clearly it was no where near 8 oz. EVERY bottle was the same and was significantly less product than advertised. This was not a shipping issue where the product leaked from a bottle as the box was intact. I've tried calling Art Naturals but I do not get anyone picking up the phone. I have sent an email communication today, but based on other consumer feedback, getting a response is remote. My immediate concern is the product shortage versus advertised. Based on what I have read from other recent customers, they have experienced the same problem with actual quantity being less than advertised. Something is very wrong with this company charging full price and sending something much less than that. I would like my method of payment credited and receive notification once completed. I've read recent complaints from other customers of Art Naturals and the spectrum is broad and even issues citing that the additives in the product are not as advertised and could be harmful. If a company deliberately short-fills product bottles, substituting ingredients not disclosed on the bottle could almost be guaranteed if they are experiencing product shortages or surges in demands. I have no use for product that charges full price for less than full volume. The 12 bottles are sitting on a shelf in the garage awaiting a refund based on their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I have requested via email a refund since I can not contact anyone via telephone. I do not anticipate a prompt reply so I am notifying the ComplaintsBoard.com of my issue with this supplier and to report fraudulent and potentially harmful business practices from Art Naturals. I do NOT want product. 4/3 - Order 2 - 64 pack of sanitizer. 128 total 4/17 - Received only 64 of 128 4/20- Emailed requesting cancellation of missing order bc I no longer need/want 5/14 - Received email response stating that replacement order was placed instead of cancellation 5/15 - Emailed again requesting cancellation and not replacement. 5/22 - Received email response stating replacement would be cancelled and refund of $499.98 would be processed 6/22 - Emailed again requesting update on refund 6/22 - Received email response stating error in system and escalation of refund will be processed. 6/24 - Replacement order received by office employee. Was not on site to refuse so unaware it was delivered. Package still in receiving unopened. 7/3 - Received email stating they cannot process refund of $499.98 as the delivery of the replacement packs of hand sanitizers were both accepted and not refused, as you mentioned. 7/3 - Emailed that I never stated that the package was refused. Clarified refund was requested bc I ONLY received half of my order. Elaborated on the fact that the replacement order should have NEVER been shipped out. The replacement order was shipped out almost a month after I was told I would receive a refund. Pointed out that emails are binding contracts as well. Furthermore, I informed them that I was NOT on site when the product was delivered. If I was, I would have NEVER received it. Someone else signed for the product. Upon research, the package was still sitting in receiving, unopened. Requested return label and process FULL refund. Lastly, pointed out the fact that they can NOT in good conscience, charge me $499.98 for a product that they were selling for $199.95 at the time of shipment! Total price gouging which in itself is a great excuse for refund. 7/9 Received email stating, "we cannot process your refund due to the delivery of 1 pack of 64 bottles and the 2 replacement packs of 64 bottles went through, for a total of 191 bottles received by you... it is more than the 128 you paid for. Please be aware that for security matters the alcohol-based products can't be returned. 7/10 Sent following email: Since I have not opened the boxes, I was unaware that I received additional products. Products which I no longer want or requested. Having a business myself, I truly don't understand this type of customer service. Basically, you are forcing me to keep an unwanted product when you advertise "100% No-Risk Money Back Guarantee." Furthermore, no where on your website do you state "that for security matters the alcohol-based products can't be returned" Please be advised that a formal complaint will be filed.
