Lu Ann McEntee, Director of Client Services, is rude, unprofessional, and one of the nastiest people I have dealt with at APM. Don't be fooled by her title, she doesn't care about the client. She's a very angry person and since her husband is president of the company, she can do whatever she wants. Don't do business with this company.

This company is beyond horrible. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. They sent me a letter stating I owed money which I dont agree with. For the last 2 weeks I called at least 5 times and left messages because nobody is at their desk. This isnt the first issue Ive had with them. I agree with all the other comments; they are verbally abusive and have no desire to help you. I dont think they even deserve 1 star.

I gotta agree with all them other negative reviews on this site! APM is one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever come across here in Florida! They don't respond to emails, keep homeowners informed about what's happening in the community, or provide accurate and helpful info. It's a real letdown here in Boynton Beach! APM and the Property Manager they got right now need to be replaced ASAP! I'm really not happy with how our HOA is being managed!

If you thinkin' 'bout this company, STOP & THINK AGAIN. They are like, super unprofessional, I swear. They don't even bother answerin' emails or keepin' homeowners in the loop 'bout what's happenin' in the hood. And don't even get me started on their property managers, man. They ain't got a clue 'bout the law or how to run a board meetin'. I'd give 'em an F, no doubt. Seriously, RUN AWAY from these guys, don't even bother walkin'. I'll be throwin' a party when the state takes away their licenses, I tell ya.

This company can make your life a total nightmare. If you want to get yelled at and disrespected like multiple residents, do business with APM. I was on the phone with someone from APM who started yelling at me for no reason. They decided to charge me more money for HOA dues because the previous owner failed to pay, which isn't true. They added a balance to my account for previous months before I owned the property, as if it's now my responsibility. I've shown my closing statements and other documents to prove I'm not responsible for those payments, but they ignored them. Their office is very disorganized and the account ledgers are a mess. I don't know how they can keep doing business with all the complaints against them. The board needs to get rid of that company as soon as possible. They don't respond to emails and don't call back when you leave voicemails. That company is unbelievable.

Let me start off by sayin', it's a shame that I can't leave a - star ratin'. This company gotta be one of the worst around. They're beyond unprofessional, unresponsive, and outright lazy. I sold my house in one of their communities over 2 months ago! and I'm still haunted by this company. They owe us money and we can't even get a response or a check sent. It's an absolute joke. We had to breakdown and explain their own paperwork to 'em, to prove that they were incorrect and owe us money. It's hilarious to me that this company is so fast to fine ya without warnin' and bark and cry for our money, but when the table is turned they go ghost. Every single worker in this company ain't got a clue what's goin' on, and it's always the same excuses, "oh this person ain't here today" or "let us look into and will call ya right back:". Considerin' all these negative review & complaints, I ain't sure how this "company" is even able to operate still. Don't get me started 'bout the absolute clowns they got on the "board"... what a bunch of brainless people.

Associated property management does a bad job of telling residents about assessments due and then right away send them to an attorney who charges a big fee to send you a collection letter. It's been a few months since I got any kind of communication from associated property management since the last time they sent me to an attorney after I asked to get any communication by email instead of mail as it's the easiest way of communication for me with my busy schedule. That request was totally ignored even though I faxed over the slip twice asking for this to happen as I know how quick they are to send you to an attorney who I think they are getting a commission from in my opinion. I've lived in this community for over 6 years and realized that this HOA is all about screwing its residents out of money instead of caring about the residents. I'm apparently at the attorney level now that I got no communication of this and wouldn't have known if I didn't call.
