On September 1, 2023, I made an online payment for $70.00. This system gave me an Error message stating that it could not process my payment at this time, within 5 minutes I should see it process, if not to contact them. I then checked my bank account and it processed twice. I contacted customer service and the female rep stated you could no longer stop credit card payments. I would have to contact my bank to see if they could stop it or let it process and request a refund. I just call customer service and a male rep stated rudely that I had called in a payment and made a payment online and that is totally a LIE. He stated it could take 2-3 weeks to get a check by mail. I asked if I could use the duplicate payment towards Oct 2023 payment and he said he would put in the request. The only way I could get a response would be by mail. I questioned, why I couldn't get it by email and he kept stating, I could only get it by mail.
Bottom line, your online payment system duplicated my $70 payment. I only entered the payment once and you are penalizing me for your system error.
Desired outcome: Either receive a refund within a week or apply the duplicate payment to Oct 2023.
