I ordered a red and white spray for a family member who passed away and she was the owner of the mortuary where I wanted the delivery to go. Avas notified me that the flowers were delivered in Jan 9 at 3:15 but my son was at the mortuary and said the flower arrangement wasn’t there. The funeral services was the next day Jan 10 and my flowers were not there. I called several times regarding this after 5 days someone sent me an email with a sketchy delivery confirmation. I asked the director of the mortuary whose signature it was and she said no one at her staff signs that way. There are only 4 employees at the mortuary. I sent her a picture what I ordered and she offered to check the security camera where all deliveries were taken and that her assistant took photos of all the arrangements received. She informed me that there were no deliveries at 3:15 and no arrangements were received that looked like my order. I responded to the email from Avas Flowers who sent the delivery confirmation and that email address doesn’t exist. I’m still trying to get my refund.
