I had not seen my Daughter in 2 years and wanted to send her Flowers, the Order Nr. with Avas Flowers was 9215815 but she never received them, she called the company and was told, that they refund the whole Amount of $ 97.03,( after it was then cancelld,) they also told her that they will give also $ 10,--Dollars off. They gave me a Refund Confirmation Code [protected], but when I called my Credit-Card Company, they told me, that only $ 10,-- was credited, so they still owe me $ 87.03 Please let me know what happen

Flower bouquet and delivery
I ordered Her Majesty Bouquet in Large with Balloon for my daughter's birthday and requested delivery 10-11 AM as she would not be available later. Salesperson ensured me of everything and I placed order for $110. This flower arrangement cannot be called Her Majesty Bouquet as it has no resemblance to the picture. This was a horrific assortment of half-dead wilted flowers. Plus delivery was done 8 hours later than originally requested. This is a horrible experience and I absolutely will not order ever again and will never recommend this company to anyone. I'm attaching advertised picture along with what my daughter received.
I'm filing complaint as I am expecting a full refund. nd this unaccepted service must be immediately stopped.

Product ordered wasn’t even close to product received
I wanted to send an Easter arrangement to my 86 year old aunt in Virginia. I searched for a local florist and chose Ava’s Flowers based on Yelp reviews.
I ordered a basket of spring flowering bulbs. The description stated that they could arrive in bud form which was great.
Firstly they offered free delivery with a code. When I got to the checkout there was no delivery fee but rather a “service fee” of $20 and change! Please! I did not just fall off a cabbage truck.
The product that arrived was a basket of 4-5 houseplants with 2 pastel plastic eggs stuck in the basket.
Now my aunt is a very gracious and sentimental woman and said they were lovely. When you give her anything she holds on to it because of whom it came from.
I tried to make a complaint on their customer service website. I tried 3 times. Each time when I hit submit it would not get submitted.
Monday I called them. Spoke to someone who I think was called Irina. She immediately offered to send the correct basket. I did not ask for this. She had no idea what actually was sent. I agreed to her sending the basket I ordered. She said it would arrive that day.
Later that day I received a voicemail stating that the basket would be delivered on Tuesday and that they wanted the original basket back! I couldn’t envision the look on my aunt’s face!
Then I received an email stating that I URGENTLY needed to call them. I did. Now I am speaking to Jocelyn? who clearly has no idea why I’m calling. I explain the entire situation to her and got cut off. I call back and am now speaking to Mary who once again has no idea why I’m calling. Again I explain the situation to her. I told her I would not allow the first basket to be taken away from my aunt. She said she had sent a message to the « florist who would be making and delivering the basket » not to take the original basket back and was waiting for a response. She said she would let me know what the response was.
Tuesday……no response and no delivery! Are you kidding me?
I originally expected some sort of refund but I was willing to have them deliver the correct basket in place of it. Now I want a refund!
I am livid!
Find another florist for sending flowers! This is a never-ending nightmare!

I ordered a bouquet medium size with a baby boy theme, blue bow and it's a boy on line 4-11-22 for deivery 4-12-22. cost of 59.99 but taxes, delvery and service fee equaled 105.75. What was delivered was half of the flowers seen in the photo and smiley baloon. Nothing to do with a baby boy. The service references their substitution policy on fresh flowers. I understand what is not available, but substitute enough volume and at least include a blue bow. This service is a scam. I personally would like to only pay for what I thought it was worth. No great than $60.00 fees included.
I called the company and they only refunded $20.00. This bouquet is not worth$102.00.

poor quality
ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday. she lives 5 hours from me. when i went to visit her, what was left from the arrangement was small. Flowers from walmart would be larger for much less. Arrangement was $50, delivery $25 and then taxes cost close to $100. Someone called in regards to the order and since complaint was over the policy date, they offered a $15 credit. I told them this was the 3rd time having issues and i am done dealing with avas, keep the $15.

I had ask for a flower arrangement of a Easter Lilly surrounded by a lot of color. It included two balloons. The lady asked for the name on the card that it was being sent to, three times I repeated Ron And Pam Ferreira, yet it was sent to Ron and Tam Ferreira. It was suppose to include two helium balloons,, only one was sent. The arrangement was a bunch of colorful flowers with a few white individual lilly's mixed in. The question of costs I was not concerned about. I did not think the arrangement was worth the $ 133.88 it costs me. This is my first experience with you people and I am very disappointed how it all turned out.

An order of flowers with a balloon
I placed an order with this company that was accepted to be delivered on my requested date. I then received a further email stating that the delivery would be made 2 days later which I was NOT happy about as this was for my sisters birthday. This company are NOT contactable! It is an utter disgrace that they have a telephone number that is impossible to get through on & NO-ONE reply's to emails. If I had known this in advance I would NOT have placed an order with this company. They did not provide the service that I paid hard earned money for & when they finally made the delivery it was incomplete! I ordered a balloon to be delivered with the flowers but that was not sent. I am so very angry that in this day & age of ease of contact that this company make themselves uncontactable. I wish that I had read the reviews about them online & I would most definately NOT used them. The only form of contact is an automatic set of questions which obviously do not all apply, everything is automated & the company do not appear to follow up on anything! I am so very angry & upset that companies get away with such disgraceful behaviour & appear to be completely unaccountable. Please make this company accountable for its actions.

flower arrangement ordered
I placed an order on March 24 to be delivered on march 25th for my best friend. It was her birthday, and she had just lost her 27 year old Son.
I tried to call the phone number on the 25th to explain the situation. couldn't get through.
I tried to email...but there is NO OPTION to just send a written email.
When I ordered, it also didn't take the code...and I was charged $29.00 service fee plus the delivery. When I tried to call the company the next day, nobody would answer the phone.
I went on the website, and clicked on the tab "THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER", and filled in my order number and phone number, and email. I got 19 responses of "do not reply to this email"...thinking someone would call me, or email me...I have waited over a week, for a response, and now they tell me its been too long.
as you can see by the pictures below...the one on the left is the one delivered, and the one on the right is the one ordered. They look NOTHING alike. I spent $97.00 for a bouquet that looks like a 10 year old threw it in a vase, for $20.00

Enchanted kiss bouquet - large
I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday from the shop in Palmdale California on 3/30/2022. I ordered the large Enchanted Kiss Bouquet and paid $124.47. As you can see from photos below, it's not what I ordered. I've been using this flower shop for years and its disappointing to see that this is the type of product that is now being delivered. Never again!

Flower Delivery
This store is absolutely terrible. They made me cancel a previous order because they would match the price. They quoted the price after i explained what i wanted. I canceled the order. Spent 25 min putting my order together and just as they were about to charge me they added on a 15-dollar customization fee - I HAD ONLY AGREED TO PROCEED BECAUSE THEY MATCHED MY ORIGINAL PRICE WHEN I GAVE THEM DETAILS OF THE ORDER. This is their business model - make you spend 30 min putting your order in only to hike the price before you pay. DISGUSTING practice and terrible place. I pleaded for them to honor the original price since they asked, I cancel the order and she said no and re-read some stupid script that she left me informed the entire way through WHEN SHE DIDNT

Avas claims to have delivered but did not
I ordered flowers and a bear with balloons, in January... for delivery on March 22nd.
Last month, February, they sent me notices that it had been delivered... even though the delivery was not due yet!
Today, they delivered the bear and balloons, and the TWO order numbers both show "DELIVERED".
They did NOT deliver the flowers.
They do not have a chat or phone number to call, only a series of useless questions about my order, and a "promise" to respond, which they also have not done.
Desired outcome: DELIVER the flowers... and they had better be beautiful and what I ordered!
Flowers never delivered
I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday through Ava’s flowers because they guaranteed they would be delivered by 7pm same day. They were not delivered at all. I called and requested a refund and they said they would refund my money back in full. It’s been several days and still no refund. This company steals people’s money and doesn’t deliver what they promise.

"tuscany" flower delivery
Today, 2/21/2022, I decided I'd order my girlfriend some flowers to surprise her at work sometime in the week. Had the order form ready but decided I wanted to call to ask exactly what "standard" delivery was, and if I could be assured that it'd get there before work let out. The woman helped me on the phone, I paid 100 dollars, and hung up. An hour later, not having received an email or text with order #, I get a text from my girlfriend. "I got a text from a flower place is that you? Has a link to finalize the order?"
Through immense incompetence, this person managed to send a text to the recipient, for whom I had already explained the flowers were a surprise. (Also, in the text box of the order page that she had access to, I mentioned not to use my SO's number unless the driver was lost or it was otherwise unavoidable.) This text, I imagine, should have been sent to me. This company rep managed to single-handedly ruin my surprise and plan.
I called back later, and was merely offered a refund - which I should have been able to get whatever the reason, because I only called a 3-4 hours after placing the order. I took my refund and very weak apology, but I really should have been offered me. I have the money back, but now I am in a much worse situation than I was before I got involved with Avas today. The sum total of my interaction with Avas was that they ruined my post-valentine's day plan and told me to have a good day. Money is certainly not the issue either, you simply can't refund a ruined surprise. The flowers could've been free and that wouldn't have made this right — but I would have continued to use Avas. I very seldom write such reviews but I don't think I've ever felt like I've been "done" quite as "dirty" by a business before, because it feels personal, like they got between me and my SO, and I don't have a ton in my romantic idea repertoire, truth be told.
I think Avas should have offered the order for free for such an absolutely embarrassing blunder. If they had done this, or now choose to, I would still order from them and recommend them. As this stands, well, it won't stand. I'll make sure everyone I know knows about this interaction, and instead I'll tell them that the local economy and their Valentines would be better if they paid a neighbor's child 30 dollars to gather dandelions and other wildflowers, because at the very least children would better understand the value of a secret and a surprise.

I will NEVER order from Avas again. Believe it or not, this 'bouquet' is an upgrade! They did tell me that Tuscany was not available and that they would send something comparable, at a $20.00 discount (plus the upgrade) because I wanted to cancel my order because it was not deliverable same day. I trusted them. I could have gone to the grocery store and picked up a nice bunch for about $14.99. I paid over $50 for this vase of 'weeds'. Live and learn...
I ordered flowers online for my disabled sister's birthday via an internet search as I wasn't in town. Avas flowers was one of the searches returns. The flower bouquet that I ordered was $42.99 along with a Happy Birthday balloon ($6.99). The total of this order, which included a delivery fee of $9.69 along with a service fee of $20.95, was $76.66. If you look at the picture of the received bouquet, it wasn't even worth the $42.99, not alone a $20.95 service fee. Silly me, I should have read the reviews on this florist. What a rip-off! I will never order from them again and advise anyone that does an internet search for flowers in the Maryland area, not to give this florist their business.

I ordered a dozen red roses to be delivered in Los Angeles, for next day delivery. Avas Flowers is a complete scam! I paid by international credit card, my card was charged and the flowers never arrived. No one every answered my calls or emails. In excess of $100 wasted. Do not use this company!
Never received order
Sunday, Feb. 13, I went online to Avas Flowers and ordered a flower arrangement for my wife to be delivered on Feb. 14, Valentine's Day. Initially I received an email it would be delivered sometime between Feb. 13 and 14.
The next day (Feb 14) I received an email the arrangement would be delivered before 7pm CST. Around 6pm I started inquiring the status through the website and all I would get was "we deliver up to 7pm". I called their 800 number and after traversing through the menu, eventually received the message "experiencing technical difficulties with our phone system, call back later" and it hung up.
I continued up until 10pm trying to find out 'anything'. At one point I received an email stating a 'trouble ticket' had been issued.
The next morning (Feb. 15) I received a phone message to please call them to discuss the problem. I called them back and explained my issue with the non delivery of their product and that I wanted a FULL refund. Their response was they could schedule my order to be delivered today. I said (yelling) 'No, the event I wanted the flowers for is past, I already told you I want a FULL refund". Supposedly they processed the refund while I was on the phone (I received a text from them acknowledging this). I am still waiting for my refund to appear on my credit card. I'm sure Avas Flowers will say the delay is the banks fault.
Bottom line, this is the first time I attempted to use Avas Flowers and will be the last time. My experience is they cannot be trusted to deliver your order when expected!
P.S. The $24.95 service charge that was tacked on at checkout was quite the surprise since there was no mention of it until checkout.

Flower arrangement with birthday baloon
Ordered deluxe flower arrangement on Feb 5 Th to be delivered on the birthday of Feb 12 TH. Not delivered! The automated message said it is FLEX delivery Friday to Monday? That was never told to me at the time of ordering. Why would I ordered something that could not be delivered on the birthday ( with the birthday balloon, no less)? After numerous calls to the customer service, I was told that it will be delivered on the 13 TH--not good enough-- the birthday is the 12 TH! Not only that, when I was send a conformation of my order, there was no order number. Also two days before it was supposed to be delivered, an Email was send to me telling me my order is processed, however there was no name of the company that send it, or any other information to let me know what order and from whom this Email was? Terrible business- not consumer friendly. Never again, and all my friends will be informed about this terrible experience. Special birthday for my only daughter was ruined, and cannot be undone. One week notice in advance should have been enough to get this accomplished. If it was not possible, they should let the customers know they cannot do the business, and give us the chance to order from somebody else. In the future, I will know better.
LG flower arrangement, LG bear, LG chocolates
I called at 8:36am on 2/4/22 and ordered a large flower arrangement with large teddy bear and chocolates for $210. I explained to the gentleman that the order had to be delivered before 2:30pm when my lady gets out of work. And I told him that time was of the essence.
3:30pm, I called my lady expecting a huge reaction… nothing. She had no flowers, no teddy bear and no chocolates. Where’s the “WOW” factor. When is men order flowers, tge flowers theirselves have no value to us, we will spend thousands of dollars just to get that “WOW” factor from our lady because we want to surprise her.
I called Avas Flowers and voiced my complaint to no avail. They couldn’t have cared any less about this situation. They offered a $10 Discount on $210 worth of flowers that never got delivered as of the time of the call (they checked on it).
I asked for a supervisor and the only remedy offered was a $20 discount and that they can deliver it the next day. THE NEXT DAY IS NOT HER BIRTHDAY! What an insult. No other remedy was offered and I told them to keep their discount. I buy flowers for every occasion for my lady, I will never use Avas ever again. They would be kicked out of my City, I promise that.

This website (avasflowers.net) and company is following unethical business practices. After I selected the flowers I wanted delivered and the site indicated "free delivery", it asked me for my credit card details. So, I assumed the cost they showed me was the final cost. In fact, after I put in my full credit card details with the security code, they then added on another $24 in "service fees" and "taxes". This is absolutely an inappropriate way to do business, if not a deliberate scam to get credit card data.
