AshleyMadison.com runs a big scam. I purchased their $250 "Have an Affair" Guarantee package thinking I was going to really meet some amazing women, but instead, I started to receive a lot of spam from escorts and prostitutes, and also from their female (who really knows?) staff members acting as hostesses.
If their guarantee is that I will get laid by paying for sex, why don't they just advertise that they are offering a Dating website for Escorts? If not, then perhaps they should do a better job screening out those escorts and prostitutes?
In any case, I was extremely unhappy, because after using the website for a few months, I realize there are no real and normal females who really want to meet me. If they do exist, I don't know where they are because I was sending out spending money everyday sending out messages and never getting any responses. Finally, I gave up, and I thought luckily I purchased their Guarantee package, so I could get my money back.
When I started to fill in their refund request form, I realize they aren't going to just issue a refund to my credit card. The only way to qualify for their refund is for them to send me an Ashley Madison check in the mail to my HOME address where my wife lives. I contacted them to ask for a refund back to my credit card instead and I got an absolute NO from them. What kind of a guarantee is that, where to get your money back you're guaranteed to get caught for cheating?
AshleyMadison.com is the biggest scamming dating website out there. I know other adult dating websites aren't much better in terms of response rates or fake profiles, but AshleyMadison.com is really something else. To market a service with false advertising of a promised affair --- then to not give money back unless they can get you caught by your spouse --- is low beyond low.
They can keep my $250, but I will not stop at sharing my story and making sure the whole world knows what a big scam AshleyMadison.com is.

Brenda Honey, this guy does'nt need a P.O.Box, He needs to Check Out his pkg.& If his Wife does'nt want it, Then maybe it's too disgusting for anybody to want it! Andy, Why would you expect Real Or Normal Females to respond to your request for sex? What would they want some Cheater like you for? Whats in it for them other than a paycheck? If your pkg. was still All that wonderful your Wife would still be "Enjoying" it.How do you blame them because you wanted to cheat on your Wife?, Which is How You Found their Website & Just Because They were there did'nt mean you had to sign up for their services.Cheaters Should be caught & they should send your refund check to your Wife so she can put that check towards her fees for her Divorce Atty.
I agree with you man! AshleyMadison is full of FAKE profiles. Women who contact you, add you to their favorites(after already seeing your pictures), and send you a wink. This is nothing but bait for you to use your credits. I even had a "BOT" who asked for my yahoo messenger ID, and then it sent me one generic message. Anyone who is reading this DO NOT PURCHASE CREDITS on this site. It is a clear scam. If you don't believe me, before you buy, look at "who's online" no matter what time of day. You will find there are married women out there who apparently never sleep, and have this site open 24 hours a day. Now reason tends to make me believe that someone who wants to be discreet couldn't possibly be logged in this much.
Yes, AshleyMadison is just a scam. I asked for a refund on the basis of so many fake profiles, where you could do a reverse look-up of their posted images via tineye and see that they were ripped off from porn and other sites.
I see that someone tried to get a class action suit against them going a couple of years back, but looks like it never happened. I would readily join the suit!
AshleyMadison.com the online dating website for cheaters has been cheating its members for many years. They have employed numerous techniques to milk their customers of money, including but not limited to the following: Employing fake female profiles to get people to join and pay. Employing employees who are “hostesses” (i.e., fake profiles) on the website to communicate with members, thus getting them to pay.
Anyone in the US who is or was an AshleyMadison.com customer, who is interested in joining in a class action lawsuit against Avid Life Media — for online fraud. Please contact me with your name and phone number, at:

It's a scam service I also lost money to Ashley Madison last month, they have fake profiles that send bot messages and the ones who are real are professionals they aren't really interested in anything but probably getting paid by AM to chat.
How did you go about getting a refund?
