I dunno what to say, man. It's hard to review somethin' that ain't even happened yet, ya know? So I'll just talk about my experience. I called 'em up for a quote and they said they'd come out. But then they didn't show up for the call. Waited a week or so and decided to give 'em another chance 'cause I like supportin' local and all that. This time they did show up and looked at the roof and stuff. We talked about patchin' up a part of the roof and then comin' back in September to do the whole job. But the patchin' depended on me acceptin' their quote. They said they'd give me a quote on Sunday and maybe even patch the roof then. I hit 'em up and they said they were too busy but that I'd get the quote on Monday, July 20th and they'd come patch the roof if I accepted the quote for the whole job. It's now 10:17 pm on Monday and I ain't heard nothin'. Waited all day and night. Ain't feelin' too good 'bout this, man. If I could give 'em less than one star, I would.

We got Average Joe's Roofing to shingle our roof in October . They finished the work on November 2nd. We paid them $1***. But in April 2022, we saw water dripping through our roof and down our walls into our sunroom. Our neighbor made a video of our roof with several singles out of place. We called Joe to come and fix the problem. After many texts and calls, he came with another worker and they replaced the shingles. We thought our problem was fixed, but the next time we had heavy rain, water continued to pour through the sunroom roof. This problem only happened after the roof was shingled by this company. We sent several texts and emails to Joe, but he didn't respond. We contacted another company to fix this problem. We want Average Joe's Roofing to reimburse us and pay for the repairs for the interior of the sunroom. We want them to stand behind their work going forward.

My roof was leaking and I hired Joe to fix it. He did a patch for $800 but it didn't hold and water continued to leak. He came back a second time and still it leaked. I decided to redo the whole roof for $9,300.00. Joe rushed through the job in one day and did not adjust the grade on the roof to slope towards the drain. I ended up with a lake on my roof that if stepped in would cover my shoe. I called Joe and he said it was just that the drain needed to be lowered. Lowering the drain did not work. Joe promised to come add layers to the roof to create a slope towards the drain but never did. I had to clean off the water myself every time it rained to protect our investment. Joe promised to come clean it off until his schedule opened up to fix it but he never did. Joe decided to go up on my roof, clean off the water then take photos of my roof and my neighbors to show that there was no water on my roof and my neighbors still had water. Then messaged me saying that there was nothing wrong with it.
